I am trying to move an existing engagement program to another workspace. I found trick on how to overcome the restriction on moving program with members here:https://nation.marketo.com/blogs/marketowhisperer/2016/01/28/moving-a-program-with-members-to-a-new-workspaceUnfortunately the program I am trying to move is an engagement program that has several subprograms and Marketo does not allow me to move the program. I get an error message with links to local assets (such as emails) that are completely within the engagement program and its subprograms. Is moving programs that contain other programs not allowed between workspaces? Has anybody encountered this limitation and found solution?I thought about cloning the subprograms from the engagement program, moving them individually and then re-assemble the engagement program in the new workspace, but that would be a lot of work and I would most likely loose some information, which would defeat the purpose of moving the program in the first

Hi,I need to create interactive video. I have uploaded sample ..mp4 video in DAM and in /assetdetails.html window, the edit option is not there.when i try to edit it from view properties option, i am getting "Editing is not supported for this type of assets." Error message.How to edit and create interactive video?As per the below link i have enabled dynamic media in my local author instance.https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/content/dynamic-media/config-dynamic.htmli am able to create interactive image. but not able to do it for video. When they make the same modules multiple times, each new get a new name  -1, -2, -3 and so on.The issue is, that the URL on the button is a global variable, so if i change one URL, all of them changes... Is there anywhere to make the NOT global, so each can be edited separately?

Hi,I have created a default program with 4 trigger campaign and one batch campaign.Trigger campaigns are -A-SentB-OpenedC-ClickedD-UnsubscribedIt was working fine previously, but in the last couple of programs are showing 0 open and  clicked is X number. Click to open ratio is 100% in the email performance report.I have done a QC by creating a smart list by using Opened Email filter, but it is the same result as 0.Below are the Attached screenshot for your reference. Hi All!Questions:For email programs, should you remove unsubscribes or bounced leads to ensure your program metrics in RCE are not skewed? For instance won't these types of "members" in your program really skew % Success (Total), % Success (New Names) and other similar metrics in reports like a Program Membership Analysis and Program Cost Analysis?What should you watch out for and how should you make sure you are not skewing metrics?Thanks ahead of time!

Can anyone explain what I am missing.I have uncheck the Form Prefill for each field and even in the landing page "Edit form settings".Thanks

Can I use tokens on non-marketo landing pages?

Hey there, This is probably the simplest question of all, however I'm such a novice in using Marketo and I want to make sure that I don't make a huge mistake. I have two folders one with landing pages and one with templates. Within these folders there is a mixture of pages that are in production (live) and pages that are a work in progress. I now would like to organize these to separate the pages that are still a work in progress but I want to make sure that moving the files around will not affect the anything. Meaning that the live pages suddenly will not work because I dragged them into a production folder. I ran a test creating a test template and a test landing page and have been moving them around and nothing seems to change ... but I want to make 100% sure so I figured I could still ask. I have searched support for something explaining this but could not find anything. Any suggestions appreciated Thanks,

Hi All - We have a handful of forms on our website that allow people to opt-in for future e-mail communications by checking a checkbox at the bottom of the form. If they check it, they get opted in, if not they don't. However, we've discovered that upon future form submissions (different form on the site), if someone who previously opted-in does not check the opt-in box on their next form submission, they then get opted-out as the checkbox returns a false reading in Marketo. We use server side form posts instead of Marketo forms as the form data needs to go elsewhere (we create user accounts in a different system) so I can't use progressive profiling to remove the opt-in checkbox on future forms if the prospect is already opted-in.I'm curious how others are allowing their website visitors to opt-in - are you using check boxes, other types of form fields (like a yes/no drop down that doesn't require an answer), or are you simply opting everyone in who fills out a form and then allowing

This feature is available on the lead/contact level in SFDC but I don't see this as an option within campaigns. Is this possible?We want to give our internal team the option to send their own emails (using Marketo templates) to a group of individuals that they've defined using SFDC campaigns.

Hi  ,  I'm trying to resolve a use case , where i need to apply date range validations and also provide options for date offsets ex : currentDate+20 ..The current OOTB date picker component do not provide such configurations , though native html 5 date has min and max date range attributes to support .   I'm currently considering an approach to extend current dateTime xfa widget  and in render method hook jqueryUI date picker . But with this approach iIm not sure how to actually show error message to end user on validation  . Are there any standard methods like render that can be overidden in the widget to show custom error messages ? If not any other easy approached to handle this use case ?

USECASE:I had a form and it needs to automatically save its data after a given interval of time and retrieve it when user refresh the page. For that, I use `autosave` functionality of AEM Forms.What I had done till nowAccording to Adobe doc: I had created a formEnable autosave option in form containerSpecify 1 or TRUE in Adaptive Form EventEnable Autosave for anonymous users. For that, changed configuration in  felix  console, edit  Forms Common Configuration Service to All UsersSave these settingsThe form is data and metadata is saved in /content/forms/fp/admin/drafts hierarchy.Two nodes in drafts describes:data : it has data in xml format.metadata : it has metadata associated with the node.Problemwhen I refresh the page, the from is not retrieving the saved value. Do I had missed something?Any suggestions are welcome.Thank you.  

My team is trying to decide which is best practice.  We currently have a test where we have a Control that does nothing on the page (Default Content), and a Challenger where if the visitor lands on the control page, they get redirected (via Target Redirect Offer) to another page (let's call this page B).  For setting up the test and for visitor count to be accurate for the test, should we also include the mbox for page B for this test (and keep the offer as Default Content)?One argument (for if we include page B mbox in the campaign) is that if the visitor copies the redirected URL and uses another browser, they will be counted as another visitor.Another argument (for if we do not include page B mbox in the campaign), is that if the visitor copies the redirected URL and uses another browser, they will not be counted in the campaign conversion.Which one is correct? I'm working on loading fonts and changing colors to customize my app using the new tools for app customization.  However, I only see options for iOS and Android. Will there also be the same tools coming for a Windows app so it will look the same across device platforms?

Hi Everyone,Been running into some issues in the new email 2.0 template editor.  We've taken some of the templates included with the 2.0 upgrade and adjusted them to our brand colors / replaced images & branding, etc.  When I try to use the "save as a template" function, many of the colors and images revert back to the defaults.  Do these edits need to be done at template code level?

When I implemented MSI, I did a test and found that it honored unsubscribes in my system, so I felt confident rolling it out to sales. That was under the old Email Editor 1.0.I'm adding a new email to MSI after moving to Email Editor 2.0 and went to publish to MSI and got this notification. Note that Operational Email wasn't selected, so does this mean that MSI does NOT honor unsubscribes?

Hi,So I wrote the following velocity script to make a token value to appear in lower case in the email copy:1. #set ($ptier = ${lead.Partner_Tier__c.toLowerCase()})    $display.capitalize($ptier)  Am using this as a token {{my.Previous_Partner_Tier1}} in my email copy.2. #set ($pptier = ${lead.Previous_Partner_Tier__c.toLowerCase()})   $display.capitalize($pptier)  Token that I am using in email copy {{my.Previous_Partner_Tier1}}Yesterday - I did couple of sample tests of the email and it all worked fine.Today its not working, the tokens are not getting populated with value and are appearing as {{my.Previous_Partner_Tier1}} in the copy itself. Would you know if anything has changed in the velocity email scripting side that I need to update in the script above? or am I missing something?

Hi, I'm trying a migration following this guide  But when I'm trying to execute step 4 (migrating from CRX2 to CRX3)  it seems that I'm not passing the include/exclude/merge parameters correctly: java -jar crx-quickstart/opt/helpers/crx2oak/crx2oak.jar crx-quickstart/repository \--include-path=/ \--merge-paths=/content,/apps \--exclude-paths=/tmpThe weird thing is that if I execute it just with one parameter, let's say exlclude, it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

I came across Aslihan's question about being able to create custom regions like LatAm, etc. For the record I am another user who needs Marketo to create this functionality.In the meantime, exactly what countries are included in NCSA? Strangely I haven't been able to come up with a solid answer with Google.I need to only send content to the AMER countries so I need to know if I can simply click NSCA or if I have to manually add every. single.
