Attempted to set up the channel overview report for a hotel website (domain A) and its booking engine (third-party shopping cart, domain B) utilizing third-party cookies and common omniture report suite. Although both domains are added to internal URL filters and- channel processing rules were set up based on what Adobe outlines (screenshot attached) - last-touch channel override was turned off for direct and session refresh (internal) channels- confirmed that appmeasurement tracking is set up correctly and there is no re-direct on the landing pageswe have been struggling with around 20-25% last-touch session refresh (internal) traffic for more than a month now.As a last resort,we reached out to our Adobe consultant who advised that our numbers are align with the trends what their experts have seen:" — the 50% we confirmed for Session refresh + Direct traffic is the trend most experts have seen across different clients w/r to Adobe Analytics, but it will vary based on strength of a cli

Hi team,I have implemented performanceTiming in www.solidfire.com. But the issue is it is affecting custom tracking. The event given for the custom tracking is not firing instead the the events set for the performance timeing is firing. How to stop this.Example:1. Open this URL https://www.solidfire.com/resources/fueled-by-solidfire-program-overview 2.Click on the download. It fires event110 which is set for performancetitming. The actual event set for this custom tracking is event33. Hi,I want to set eVars,events and props using custom script, but  I am facing couple of problems.    It doesn't recognize any reference of s object    I was able to create a reference of s object (var s=new Appmeasurement();) but not it doesn't recognize any of the methods of s object like     s.linkTrackVars & s.linkTrackEvents.    I tried using below code but it's not working                 var s = _satellite.getToolsByType('sc')[0].getS();            s.linkTrackVars="prop1,events";            s.linkTrackEvents="event1";            s.events="event1";            s.prop1="test";            showing below error message in console "Cannot set property 'linkTrackVars' of null".Kindly let me know how to set eVars and props by using Custom script in Page load Rules/ Even based rules( DTM)Thanks & Regards,Satish Kumar G

Hello everyone, I'm using “Data loading (file) activity” in an existing workflow. Mapping is done by using a sample file from local disk (“Use a sample file on the local computer” is checked). Recently I had to modify the mapping and I’ve clicked on “Click here to change the file format” link. “File format” window opens then. On the screen I have an “Add” button on the right of my screen. This buttons is unabled. Is this normal that I cannot add more fields to the existing mapping?I’ve tried also by unchecking “Use a sample file on the local computer” and then go again on “Click here to change the file format” link. “Add” button is still unabled.Can you please tell me if this is normal?Thank you.Best regards,Nicoleta

Dear all,Recently we upgraded our AEM servers from 6.1SP1 to 6.2, and we have a component to build a multiple form container, it is normally on 6.1, however after we upgrade the instance to 6.2, the page always crashed in editor mode.I have analyzed and found the reason is following marked with bold font. Hello,I need help understanding a couple of bounce codes for one of my leads...The lead has an Email Invalid set to true (checked off) with the Email Invalid Cause being " Exceeded MaxAttempts - 551 5.1.6 Mailhost is on our global block list (Mode: normal)." The same lead also has an Email Suspended set to true (checked off) with an Email Suspended Cause being "Exceeded MaxAttempts - 554 5.0.0 Denied [b71867f4.0.359234.00-2258.556341.p02c12m022.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)."I have a list of Marketo Bounce codes with an explanation for each. It says that Code 551 means the recipient is not local to the server, with 5.1.6 indicating that the mailbox has moved. Code 554 means that the transaction failed for some unstated reason, with 5.0.0 indicating that the address does not exist?Please let me know if you have any insight as to what's going on/why the lead bounced. I'm working my way through all programs in our instance to add email script for year. I'm using $date.get('yyyy') from this community discussion, though Marketo support said it may cause email approval issues, so test drive $date.getYear() as well. My question is that depending on the campaign, my team is cloning programs/emails or creating new. I know they won't remember to add script to each new program, and I don't want 2016 in any emails for the new year. In order to catch every email, does it make sense to both of the following:Add script to all existing programs and input into existing emails.Change year to 2017 in email templates in Design Studio. This would catch new program/email when user forgets to add script to new program.I'm sure I'm overthinking this, so I'm open to any suggestions.

We are currently trying to shift around some of the items in the community groups component view. One of the things we're looking to change is the size of the thumbnail for each group; we would like to make them bigger. As far as I can see, this image is pulled in from a field in the JSON:"imageURL":"/content/forums/forum-name/photos/image.thumb.90.170.${some-id}.jpg"Is it possible to access the full size of the image so that we can resize it as we see fit rather than being given a fixed size thumbnail? Could we amend the JSON to do this and if so, what URL can we use for the original size of the image?
