Hi everyone, Has anyone here encountered this issue:  In one of our DTM properties, we have created a number of new rules.  When we try to get to the 'Approvals'  menu, we get a 404 error instead of the expected approvals menu page. Needless to say, this blocks us from proceeding with new rule implementation!

I am trying to pass the values of data elements of type contexthub created in DTM on marketing cloud to Adobe Target. I added a mbox global parameter to pass these DTM data elements using %dataelement%. Only static mbox global parameters are passed to Target while the dynamic values do not reach Target.It worked a while ago but stopped passing the values all of a sudden.Need help.

Hi there,I'm currently trying to create an engagement program with 4 streams and am having a hard time getting leads added to the engagement program whether via smart campaign or the transition rules of stream 1.When I created a smart campaign with Smart list: Visits web page (trigger) -> Filled out form (filter) -> Opt-in status: true (filter)Flow: Add to engagement program Stream 1I can't seem to find the smart campaign to add directly as content for stream 1. Or, since the smart campaign's flow directs leads to drop into Stream 1, would the smart campaign need to be added as Stream 1 content?OR, when I try adding leads to the engagement program via Stream 1's transition rules, it keep saying that that they contain an error. This is where the errors are popping up. (see pictures)I'm fairly new to Marketo so any help would be greatly appreciated. Have scoured the community docs, questions, and how to guide and can't seem to find the answer. Thanks in advance!

If the value of some of my eVars is something like"orange|70|coats"and I want to include multiple evar in s.products, it would make sense that I need to escape the inner pipe character. That's because, of course, multiple evars in s.products are also delimited using a pipe character.So, without escaping, s.products with a single product would like likes.products=";ABC123;1;10;event1=1.99|event2=25;evar1=orange|70|coats|evar2=3 Stars"Assuming I cannot change the inner delimiter character to something other than a pipe character, how would I escape it?

Hi,I have implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud ID tool via DTM. And, using dynamic variable to capture mid value into an eVar(fig attached)s.eVar2 = "D=mid"I could see mid value in eVar2 report but seeing some "none" in the report. By the way, i used unique visitors as the metrics for eVar2. Any reason for "none"?.Here is my understanding - There should be 1 mid value for each unique visitors. Will there be any chance for missing mid value in the report with this approach?Thanks in advance

Hi,I'm looking for best practices for versioning Adobe Campaign files (schemas, forms, templates, etc.) and setting up a release process with the ability to build / deploy new releases.All functionality of Campaign seems to be available via its SOAP API, so it seems to be possible to build something that exports/imports various sources. Browsing the internet I found tools that are built on the SOAP API.What is Adobe's recommendation? What do the community recommend?Thanks!

I have both my Test & Target and Site Catalyst tracking order conversion on the last page of checkout.  But I am seeing drastically different numbers.  Can anyone make suggestions on why there are such large discrepancies in the numbers or where to start looking? I am new to both Site Catalyst and Test & Target so this may be a pretty generic question.

I created an AB test and created a modal to appear as visitors first enter site on homepage using the code editor. The variations appear as they should in the editor and the browse function, but do not appear in the preview links or live on the site when the test is active. I recreated the test in a new activity and was more specific on the audience, but the variations still do not appear in the preview or live. Is this an mbox issue, a coding on the site issue, or a code editor issue?

We have a text link on the home page of our main site jstor.org. The text link "text analyer" Beta goes to an Angular 2 site. For the month of February, the click-throughs were 7,675, but the page views for text analyzer home page 4,424. Can someone explain why the big difference. If this helps, I implemented the page level tracking using pushState. Thank you

Over the years, I've heard a lot of information in favor of or totally against the use of the "Request Campaign" flow step. Some have said that it is the lowest priority and thus can be skipped altogether during times of heavy workload for your instance, and that in general it is also very slow. Others have said the exact opposite, saying that it is actually the highest priority and also one of the fastest ways of executing workflows.Is there someone on Marketo's product team that can definitively say one way or the other regarding if the Request Campaign step is good or bad for building an instance that scales up with higher lead volumes?
