Hello All!Questions:Are you supposed to look at First-Touch and Multi-Touch as separate worlds?Should all First-Touch acquisition programs always be a counted as a Multi-Touch as well so the acquisition program will always receive credit in a Multi-Touch world and metrics as well?  So when you are looking at Multi-Touch metrics the FT is considered a MT success and receives credit? 

I want to trigger off of all leads that are converted into contacts (I use Salesforce), but I am using an inside sales team to convert within Salesforce, not Marketo's convert lead functionality.I set up a campaign that said "Lead WAS converted filter + lifecycle stage = x", I expected to see a few options, but it showed 0. I know of at least 7 instances of converted leads that are in lifecycle stage X. Now I wonder if Lead Converted trigger and Lead was Converted filter only apply to when Marketo converts from a lead to a contact and NOT when they are converted by hand in my CRM.Does anyone know if my assumption is right?

I want to pull some numbers to showcase my team's support on marketing initiatives in 2016 and for our own knowledge of how much we are building in Marketo. Does anyone know how to find the following:amount of programs created in 2016amount of total emails sent in 2016amount of active trigger campaignsamount of email assets createdI'd like to find some of these numbers, but the reports don't seem to help. Also, what other "working" numbers are you interested in reporting?

Hi,I've created an itemized list under Administration > Platform > Itemized list node and I'm wondering if it's possible to create enum values (xtk:enumValues) from a workflow? I've tried using the Update data activity, and while I can't create new enumeration values, I can update existing values in the enumeration. I've also tries using JavaScript, using the Write method. We have a handful of smart campaigns that have a wait step duration: wait 1 min, wait must end Mon-Fri at 4 pm ET. The next step is to send an email. We are doing this, obviously, because we do not want these emails to go out over the weekend.This past weekend, it seems that the wait step completely ignored the "wait must end Mon-Fri at 4 pm ET" requirement, as the send email step was executed on both Saturday and Sunday, hours before from the specified end time at 4 pm ET, and so I submitted a support case.Support responded, completely ignoring the fact the wait step did not end Mon-Fri, with this:Wait steps with durations work by trying to satisfy two conditions. In this case the conditions are 1 minute and by the end of the day at 4:00 PM EDT. Marketo will try to qualify the person for what comes first, the 1 minute or by 4:00 PM EDT. The closer it gets to 4:00 PM EDT, the more Marketo starts to "look" at this part of the condition and less at the 1 minute condition so as not to mis

Our clients will be using Adobe Reader 7+ through which they will be editing the Text fields in our PDF and once the Text fields are changed the linked Bar-code in PDF has to be dynamically changed accordingly. Hi , I'm trying to use html5 attributes readonly , disabled on a extended guidetext field component on AEM forms 6.1. In Edit mode attributes are set correctly but in preview mode these attributes are automatically being removed from the mark-up . Any filters that i need to manage to respect these attributes ? In show/hide rule editor we can set a field to disabled but as per our uX requirements we have different use cases to make a field readonly and disabled . Any Pointers ?

I am trying to move an existing engagement program to another workspace. I found trick on how to overcome the restriction on moving program with members here:https://nation.marketo.com/blogs/marketowhisperer/2016/01/28/moving-a-program-with-members-to-a-new-workspaceUnfortunately the program I am trying to move is an engagement program that has several subprograms and Marketo does not allow me to move the program. I get an error message with links to local assets (such as emails) that are completely within the engagement program and its subprograms. Is moving programs that contain other programs not allowed between workspaces? Has anybody encountered this limitation and found solution?I thought about cloning the subprograms from the engagement program, moving them individually and then re-assemble the engagement program in the new workspace, but that would be a lot of work and I would most likely loose some information, which would defeat the purpose of moving the program in the first

Hi,I need to create interactive video. I have uploaded sample ..mp4 video in DAM and in /assetdetails.html window, the edit option is not there.when i try to edit it from view properties option, i am getting "Editing is not supported for this type of assets." Hi, im using Email 2.0 for my clients templates.. When they make the same modules multiple times, each new get a new name  -1, -2, -3 and so on.The issue is, that the URL on the button is a global variable, so if i change one URL, all of them changes... Is there anywhere to make the NOT global, so each can be edited separately?

Hi,I have created a default program with 4 trigger campaign and one batch campaign.Trigger campaigns are -A-SentB-OpenedC-ClickedD-UnsubscribedIt was working fine previously, but in the last couple of programs are showing 0 open and  clicked is X number. Click to open ratio is 100% in the email performance report.I have done a QC by creating a smart list by using Opened Email filter, but it is the same result as 0.Below are the Attached screenshot for your reference. Hi All!Questions:For email programs, should you remove unsubscribes or bounced leads to ensure your program metrics in RCE are not skewed? For instance won't these types of "members" in your program really skew % Success (Total), % Success (New Names) and other similar metrics in reports like a Program Membership Analysis and Program Cost Analysis?What should you watch out for and how should you make sure you are not skewing metrics?Thanks ahead of time!

Can I use tokens on non-marketo landing pages?

Hey there, This is probably the simplest question of all, however I'm such a novice in using Marketo and I want to make sure that I don't make a huge mistake. I have two folders one with landing pages and one with templates. Within these folders there is a mixture of pages that are in production (live) and pages that are a work in progress. I now would like to organize these to separate the pages that are still a work in progress but I want to make sure that moving the files around will not affect the anything. Meaning that the live pages suddenly will not work because I dragged them into a production folder. I ran a test creating a test template and a test landing page and have been moving them around and nothing seems to change ... but I want to make 100% sure so I figured I could still ask. I have searched support for something explaining this but could not find anything. Any suggestions appreciated Thanks,

Hi All - We have a handful of forms on our website that allow people to opt-in for future e-mail communications by checking a checkbox at the bottom of the form. If they check it, they get opted in, if not they don't. However, we've discovered that upon future form submissions (different form on the site), if someone who previously opted-in does not check the opt-in box on their next form submission, they then get opted-out as the checkbox returns a false reading in Marketo. We use server side form posts instead of Marketo forms as the form data needs to go elsewhere (we create user accounts in a different system) so I can't use progressive profiling to remove the opt-in checkbox on future forms if the prospect is already opted-in.I'm curious how others are allowing their website visitors to opt-in - are you using check boxes, other types of form fields (like a yes/no drop down that doesn't require an answer), or are you simply opting everyone in who fills out a form and then allowing

This feature is available on the lead/contact level in SFDC but I don't see this as an option within campaigns. Is this possible?We want to give our internal team the option to send their own emails (using Marketo templates) to a group of individuals that they've defined using SFDC campaigns.
