Hi everyone,I hope you are all well. I have a question regarding using "Then" in segmentation.I want to see how many times a users have gone from a group of pages, lets say Product Pages, on my site, to one particular page, lets say the Basket Page. I then want to break this out, to see which particular Product Pages are driving the most traffic to the basket page.I have managed to map something out in Workspace flow, but want to bring this into a report builder report that's already in existence. My thinking is to create a "Then" segment of:VisitPage Type = Product PageThen (within 1 hit)Page Name = BasketI could then apply to the pages report to see the top Product Pages which drove clicks through to the basket page with a metric of "Instances". Will this show me what I want? I am cautious as my understanding is that a Visit level segment will bring in information for the whole visit. What I want to see is how many times this path occurred, not information on the visit as a whole.Can

Alright, I know there is probably something on here about this, but I have as specific question.If I send a well-crafted HTML email with a nice banner and CTA button along with the plain-text version (as is best practice), is it best practice to send a different version of the text-based email?Example: From: marketing@email.mycompany.ioHTML:: BANNER ::Some text here.Click Here (linking to a landing page. Link masked)Some text here.TEXTSome text hereClick Here <pages.mycompany.com/xxxxxxxxxx>Some text here.Those two are the same, however, in order to reconcile the different domains, can one alter the text email to not have a call to action like that. Maybe without the link. The assumption I am making is that servers will not look too kindly on the different domains being displayed by the sender and the link. I have a web application in Adobe Campaign 6.1 that has a form with fields such as name, email, phone. Depending on the source link, this form is pre-populated with data from the recipient table.When the user click submit, how do I submit this form to an external page that is not part of the Adobe Campaign web application page sequence?Thanks for the help in advance.Vivek

I am trying to use two of the same reportlet but each with a different segment for separate websites. However, when I change the segment at the reportlet level for one, the other changes too. Same for when I change the names of the reporlets - changing one changes the other. It seems the dashboard feature won't let me use different segments nor names for the same copied reportlet. What am I doing wrong? Any help will insure your name on Santa's nice list.Thanks in advance.BK

I would like to create a workflow with a query that will give me an overview of the actual user rights per user including exceptions (of 170 users). I can't find a way to pull this data. Can someone help me with this?In another forum I already received this answer but unfortunately I do not think this gives me the right information:An operator can be directly connected to names rights or it will be part of an operator group which is then linked to a named right.1.Use a query activity to get all named rights.2.Perform a change dimension to obtain Operator Groups. In the change dimension activity select (All records).3.Then again perform a change dimension to get operators from xtk:operator schema. Again select all records.4.Repeat the above methodology to start from named rights and a direct change dimension to operator (all records).5.Perform a Union on output from Step 3 and Step 4.

Hi All,We have a schema with huge amount of records and the size of the data is greater than 3 G.B.We are trying to export this data using Jobs into our local machine but, every time when we are exporting the file we are getting the following error: 12/20/2016 5:46:24 AM    XSV-350122 An error occurred and the process has been stopped.Also the file is getting downloaded but only up to 2 GB.Is there a way to export complete data through Jobs or Workflow script approach.Please provide your suggestion or solutions.Note: Through SFTP we were able to download 3 GB file but this could take a lot time for both download and upload.Thanks

Hello. I wish there was a beginners or New user section. We are now in the process of developing some new UI and a new website and would like to do some testing with Adobe TARGET.  Need assistance with implementing Target, we are using DTM to manage. I tried to follow the video instruction but got confused, not sure if I need to put mbox.js code directly onto sight or not if using DTM. Need this done ASAP a P1 status.Can someone tell me the steps I need to take to implement Target to our site. Keep in mind we are using DTM.  Thank you

Hi,I am creating Adaptive Form Templates, using Template Editor.Please suggest how to apply styles.I do see a setting "CSS File". But how to make a specific CSS file available to it?Should we store it in a specific path in JCR and mention its full path?If I cant succeed in applying styles, I have to resort to manual way of creating templates, not using Template Editor.Appreciate your support.Thanks,Rama.

I created a campaign in Sandbox version and send a delivery through that campaign.The issue is that email is not deliver to the email address mentioned in the list which was selected in creating a delivery.In the summary, the status is Success. Hey Everyone! I'm running into an issue with an email program regarding tokens. Specifically, tokens are not appearing when being added to the email draft. I uploaded a static list and made sure members of said list are in the appropriate campaign. Everything looks fine but I cannot figure out why the tokens do not appear at all. Has anyone run into this issue before?

We have used LaunchPoint in Marketo for a number of webinars hosted via GoToWebinar over the last 2 years. Even though the programs are archived now in the Marketing Activities area, they still show up in the LaunchPoint view found in the Admin area. Is there anyway to mark these as "archived" for the LaunchPoint view so we see a true number of active programs using this service, and does this mean the integration's are still active even though the Marketo program has been archived?

I've searched high and low for details on how to package up users and their ACL permissions from a source AEM instance and import to a destination and the user's ACL permissions are maintained with no luck whatsoever.  When I install the package on the destination it imports the user and their associated groups but the permissions are never carried over from source to destination.  Any feedback would be much appreciated.  We are running AEM 6.0 SP3.

We have an email in which a CTA link was inserted with a URL in the form of enquete.company.com/isis/itw/answer/s/04q50pc8qh/k/surveyname​But when we send a sample or a real email, and click the CTA, we end up on:enquete.company.com/isis/itw/answer/ErreurIntrouvable?2 We tried the same with an untracked email and it worked perfectly.We are opening a support ticket, but any hint? idea?Thx in advance,-Greg

We had a customer receive a text only email that was wrong, because whomever created it forgot to copy all HTML to text.  Basically it had the placeholder Lorem Ipsum text from the template in it because someone forgot to do this step before it was approved/went out.Is there anyway to pull a report that would tell us how many people received/opened the email as text only?

Hi All,My organization has a functioning Facebook integration for lead cards, with a full smart campaign to organize our lead data accordingly.As a part of our flow steps, we had "Change Data Value" for our Lead Source from Facebook Lead Ads to our proper SFDC value. This was working nicely up until 12/20, and this step is now being completely ignored.Looking at both the campaign results and each lead's history, there's not even a mention of the step as being skipped, it just doesn't appear.I've also attempted manual data changes within Marketo to change this value, but it doesn't stick. I can manually update in SFDC one record at a time and it'll stick in SFDC, but doesn't update the Lead Source back in Marketo.Is there any reason this field would not be changing as it should all of a sudden?
