Consider a scenario wherein a single profile of Mr.X (abcde@gmail.com) from Recipient Table is targeted in multiple SMS Campaigns 1. SMS Campaign1 the targeted mobile no. is 98123456702. SMS Campaign2 the targeted mobile no. is 98456237803. SMS Campaign3 the targeted mobile no. is 9845632310 Currently, mobile no. in Recipient Table for Mr.X is stored as 9812345670 against the email id abcde@gmail.com Hence, for SMS Campaign2 and SMS Campaign3 profile ​(abcde@gmail.com) is getting dropped as it doesn’t find mobile no in the recipient table. How do we handle this scenario?

We have a string field (Product Interest) that is populated via checkboxes (same issue with select). Here is the test page. The user can check one, many or none.  The problem is that if a user has a value in that field, and then returns to the form and unselects all options, the value in the database is not affected.  I think this requires javascript.  Has anyone solved this before?   Thanks,   Mike

I'm confused. I'm doing a lead scoring project and created Demographic and Behavior Score fields in SFDC. There is no "Score" field type in SFDC so I checked to see what the Lead Score field type is and found it to be "number". This is true across multiple instances I have access to -  but it syncs over to Marketo as type Score. However, my new Behavior Score and Demographic Score fields synced over as type "integer." Yet in other instances, Behavior and Demographic score fields are type "number" in SFDC and type "score" in Marketo. What do I need to do to turn the Behavior and Demographic Score fields into type Score on the Marketo side?@Grégoire Michel​ or @Sanford Whiteman​ - might one of you know the answer?

Hello, I have a situation. Our database is all over the place and we need to clean it up. We want to ask the customers who have already been through our progressive profiling prompts to re enter their annual operating budgets since the values were completely wrong before. Is there anyway to do that in Marketo? I.E. Re use progressive profiling to re-ask a question even though we have asked that question in progressive profiling forms before.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you Leslie

I need to load a list and each lead has a different score to apply.  Is it possible in the csv file to have a column like Implicit Score and the value is +5?  The expected result would be the Implicit score in Marketo would add 5 points when the lead is already present in the database.  Therefore, the end result would be {current value} + 5 points.

I have a use case in which I have to create a content object with following fields in AEM 6.2.1. Image2. Title3. Teaser4. DescriptionAuthors will also tag these content objects with metadata as well.Our Content team will create hundreds of these content objects.  These content objects would be displayed on 3 different category of pages.1. I've noticed on a few occasions that Marketo will create a duplicate lead even if the email address is the same and am trying to understand why this would happen. Example log:You can see in the screenshot that there was an existing lead, then a new form fill out occurred and triggered a "New Lead" activity. Both leads had the same email address and were later merged via a third-party tool, which is why you see the combined log now.It's worth noting the Fill Out Form activity was not a traditional form fill -- it was done via a server-side post (can't find the documentation anymore, looks like Marketo removed it). The posting used a URL construct like this: http://app-sjp.marketo.com/index.php/leadCapture/save?munchkinId=[MYMUNCHKINID]&formid=[FORMID]&FirstName=...Is this just due to the API nature of the form fill? Or is there another explanation as to why the activity wouldn't just match to the existing lead, rather than create a new one?

Trying to filter on a field under mapped to (SFDC Opportunity) in a Smart List.However, upon attempting to find the field in my Smart List filters, I find no match to this field upon search.I cannot find it under the Salesforce filters folder nor is there a folder specific to Opportunities.Can anyone help here?  Is there some administrative task I can do to get it as a filter if the field exists?

Hi There,In the AEM documentation on CUG the following is mentioned:"Since the target of any links to the CUG Realm are not visible to the anonymous user, the linkchecker will remove such links.To avoid this, it is advisable to create non-protected redirect pages that point to pages within the CUG Realm. The navigation entries are then rendered without causing the linkchecker any problems. Only when actually accessing the redirect page will the user be redirected inside the CUG Realm - after successfully providing their login credentials." What does it exactly mean to "create a non-protected redirect page that points to pages within the CUG Relam"? Please let me know with an example.

Will manually imported leads count towards the total leads within my lead database?

I just updated a version 2 Email Template by adding a new module that makes use of the Module scope variables, but the emails that use the template broke so that their drafts are no longer editable, and the content displayed is the sample content of the template instead of the actual email text. Luckily only 2 emails were affected, but I'd like to add the change to some other templates to have the new module and I'm concerned that those might be broken by the change too. I'm going to contact support to see if this is fixable on their end. Has anyone else run into this scenario? If so, what did you do to handle the issue?

In our application is based on authentication i.e. a user cannot login to our application till he/she logs in using credentials. But our dam content is getting accessible if it is cached in Dispatcher. Once a image is cached in dispatcher the call does not come to the publish where in sling authentication service I have enabled authentication for /content/dam. Could anyone please let me know how to block dam content till we have logged in. We are using AEM 6.1 SP2Thanks,Tushar

I want to put a program with a 7-day wait step within an engagement program.1.If the prospect is Paused while in the wait step at day 3, and then UnPaused on day 5, what happens?Is it day 4 for them? or is it day 5? Or are they booted from that Program entirely upon Pause?2.If the Prospect qualifies to transition to another stream, while in the wait step, do they finish the flow of that program they started or are they moved into the next stream immediately?3.If something triggers the Prospect to be removed from the Engagement Program, while in the wait step, do they finish the flow of the program or are they removed from the program immediately?A thought - if I want them to not finish the flow, should I put "remove from flow" in the transition or smart campaign rules that effect this?And for 1. I could remove from flow and from the program so that they could go into that program again, right?Thanks!

We've two publish instances but want tot trigger a specific workflow from only one publish instance? How can this be configured without manually disabling a certain workflow in one of the publish instances

This might be a novice question, but where in a stream do leads join? For example, say I have seven emails in a stream. Lead A transitions to said stream after it has been running for a month. Would Lead A start receiving emails from the top of the stream (i.e., sequentially from 1-7), or would it start receiving emails from wherever the other leads are at at that point in time (i.e., it would begin on email 3)? If it is the second (they join in the middle of a series of emails), is there a way to make it so they start at the top?

I'd like to be able to generate a smart list of all leads that did not come through my CRM (specifically it's salesforce), what's the best way to do that?Additionally is it possible to generate a smart list of leads that came via static lists? What filter would I need to pull for that?

Question:What happens and does not happen when you rename historic programs?Background:I am going through renaming old programs to abide by our new naming structure, however, I just noticed when I now run an email performance report on the old programs emails the emails still have the old program name.  This has me worried.  Doesn't his complicate things??
