Hello everyone, I'm using “Data loading (file) activity” in an existing workflow. Mapping is done by using a sample file from local disk (“Use a sample file on the local computer” is checked). Recently I had to modify the mapping and I’ve clicked on “Click here to change the file format” link. “File format” window opens then. On the screen I have an “Add” button on the right of my screen. This buttons is unabled. Is this normal that I cannot add more fields to the existing mapping?I’ve tried also by unchecking “Use a sample file on the local computer” and then go again on “Click here to change the file format” link. “Add” button is still unabled.Can you please tell me if this is normal?Thank you.Best regards,Nicoleta

Dear all,Recently we upgraded our AEM servers from 6.1SP1 to 6.2, and we have a component to build a multiple form container, it is normally on 6.1, however after we upgrade the instance to 6.2, the page always crashed in editor mode.I have analyzed and found the reason is following marked with bold font. Hello,I'd like to set up a form so that it pops up after clicking on a link, but I'm having trouble with the following code.I added this snippet of code (above) to my landing page. Then I added an HTML element containing the following form embed code:Then I added a link to the landing page containing the following HTML:<div><a href="" id="popup-link">Click here</a></div>I approved the landing page and tested, and thought that the form would pop up once I clicked on that link, but nothing happens when I click on the link.Please let me know if I am setting this up the wrong way.Thanks in advance,Tom

Hello,I need help understanding a couple of bounce codes for one of my leads...The lead has an Email Invalid set to true (checked off) with the Email Invalid Cause being " Exceeded MaxAttempts - 551 5.1.6 Mailhost is on our global block list (Mode: normal)." The same lead also has an Email Suspended set to true (checked off) with an Email Suspended Cause being "Exceeded MaxAttempts - 554 5.0.0 Denied [b71867f4.0.359234.00-2258.556341.p02c12m022.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)."I have a list of Marketo Bounce codes with an explanation for each. It says that Code 551 means the recipient is not local to the server, with 5.1.6 indicating that the mailbox has moved. Code 554 means that the transaction failed for some unstated reason, with 5.0.0 indicating that the address does not exist?Please let me know if you have any insight as to what's going on/why the lead bounced. I'm working my way through all programs in our instance to add email script for year. I'm using $date.get('yyyy') from this community discussion, though Marketo support said it may cause email approval issues, so test drive $date.getYear() as well. My question is that depending on the campaign, my team is cloning programs/emails or creating new. I know they won't remember to add script to each new program, and I don't want 2016 in any emails for the new year. In order to catch every email, does it make sense to both of the following:Add script to all existing programs and input into existing emails.Change year to 2017 in email templates in Design Studio. This would catch new program/email when user forgets to add script to new program.I'm sure I'm overthinking this, so I'm open to any suggestions.

We are currently trying to shift around some of the items in the community groups component view. One of the things we're looking to change is the size of the thumbnail for each group; we would like to make them bigger. As far as I can see, this image is pulled in from a field in the JSON:"imageURL":"/content/forums/forum-name/photos/image.thumb.90.170.${some-id}.jpg"Is it possible to access the full size of the image so that we can resize it as we see fit rather than being given a fixed size thumbnail? Could we amend the JSON to do this and if so, what URL can we use for the original size of the image?

Hello.  I work at an eCommerce company, and I am trying to locate a report in Adobe that will tell me how much revenue is associated with a particular URL.  Ex:  Think of category pages.  How can I compare revenue associated with say the Shoes category page with revenue from the Pants category page, and ideally look at these over time.By associated with a particular page, I am asking about customers who landed on that page and then made a purchase. Clearly this would be directional and I assume there would be some revenue attribution applied.My guess is that this report exists, or can be configured readily, but I am pretty new to Adobe and cannot find a report that contains the above, or similar.Any suggestions  you have would be appreciated.Thanks,Kirk

I have a custom prop and eVar that passes a number.  I want to be able to filter on this number - eg, prop greater than XXXX and less than XXXX.  But it's being read as text, not a number.  Is there any way to set the data type of a custom prop/eVar?

Hi All,I am new to AEM CMS and currently working in Interwoven Teamsite CMS. I just want to know like in Interwoven CMS we can create content template (dct) and using presentation template (xslt) we can generate o/p file like : html, xml, json etc and deploy these files using worklfow. Can we do something like this in AEM ? As I want I have seen till now is we can create template for page in which we can consume components as we do in Interwoven Sitepublisher.Please let me know if more information is required.thanks

Hi, I've got 2 paths which I'd like to create segments based upon them. Problem is they are very similar:Path 1: A > B > C > DPath 2: A > B > D What should my sequential segments look like? Path 1 is easy, "A then B then C then D". But for path 2? Is it legitimate to exclude page C? Like this: "A then B then doesn't equal C then D" ?

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to remove the background color in one of the old templates - EM – B-Shoes v1 (EM – B-Shoes v1 | Marketo Templates).  In reviewing the code, I don't see an editable email background color tag (currently a light gray). Any thoughts?

Hi All!Background:Most of our early stage leads are owned by "Marketo", the Marketo User.  We run into an issue when these people fill out a web form.  They are synced to salesforce under Marketo's ownership rather than going through the "-- Use Auto-Assignment Rules --" Sync Lead to SFDC flow action to be assigned the appropriate owner. Current Process:1. Lead fills out form2. Lead goes through the "-- Use Auto-Assignment Rules --" Sync Lead to SFDC flow action to be assigned the appropriate owner in SFDC.Desired Process:1. Lead fills out form2. If Lead Owner Last Name = Marketo THEN change owner to NULL (this would allow them to go through the auto assignment rules then)2. Lead goes through the "-- Use Auto-Assignment Rules --" Sync Lead to SFDC flow action to be assigned the appropriate owner in SFDC.Question:My question then is are we able to set the ownership to NULL in the flow before the Sync Lead to SFDC flow action takes place?  This person would then go through the auto-assig

Hi Marketo Community! Just some background info: there are two different companies sharing one Marketo instance (separated by workspace and lead partitions) and one SFDC instance (we identify each companies using two different record types). We are having issues sending the correct Lead/Contact/Account Owner using tokens for Nurture Emails to Customers because the SFDC field mapping is either not synced to the correct or wrong Marketo Field. Is there a way to restrict SFDC visibility rules for specific fields from specific lead partitions? For example, if we have a unique Account Owner field that we don't want the other partitions to see, can we hide that from being seen?

Questions:Is Multi-Touch meant to only look at marketing initiatives and efforts?  I ask because we have a lead source of rep generated.  This is not a marketing effort or initiative obviously but we will want to have a channel for it because we can acquire new leads through that "channel".   2. Would you make that channel have a success so it would be attributed credit in both the FT and MT sense or would you not mark a success status so it is excluded from MT?
