We are Memsource - a developer of a translation management system.We would like to build an integration between Memsource and AEM, like one we have for Wordpress, Drupal, etc.For this, we need a licence of AEM. We now have an account (registered at support@memsource.com), with a licence of InDesign and FrameMaker.However, when I log in, I do not see how to subscribe to or get hold of AEM.Could you please help us get there?Ideally, we would like to have a developer edition (sandbox) but we can also start subscribing to some minimum number of licences for the testing/development purposes.Thank you.Vaclav Balacek, phone 00420775256779

Hi All,We have created new metadata. It needs to be updated everytime content is Activated/published. We have created a custom workflow step and created custom workflow using this new step. Now i have created launcher which will trigger the new custom workflow everytime upon Replication. But unable to set up condition properly to execute only upon Activation. Instead currently the launcher is getting executed everytime any modifications happen to content. Please suggest.Thanks.Nitish

I am the license manager and I have the following question: I can add the licenses per app or I must add the license of the complete suit when I am in ADD LICENSES? ... Hi All,Question 1:All our web forms populate country, state, and postal upon a fill out.  How do people handle or would handle a situation where someone is pre-existing in our database with full address information (country,state,postal,street) and they then end up filling out one of our web forms with different address information than we have on record?  Country, state, and postal would update however street would be their old street address and then would represent inaccurate address information. Question 2:Some of our leads/contacts move from job site to job site but have one address or one place where they normally reside.   We have a concern that someone may fill out a web form with address information of their current job site vs where they normally reside.  How are people handling this or would handle such situations?Most of our web forms are embedded and not on Marketo LPsAlso our CRM is salesforce...

Hi All,We are planning to start pushing leads from Marketo to our Salesforce instance.For a particular scenario when users register on our website, we want to straight away sync these creating a Contact and an Account in Salesforce. I am aware of the scenario where we can sync users from Marketo to Salesforce creating Leads; but I am not sure of how do we straight away create a Contact and an Account in Salesforce from within Marketo.Is the above stated possible? I'd like to remove leads from an engagement program once all of the contend has been exhausted.The reason being that we are going to add content that older leads may have already received through an Email Send program and I don't want the older leads to receive that content - just new leads who wouldn't have been in the Email Send Programs.The way I'm considering removing them with a smart campaign that uses the filter Was Sent Email for each of the old pieces of content and when they have been sent all pieces remove them from the program.Is that the best way?

Hi community! We are trying to implement an Atlas dynamic tag within our Marketo assets (specifically eDMs) so we can track user registered opens and clicks. Atlas dynamic tracking tags are macro-enabled to streamline campaign creation and tagging setup to align with Atlas measurement. This enables us to leverage the macros in platforms ((in this case Marketo) outside of Atlas to avoid creating create a large of amount of Atlas tracking tags. Instead, the values generated from these macros are sent directly in the Atlas view and click tags and Atlas will automatically store and report out on all the different combinations of values passed to Atlas. In terms of macros for Marketo, we’ve identified we can potentially use the Marketo tokens as the macros and input them into the code. I am running some software on my site that has a SessionId available shortly after the page has loaded, however Adobe Analytics fires before this. Currently there is an integration in place but it seems that it cause my bounce rate to be modified because it uses the s.tl() function to send that eVar to Adobe. Is there a way I can post a new eVar to Adobe, after the page has loaded without it affecting my bounce rate?

How to test Uber JAR installation

Hey all,I was wondering how others test their nurture programs. I usually set up the program in our live instance, then add the filter "Email Address starts with allison+test" then pass test leads through the flow.The problem I face with testing the nurture program stream is that it acts as if the lead is actually going through the nurture. So it hits the communication limit after one cast!We don't use our Marketo sandbox because of the amount of time to set it up with our other systems. It also takes time to migrate the program over to our live instance.How do you all test your nurtures?

Hi,As .loginAdministrative(null) is deprecated in CQ 5.5 and in AEM  6.2 loginService(String,String) method is used.As in 5.5 there is no need to create service user and .loginAdministrative(null) was used,And in AEM 6.2 ,For creating group and users , it is necessary that only service user can do following operation i.e creating group and users in crx repository?Thanks

Hi,I get this error every time I include my parsys component which actually worked a while ago. In the CRX I can see a new node formed for the component in /content/mypage but when I refresh the page, I cannot the see the component again. But the node is still present in CRX. When I include the same component again, I see some duplicate nodes formed in the CRX. I also am getting my head.jsp no compiled every time I restart my server(even though I recompile my JSPs). I have to uninstall and install my foundation packages every time I start my server which is basically everyday. I really need help with this.I have attached the picture of the error when the component is included.

Hey team,I'm trying to better organize our Marketo instance. At our company, we work heavily on Sales verticals. We sell to Inside SMB, k12, Higher Education, Channel partners, etc.As expected, one of my vital tasks is to ensure it's heavily regulated that emails don't get sent to the wrong vertical. Especially the direct sales vs. partners emails. The question I have is if it would be smarter to continue doing what I have been doing and use smart lists on data in the system for a blast/nurture. OR should I make segments on these various verticals, and another on Customer / Non customer? Thanks for the help!

Hello Members, i have a cloud setup done by Adobe for AEM 6.2 and it contains several packages , it includes the hot fixes as well as several other packages. Any idea why do Adobe team install so many ? Are they really needed anywhere? i am facing an issue with one such package by name (cq-ui-touch-optimized-content-2.2.998). This is causing the change of behavior of parsys over vanilla 6.2 version.The package contains several scripts and JSP updates so was wondering what is the purpose of the package in cloud? RegardsShailesh 

I'd like to subscribe our salespeople to a daily Web Activity Report for any page (except unsubscribe). They'll want to see the URL detail, but if they don't have a Marketo account they won't be able to click through from "page views" and see this information, correct?I've thought about creating an interesting moment for "visits any web page," but I doubt our reps would go in and subscribe for each of their accounts.Anyone have thoughts as to the easiest way to accomplish this?
