Hello,We have a program with the following statusesOn Invite ListSent InviteInvite TouchedVisited Event Landing PageRegisteredRSVP AcceptRSVP DeclineAttended (Success)No ShowThese 3 statuses have the same Step Value, as someone might accept, then decline, then change their mind again.RSVP Accept , "happens" when a person clicks on a 'Yes I will attend' button within the invite email, leading to a thank you page, with an optional form to update your details.Registered happens when you fill out the optional form to update your detailsRSVP Decline happens when click on a 'No I can't attend' button within the invite emailSo the time has come to send a reminder for the ones that have RSVP Accept or Registered Yet we have one person who had Registered, and after a few days went back to the email and clicked on the RSVP Decline button, so under program members he appears with program status RSVP Decline. Which is correct.Now when we set up a smart list for the reminder campaign the rules are:

To keep form maintenance under control, we thought it was wise to create a central form for (e.g.) webinar registrations that lives in the Design Studio. In the webinar program we've created a local Landing Page with the central form on it. We then listen to this central form being filled out (Trigger: Fills out Form), with Form name = 'central form' and Constraint: Web page = 'local Marketo LP'. People who will out the form will be marked as Registered as a result.I now see that half of the members is Member of the program, but not Registered. So it seems the Trigger as described above doesn't work in all cases. I vaguely recall having met this problem before, and adding a second trigger Fills out Form, with Constraint: Referrer = 'local Marketo LP' may solve the problem (I'm monitoring it as we speak).However, I just don't understand whether my setup is simply incorrect or what else may be causing this.Any insights much appreciated!Gerard

Hello,Quick question and it might be an easy one.  If i was to set up a field to have all updates blocked does it prevent it from populating the first time as well as all other updates?  Is there a way to populate it the first time and then prevent edits thereafter unless updated in SFDC?

Hi,We have a Business requirement, where, we are recreating all the components using a different approach in Phase 2 of a Project. Now the Business needs to have the existing site in Prod before the Phase 2 is launched. For this, we would be copying all the existing components under re-writing code in it. Once the new components are created, The Authors would start creating new pages using the new components. Once the Content is created, we have to switch the Live site from Old content to new Content path.So my query here is, what all things we have to take care, or pre-determine before doing this switch. We could think of the following:Check Analytics pointingsSSO pointingsConfig related changesURL shortening update to new URLAre there any other things we need to take care, if anyone has worked on such a condition in the past. Hi all - I have a webpage that has an iframe on it. I have a form on the iframe'd page. Using direct call rules, i have a string passed to Adobe Analytics each time the form is submitted. The problem is, i have a tracking code on the parent page, but the Direct Call rule that is being fired is not getting attributed to the campaign code. I have the marketing cloud service setup. How can i resolve this issue?Thanks!

However, I believe the gap between viewing this old (not mobile enabled page) and not filling out the form could be due to those that accessed the page from a mobile devise.  I would like to check their current unsubscribe status.  However, if I try and do a smart list for viewing a web page – the data is only held for 90 days.Note: Data of this activity type is archived after 90 daysI created a smart list and it looks like most of the leads have been archived/as they are not pulling in.https://app-sjo.marketo.com/#SL114146B2LA1Is there a way to get this detail lead detail so I can check to see if they are unsubscribed?  What are your thoughts?Thank you.

Inside /apps/myproject/components/content/mycomponent I have a mycomponent.html file and a ClientLibraryFolder. In my html file I have:<sly data-sly-use.myComponent="myComponent.js" data-sly-use.clientLib="${'/libs/granite/sightly/templates/clientlib.html'}" id="${myComponent.id}" /> <sly data-sly-call="${clientLib.all @ categories='myproject.components.content.mycomponent'}" />Which does transpile to importing the script from myproject/components/content/mycomponentThe issue that I'm having though is on the author and dispatcher servers. If I'm logged in as an administrator, my clientlibraries render, but if I'm not an administrator, then I don't have sufficient permissions to access that directory. I could embed these libraries to the base clientlib, but then I'd be loading every library to the client, regardless if the component that uses it is present on the page or not.

My question is specifically on creating the form and/or survey in Marketo. I know there is a SurveyMonkey implementation that can be purchased, and we haven't ruled that out yet, but for more immediate results, what would be the best way to get this done? Can you do it within Forms, and if so, what would be the best way to do that? Thanks in advance!

Workflow payload cannot be modified once the job has been started? I cannot add or delete a payload from the workflow instance.3. Workflow packages allow using multiple pages, assets in a single Workflow job but packages can only be used through Classic UI onlyWith all these constraints, Is it not inefficient to run workflow processes this way?TIA  AEM 6.2

Hello all,I want to integrate the AEM Communities Groups feature into our website so that it looks like a part of the web page rather than a different site and would like to know what my best options are for customizing the appearance of the communities sites. To clarify: I would like the result to look for the Groups feature like what is done with the forum in geometrixx-media - a seamless integration of that feature into my standard templates.I already found out that I can place the community page at the position where I want it (e.g. /content/geometrixx-media/en/community/mymediacommunity.html) and then overlay libs/social/console/components/basepage so I can pull in the navigation etc. from my own templates. But using an overlay does not seem like the best way to do it.What would be nice if I could create a Community Site Template that uses a resource type other than social/console/components/basepage for the community pages. Does anybody know if this is possible? Any other ideas f

A little context here: this is an engagement program where we'd like leads in a particular stream to be marked as a success if they have opened up two or more different emails. This sounded simple enough until I started trying to setup the smart lists for it.For example, say I have 2 "Opened Email" filters, each with the same list of emails, then I'm assuming the lead would qualify for both conditions even if they only opened one:This is possible if you account for every combination of emails they could open (#1 & #3, #2 & #3, etc...) but that's not maintainable when adding more emails to the stream.Is there some constraint within Marketo that I'm missing? Would love to hear thoughts on the best way to approach this, thanks!

Hey Everyone, Running into an issue where we are using a Marketo form and the data is be submitted correctly via the API. However, leads are not populated in Marketo upon submitting the form. Using the javascript console we can see the API is working as intended (status code: 200) We are not hitting our daily API threshold so I am not sure what can be causing the issue. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,I’m curious how others who are using Google’s autotagging feature are tracking their AdWords campaigns in Marketo. Will adding UTM variables to an autotagged URL causes any issues in Google Analytics since the URL would also have the ‘gclid’ value?I’d like to continue to use autotagging since it gives us more data in Google Analytics, but I also have javascript running on our site that saves the UTM values as a cookie when someone visits our site for attribution within Marketo. By just using URLs with 'gclid' values, I'm not able to attribute leads to specific AdWord ads or campaigns in Marketo. I’m concerned that using a combination of the ‘gclid’ and UTM values could result in duplicate data in Google Analytics. How is everyone else handling this?Thanks!
