Hi, I'm trying to import a list of email addresses from a competition I've run (with email opt in explicitly requested). I'd like to add these emails to my profiles, without overriding existing customers details.I have the emails in a csv list.When I import them and the update profiles (insert only - no updates), I get an error because a few thousand of the emails already exist (existing customers that entered the competition). This stops the uploading of the new emails (new customers who don't exist yet in Profiles but have entered the competition).I tried to exclude the existing emails in Profiles but the exclusion fails. How do I upload new emails from a csv file without overriding existing profile data?

I am slightly confused on how first and last touch channel visits are calculated.  My original thought was that when you first reach the site (more than 14 days since last visit), you receive a first touch channel visit and last touch channel visit.  And then you continue to get last touch visits if you come back to the site in the allotted time.  I am starting to think this is not the case because first touch channel visits are higher than last touch channel visits in my marketing channel report. Could someone please explain why this is? Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to solve my scenario in the best way possible. We’re going to have nurture streams created for multiple industries – each industry will get their own targeted content. We also will be having webinars with associated report launches. What I want to do is run a webinar / event for 8 weeks where leads will receive one email a week. 4 weeks of promotion for the webinar, and then an additional 4 weeks after where the report will be promoted. Here is how I’ve planned it out. Leads are moving through nurture streams, they are removed from the nurture stream and added to the Webinar/Event stream. Week 1 Email – promoting the webinar. If a lead engages they will not receive an email until week 4 when the webinar is taking place (webinar reminder)Week 2 Email – same process as week 1Week 3 Email – same process as week 1Week 4 Email – Anyone who has engaged with the email & those who haven’t will receive a reminder that the webinar is taking place this week. Is there a way to see what time I sent out a Sample Email?I'm having issues where there's a delay in receiving Sample Emails to my work address, although my personal email is immediate; this has happened before when they've changed spam settings at work, so I'd like to nip the problem in the bud in case it becomes worse. I sent the header information to my admin, who has said there's no delay visible in the headers, so I'd like to find out what time I sent the Sample Email vs. the time I received it.Any ideas?Thanks!

Hey guys,We have a content repository for our Partners. All the documents are hosted in the Design Studio. We recently added an Excel file with macros (.xlsm).When going to the repository page and clicking the download link, no problem, file downloads ans open.But if we give direct link and customer copy it in his browser, he gets the attached screenshot.Anyone has any idea why it would do that?CheersJP

Hi there,I just installed the Outlook plug-in and would like to use the some of our templates to create emails within outlook.  However, none of our templates are showing up in the list of available templates when I select the "Marketo Message" button.  Is there something additional that I need to do in order for our approved templates to be migrated to this list?  Thank you!Kindest Regards,Carlos Navarro

Normally, if I'm looking to gauge the amount of API calls made to Marketo, I'd monitor the core systems that are calling to Marketo--it's accurate and easier than periodically checking. However, if you're in a situation where you're trying to do an analysis of what's even calling the API, is there a way to query the amount of calls that Marketo has recorded? I'd like to record how many calls are being made over a certain time span.Major bonus points if this can include SOAP calls.

Hi,Is there a way to identify no. of users traffic we are losing due to these type of blocking(Fig below). I'm sure people can do this blocking for various reasons(privacy, page load delay, etc). Other than this, what are the possible reasons for these type of blocking by default? or do we know list of Ad blockers that block Adobe DTM by default?Thanks in advance

Hi,I'm hoping to set up a profile script to create a user parameter which tells me whether or not the user has viewed a certain set of pages before. This must be across sessions.At the moment I have this for my script called 'LastContentPage: if(!user.get("LastContentPage")){  if(mbox.name==="target-global-mbox" && page.url.includes("contentpage")){    return 'Content Page';}The script is referring to the global mbox to grab a page URL. If that URL contains 'contentpage', then a parameter is passed to the user. I'd then set up a rule saying 'If this user parameter equals "Content Page", apply offer'.Will this work? How can I test it without applying it directly to an activity?Thanks,Chris

I am trying to figure out how to use the back up page option in the Marketo/Webex integration.  I have not found much documentation on this set up and would like to see/know more before I put into production.  I think I got it to work, but at the end of our test webex event when we closed out of the event the back up page popped up which looked weird. 

Hi,Has anyone found an effective (and hopefully efficient) way of providing an illustration of the different components/templates available for making pages.  Something where people can (effectively) say "I'd like to use 'that' component at the top, then 'that one' below...and then we'll use 'that component' at the bottom for displaying the x".  I know it's not actually quite that simple - but hopefully that description makes enough sense.Effectively a catalogue for people to browse - could be UX, could be product owners...whoever it is in your organisation that needs it.Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to build a report showing lead overlap between campaigns. I'm currently building a smart list to show how many leads are sent (minimal number) emails/week, reflecting overlap between campaigns. Is there a report style that would make this easier?

I'm looking at how we can manage the deployment of additional packages to AEM through our various environments in a controlled way. We have a few types of packages:Library packages e.g. ACS commonsAEM Framework fixes e.g. Feature packs, hotfixes and service packsFor library packages we are using the content-package-maven-plugin and setting these as sub packages. The slightly annoying thing with this is that they install every time they are deployed even if the package is already on the environment (not sure if there is something to prevent this?)For AEM Framework fixes I'm not sure how best to approach this, we certainly don't want to reinstall service packs every time we deploy but I also want to ensure any changes to environments are commited and go through our standard deployment pipeline rather than a sys admin logging onto the AEM instances and ad-hoc deploying. I'm very keen to ensure as much automation and as little window for human mistakes e.g. forgetting to deploy fix pack X

I am trying to use Velocity math tool to populate the last orderid for a customer. I can't quite seem to get the Velocity script to run properly.When dragging the custom object variable, the following is inserted: ${jobItemList.get(0).jobItemId}I do not understand what the get(0) is doing. Is it trying to pull a minimum value? First value? I want to pull the maximum value. I was trying to use a $math.max variable, but nothing seems to be working.Any advice is greatly welcome! I see error messages stating "no fault routes were found to be configured" in the logs. I have googled this, in hopes of finding some dokumentation, with no success. I suspect it is some way creating exception handling in the process. What does this mean? How do I configure these "fault routes"?

Hi,Can a screen be implemented on AEM 6.2 where the end user on a particular web page can drag-n-drop widgets on a placeholder from a set of widgets displayed on the left side navigation ?  The end user should also be able to add or remove a column or a widget from the website dashboard page.Each widget is like a data driven component which is populated by REST JSON response coming from external system. Since external systems and data come from a different data center and domain than the one hosting AEM and they are not connected in any way because of various security reasons, hence server side calls are not possible. We are planning for Ajax calls from JS, which will be downloaded on page load on the end user's browser.However, end of day, question remains:1. Can such a drag-drop facility be provided on a website for end user using AEM ?2. How to mitigate CORS problem for Ajax calls since the domains are different ? Can a lead qualify for multiple choices within one form field?For example after a contact us form fill:Choice 1: IF Is member = true (send alert to client services team)Choice 2: IF Postcode area = AA, AB, AC, AD, AE (send alert to sales team 1)Choice 3: IF Postcode area = BA, BB, BC, BD, BE (send alert to sales team 2)I'm aware that existing members that qualify for choice 1, could also qualify for choice 2 as we will also have their postcode info already stored in Marketo.If they are a member and their postcode = AA for example, will only one alert be sent (choice 1) with this being the first qualifying filter or will an alert go to both the emails in choice 1 and choice 2 as they qualify for both?Thanks,Ellie

I want to force the use of SSL in the admin interface of the publish instance.  Configuring this "https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/deploy/configuring/config-ssl.html#Forcing the Use of the SSL Port", does just that.  However, I need my dispatcher to connect over http (set through dispatcher.any).  This appears to work but now I'm wondering why publish does not force the redirect to SSL.

Our objectives are: 1. We want to design  PDF forms which can be fillable, collapsible and interactive (validations). 2. The PDF form must be able to save filled-in information and simultaneously generate a dynamic 2D barcode containing the data filled in on the form. 3. The form should operate independently at end-user level on acrobat reader. That is the end-user does not need to download any extension to be able to fill-in, generate the barcode and save the form. 4. The form should be able to run on Windows and MAC OS  What have we done so far? 1. We have bought a monthly licence of Acrobat Pro DC and we notice that we cannot create the stated type of form on this software as Adobe LiveCycle (which we understand could meet our requirements) is not part of Acrobat Pro DC anymore. 2. I saw a thread on the community from last year (Custom Objects and Revenue Cycle Explorer ) that confirmed you can't integrate Custom Object fields in Revenue Explore, but that it might be an upcoming feature. Does anyone know if its still the case that you cant or if this can now be done?

Hello, brand new to Adobe Target and new to these forums, but glad i've found a place where i can look to others for advance.I've been on the training course, but it was still high level and not really tailored to an eCommerce site.  So hope you can help with this one.I have a site that has over a million products.   If i hand picked 500 of these products and wanted to display a common message on their product detail pages.  Is this even possible?I.e can i set up a target or segment based on a long list of SKU's that i can upload to Target or Analytics?Hopefully the above makes sense and is a really simple Q to answer.Thanks
