Hello,I use a smart list to suppress leads who have soft bounced a minimum number of 3 times for any email sent to them (A lead can only soft bounce 1 time per email, so this would be any 3 soft bounces for any set of emails ever sent to a recipient?). Is this encouraged for all sends? I wasn't sure if this impacts our IP/Domain reputation at all, but at some point we'd probably want to try re-sending to this group of people right?Thanks,Tom

Hi All the images in my email have broken links whether it's on my email in Marketing Activities or in Design Studio. I tried uploading the image with a different name - still, it shows that the image is broken. The images were showing until yesterday when all of my images show it's broken I've attached a screenshot of the broken image on email and in Design Studio.

Does anyone know why a HTL template would be working fine on Author but on Publisher it throws the error "Arguments cannot be null"? The publisher has no issues running JSP templates.Is there any way that I can get a bit more information i.e. a Publisher error log?Edit 1: I have further narrowed this down to the inclusion of a Java file in my template component. The file can be empty and it still throws the error.

Hi All,We have products imported from PIM into AEM and placed under etc/commerce.A workflow is present which generates the pages, if manually run once certain id's for products under etc/commerce are provided as input to workflow.Suppose, we have few products which are updated at a later point of time. The product changes have to get reflected on the page.How should we approach this.Any thoughts/pointers on this will be helpful.

I had an idea to limit the number of forms we use, with a template form (based on fields needed, rather than use-case), but I ran into a hiccup.Because the form could be used in multiple programs, I made the submit button text a token - so that I could drop the form into a landing page, and change submit button text locally, in the program. But...then I encountered a situation where the same form is used twice within a program on different landing pages, and the submit button text needs to be different. Doh!Is there a way to switch out the token for another from within the program? Or some other way to control that submit button text from within the programs? Anything, so I can continue to use a single form with ability to change the submit button text for each landing page it might be on.

Hi,We set up split tests in our trigger emails a while ago and are now starting to get reports sent to our inboxes. One thing those reports doesn't contain though, is how many sends a particular email has gotten. We get info on the amount of opens, but is there a way to see the number of sent emails as well in this report? Or would it be possible to create a custom report in Marketo, showing the current results of our split tests including all relevant information such as sends and opens?Thanks in advance.

I am new to Marketo and am currently setting up all of our nuture programs.  Many of these email campaigns include a pdf to download.  I have uploaded all of the pdfs to the Design Studio for easy access.  I am using the my Tokens to pull the correct download for each email.In the Smart List, I have a trigger pointing to the Click Link in Email, which pulls http://{{my.Offer URL}} for the pdf.  I am able to activate the campaign and run a test send,  when I click in the test email, my campaign is not registering the click.  When I replace the token with the actual link, it doesn't work either.Isn't the purpose of tokens to make tasks like this easier?  Am I missing something?Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello Members, we are trying to create a custom column control component with two parsys side by side. While the component is being used by authors , they see an additional editable div which is highlighted on mouse hover event. this confuses the authors more about where to drop component and while deleting as well.. Any idea why AEM introduces this additional iframe div ? it is seen that its set as draggable = true in debug console. Any way to get rid of this additional div in authoring mode? 

I have DAM assets of 50,000 in AEM 5.6.1. Firstly, i want to get the number of times or the actual assets that are downloaded in a given time duration. i followed below url for 6.2 but that didnt help. Hello, I'm new in AA; I'm comparing traffic in GA and AA. I noticed is a huge discrepancy in sessions/visits between both platforms.  I noticed that one of the referring domains in AA is sl-reserve.com. This domain is driving lots of traffic, but I don't see it in GA. Does anyone encounter the same issue before? Does AA exclude spam, bots or spider by default?

Hi,I have a variable (evar or prop) with a few values: A 25%, B 25%, C 50%. How can i have this % of share in Workspace?Workspace provides % only to give the weight of a specific period (day, hour, ...) comparing to the entire period (selected in the calendar), which is usefulness in most of the case. In table and chart we need the trend of % in term of share between different value, not between periods.If I have 30% of users that do something yesterday and today, the percentage should show 30% yesterday and 30% today. Workspace shows 50% and 50% !!   

Hi Friends , There is a difference of >20% in the metrics given out by the link tracking of a submit button and the thank you page following it. Both of these are a part of a simple form. D -> Link Name -Submit , Metrics -> Instances  >> D -> Pages Report(thank you page), Metrics -> Page Views ; The difference is more than 20% D -> Link Name -Submit , Metrics -> Visits << D -> Pages Report(thank you page), Metrics -> Visits ; The difference is more than 20% This is very weird. Hello, I was just wondering why the new forms in AEM are called 'adaptive'? Is it because of their responsive design in that they will adapt the layout and look / feel based on the device used? Hi,I have a master recipient data folder which holds all records. I want to now create region specific areas which looks at this master data and displays only the corresponding data.I have created a new recipient folder - I want to somehow make it display the data in the master recipient folder (which I can then filter down to a per region basis further using the restriction option). Is there a way to do this without updating the data into multiple folders? I can't seem to change any of the parameters to allow this to happen.Screenshot attached. If you need more detail.

Hi,In DTM we have three tools:- Adobe Analytics- Marketing Cloud ID Service- Adobe TargetIn the Adobe Analytics tool Cookies section there is a setting for Cookie Lifetime. Ours is set to Default but I can't find any documentation on what this means. The adobe resources pages send me to a URL that results in a 404: (http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/sc/implement/cookielifetime.html)What does Default mean?Does this also control the Marketing Cloud ID Service?Are there any other expiration settings I should be aware of?Regards,Ali

Has anyone had any experience of setting up a styleguide / pattern library / component documentation which is used alongside an implementation of AEM?It would be capable of consuming the AEM components whilst providing documentation and support materials for developers and authors. Something like this http://www.philips.co.uk/componentlibrary/home.html. This could be done as a PDF or other document but these will often fall out or sync and are not updated.Any ideas?
