Hello,We are having issues where our webpages are loading, but our target-global-mbox is hiding the content.In the console, there is an error that says "[Target] executeAjax(): timeout : timeout".When we refresh the page, it seems to go away sometimes, but seems to recur a lot on IE.This issue occurs randomly and we are not able to point out the cause of this.We migrated to at.js recently in our staging environment, but I do not think this is the cause of the issue.I've attached a screencapture.Thanks

I've created a number of reports in the new Analysis workspace.  Over the last few days, however, I have been unable to export them as PDF.  I get the 'success' message, but nothing ever arrives (and I have checked spam folder etc.)Anyone else have this problem?Thanks,Chris

HiI wanted to enable shared audiences in adobe campaign. I have followed the adobe documentation to install AEM integration, Adobe marketing cloud shared audiences and integration with adobe marketing cloud standard packages but I still did not get the option of creating a shared audience. As per the thread I tried to use adobe Id to login How to get option of "create a shared audience" to create a shared audience ?However when I check the option to login with Adobe Id in Adobe campaign console or web browsers I get the error. "Please report broken authorization link: invalid value for parameter client_id"

Hi allHad anybody created a survey webform with custom .css from Adobe Campaign? And... is it working?We try (and try and try) to create it but we have always an error..., we upload the new .css on the server, we referenced in the style of our survey but, sometimes load the custom style but... sometimes not. The error is: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I'm attempting to use the Data Insertion API as documented here: https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/documentation/data-insertion/c-data-insertion-process. The documentation mentions that the Adobe Client Care team can provide the custom domain name, but I have no contact information for that team. Any advice on where I can get this info from?

Hi all,In AEM Forms Template Editor, we see some components populated in the Components button on the left pane.How are they populated?Also, when we filter, we could see some "Adaptive Form Components". How and where are these created?If I create a normal AEM component, will it be visible? Hello everyone,  We have some Analytics accounts that we can use to log into the site https://mobilemarketing.adobe.com/ to manage the engagement metrics analytics for mobile apps. For a company having a couple of different mobile apps that are to be managed by different people/teams, we'd like to know what is the recommended way for permission delegation. For example, we want user1 to have admin control on the management and configuration (such as create new app and report suite, change app properties, add or change custom variables and metrics and etc.) of mobile app-A and user2 to have admin control on the management and configuration of two other apps such as mobile app-B and mobile app-C. User1 cannot manage (modify or delete) any of the mobile apps user2 is managing and vice versa. Hi, I'm building a form with 3 buttons (yes, no, maybe). With 3 different selections, user will receive a different email. So I set this up on a Smart Campaign Trigger. When user selected 'yes' - receive email A; user selected 'no' - receive email B, and so on. The thing is when I create a flow for this trigger. Flow: Send EmailChoice 1: If [Custom Field 1] [is] [YES] < I couldn't find the 'yes, no, maybe' value from the selection. Email: Email AWhat I can see from the selection, is probably some old value used previously. How do I find the updated (current) value?Thanks!

We have a holiday card email that will be sent by individuals (not Marketo) and want to see if there is a way to use Marketo/munchkin to track the open rate of emails that users send by forwarding the holiday card email. Is there a email campaign specific tracking pixel and how would I even set up the tracking in Marketo? I'm not a developer at all and only know very basic HTML so any help is greatly appreciated!

We're running up against a problem when we try to update leads in Marketo from an outside api because some of the leads have been automatically merged due to the munchkin and the initial Lead ID is no longer active.  The Lead ID we're trying to update is now a Merge ID.   This prevents us from updating the lead and is causing errors in reporting, segmentation, etc.   We call into the Lead ID instead of an email address, because in our product platform (the source of the api call) can be used by multiple accounts / usernames with the same email address.  Why?  Well, because many times a head of household or caretaker will be taking action for multiple family members under the same email address.Basically, we need an api call where after an error, we supply the merge id and we get back the lead id from Marketo.We've been given a "sort of" fix that uses a paging token, but it's not a programatic fix and at best would take a huge batch run each evening.Has anyone run into a similiar issue

I am having trouble with Adobe Target. I am getting the following error SATELLITE: Test & Target: failed to find T&T ajax call, bailing and target is not loading. I was under the impression that if I had appmeasure on my site and am using DTM, I do not need to hard load any script directly on the site. Hi, I've set up a campaign to run and after 3 steps, the flow just "froze" and nothing happened after that. I run it a second time, and it was completed, although there were some errors in some sync. I run it for a 3rd, and once again, it seems as if the flow just stopped.Here's the message I receive in the Last Run section:Has anyone noticed this today?
