I did a backup yesterday of AEM 6.2, a simple AEM quickstart. My sales team has a need to report on the number of activities (emails, phone calls, meetings) that a sales rep has undertaken by time period (day, week, or month). Since Sales Insight messages are not saved as activities, however, I can't think of a way to get that data into a SFDC dashboard. I know how to get the Sales Insightreports from Analytics in Marketo; is there a way to get the same information within SFDC?

Hello,We have implemented ACS Error Handler for our project. Lets say that my hierarchy starts from "/content/myproject" and we have set the errorPages property on "myproject" page then the ACS error handler works fine for all the pages UNDER "myproject". How do we make it work for POST requests on content pages where we get 500 or 403 errors?Example: How do I set the error handler for POST on URLs like "http://www.mysite.com/any-page.html" ?

We have seen the future and it's far more flexible. Specifically, the lack of modules in Guided Landing Pages makes them very rigid and requires users to create many templates that are all very similar, just with different modules in different display orders within the same landing page template.It's gotten to the point where we are considering guiding our clients to use Squarespace, Weebly or another CMS on a different subdomain to create landing pages because the UI is so much more flexible while still removing the limitations of free-form landing pages.It stands to reason that the updates we saw in Email Editor 2.0 would be ported to Guided Landing Pages, but the question is when. If it's soon, we can tell our clients to keep patient. If it's a ways off, we may need to make a move. Has anyone heard anything about an update from Marketo? How are you navigating templates?

Hello all,Hoping to get some help. As leads come into the system, the UTM information is not coming through. I'll paste some screenshots below. Is it because these fields are setup as custom SFDC fields not Marketo fields?

Our business team is adding a modal that has an image with different hotspots that a user can hover over and reveals information. I'm only wanting to set a custom link upon the first 'hover' of the image, to cut down on the number of requests and will still give the business an idea of the 'interaction' with the hotspots. What would be the best method to handle that?

Hello All,I have been able to use the extended comments component based on Extend Comments Component. The changes I made locally was to rename it to 'my_comments' instead of 'comments' and replace it in referenced paths. Also I updated the 'slingResourceSuperType' to "social/commons/components/hbs/comments" instead of "social/commons/components/comments" because it wasn't displaying the component at all.Once I extended it and being able to make comments, I tried next to edit some basic behaviors like for example in my 'comments.hbs' I tried to add a text "custom" before the main div. It should display it but I donot see the change. It seems nothing I change in the extended component's hbs is picked up.To actually see any change I tried to overlay the comments component and then I was able to edit my overlayed component and see the changes. If someone has tried the sample zip for extending the comments component is the behavior common? Thanks...

Do you know if Marketo supports this native Account Teams functionality in Salesforce? For example, are the fields visible in Marketo? Are you able to sync the fields in Marketo?If Marketo is able to support it, can we leverage tokens to use in Marketo emails such as the name, phone, email, etc.?Are there any pitfalls with using Account Teams in SFDC that you have learned?

To keep form maintenance under control, we thought it was wise to create a central form for (e.g.) webinar registrations that lives in the Design Studio. In the webinar program we've created a local Landing Page with the central form on it. We then listen to this central form being filled out (Trigger: Fills out Form), with Form name = 'central form' and Constraint: Web page = 'local Marketo LP'. People who will out the form will be marked as Registered as a result.I now see that half of the members is Member of the program, but not Registered. So it seems the Trigger as described above doesn't work in all cases. I vaguely recall having met this problem before, and adding a second trigger Fills out Form, with Constraint: Referrer = 'local Marketo LP' may solve the problem (I'm monitoring it as we speak).However, I just don't understand whether my setup is simply incorrect or what else may be causing this.Any insights much appreciated!Gerard

Hello,Quick question and it might be an easy one.  If i was to set up a field to have all updates blocked does it prevent it from populating the first time as well as all other updates?  Is there a way to populate it the first time and then prevent edits thereafter unless updated in SFDC?

Hi,We have a Business requirement, where, we are recreating all the components using a different approach in Phase 2 of a Project. Now the Business needs to have the existing site in Prod before the Phase 2 is launched. For this, we would be copying all the existing components under re-writing code in it. Once the new components are created, The Authors would start creating new pages using the new components. Once the Content is created, we have to switch the Live site from Old content to new Content path.So my query here is, what all things we have to take care, or pre-determine before doing this switch. Hi all - I have a webpage that has an iframe on it. I have a form on the iframe'd page. Using direct call rules, i have a string passed to Adobe Analytics each time the form is submitted. The problem is, i have a tracking code on the parent page, but the Direct Call rule that is being fired is not getting attributed to the campaign code. I have the marketing cloud service setup. How can i resolve this issue?Thanks!

However, I believe the gap between viewing this old (not mobile enabled page) and not filling out the form could be due to those that accessed the page from a mobile devise.  I would like to check their current unsubscribe status.  However, if I try and do a smart list for viewing a web page – the data is only held for 90 days.Note: Data of this activity type is archived after 90 daysI created a smart list and it looks like most of the leads have been archived/as they are not pulling in.https://app-sjo.marketo.com/#SL114146B2LA1Is there a way to get this detail lead detail so I can check to see if they are unsubscribed?  What are your thoughts?Thank you.

Inside /apps/myproject/components/content/mycomponent I have a mycomponent.html file and a ClientLibraryFolder. In my html file I have:<sly data-sly-use.myComponent="myComponent.js" data-sly-use.clientLib="${'/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html'}" id="${myComponent.id}" /> <sly data-sly-call="${clientLib.all @ categories='myproject.components.content.mycomponent'}" />Which does transpile to importing the script from myproject/components/content/mycomponentThe issue that I'm having though is on the author and dispatcher servers. If I'm logged in as an administrator, my clientlibraries render, but if I'm not an administrator, then I don't have sufficient permissions to access that directory. I could embed these libraries to the base clientlib, but then I'd be loading every library to the client, regardless if the component that uses it is present on the page or not.

Based on their responses, I'd like to set up smart campaigns that would trigger the next day on a follow-up email, and I know how to do all that. My question is specifically on creating the form and/or survey in Marketo. I know there is a SurveyMonkey implementation that can be purchased, and we haven't ruled that out yet, but for more immediate results, what would be the best way to get this done? Can you do it within Forms, and if so, what would be the best way to do that? Thanks in advance!
