HiI am tracking YT video consumption on my site using the You Tube IFrame Player API and deployed the code using DTM- My set up I did not enable Video Reporting on Adobe Analytics as the whole Solutions Variable option doesn't make sense to me.. I can not see or understand how the mapping is done. So i enabled the variables and events that I needed for my implementation in AA.2. Youtube link on site is appended with &enablejsapi=1 and has an ID3. Added the adobe media library4. Added Youtube tracking module5. Added Youtube iFrame Javascript API6. We have many forms with the same issue where users enter one in front of their number which causes the last digit to be omitted, whats the best way to solve this.(1) change the limit(2) other solution

Hi,I'm importing programs from one marketo instance to another. The programs I'm importing have several assets under it including LPs. When I import the programs all assets including forms are recreated except for the Landing Page. My assumption is that because the LP was originally cloned into the program (even though its not global), it might be causing it to not follow over. Is there a workaround for this? Will all the LPs need to be recreated in the new instance?Thanks!Alexis

Hello,I have a question regarding the Fallout analysis available in Analysis Workspace.In my mobile app. I have 4 following touchpoints:Main pagePage APage BAction - "Start"On Page A and Page B users have possibility to click button "Start".I wanted to check traffic distribution, therefore I defined in fallout analysis (analysis workspace) 2 reports:Main page -> Page A -> Start (event)Main page -> Page B -> Start (event)I checked data for 1 month and I have some doubts.I wonder what happens if there is a following situation:User goes to the Page A then goes to the Page B and press button "Start".In general it should be assigned to the second path (example above). However I am not sure if in the final results this user won't be calculated also in the first path, becasue he was also on Page A and later on he clicked a button "Start" (even if he did it through the Page B).Could you please tell me the way how Adobe is calculated the final number of users?Best,Adrian

We have multiple engagement programs in multiple work spaces for multiple products.  You get the idea.  Anyway here is my question:  As leads progress through programs they become invalid (for multiple reasons of course).  The data analyst in me wants to remove the invalid email from the engagement program.This seems like it is or should be a best practice since we can't communicate with the record and email is our primary communication channel.Is there anything I am not considering from a reporting angle?If a record becomes invalid half way through the Engagement Nurture and is removed, how does Marketo handle that?  Like the record never went through at all or will it count all activities up until the point it is removed?Do I have to have a Smart Campaign for every single Engagement Nurture to achieve this?I would really like to hear what others are doing.  Thanks in advance.Best,Eric

We have had new cookies created so we can now monitor last touch. First touch is working as it should and always has - this is a static field. The last touch has been created so it is overwritten each time the UTM value is populated. I've gone to create the last touch hidden values on our web forms but after doing some tests, no last touch values are being pulled through. I'm not very clued up on cookies and the development side of things so any advice would be great as to where to go next / what I'm missing? Thanks, Ellie

I'm trying to add Javascript that pulls Original External Referrer Url into a hidden form field. We have a current onboarding campaign that triggers when a SFDC opportunity closes (using Opportunity is Updated trigger with trigger attribute: Entitled Issued field becomes True and previous value is False). This triggers all contacts under that opportunity to receive a series of emails that onboard them as new customers. Our goal is to onboard all contacts under the account, not just under that opportunity, when an opp closes. Is this possible? I don't see a trigger that looks for account changes, and the Opportunity is Updated trigger won't look for other account contacts that aren't under that opp, will it? Thanks for any advice.

Background: We have set up a nurture where we have 2 different streams (based off of company type). Emails are similar for both streams just varied slightly to make the emails more personal. Meaning if someone was in Stream 1 and received email 1, and then was moved due to updated information to Stream 2 they would get the same information if they received email 1 from Stream 2.What I would like to have happen:1. Lead was sent email 1 (stream 1)2. Lead company type was updated due to more information3. Lead changes stream (now in stream 2)4. Since they received email 1 (from Stream 1) they SKIP email 1 (in Stream 2) and are sent email 2 (in Stream 2)Any help or insight is appreciated!

Hi,I'm trying to create a smart campaign that changes the status of a lead based on their creation date. I want to change the value of a custom field to 'Lost Prospect' if a person is created in the past two years, but hasn't converted, regardless of activity.I have the Trigger Setup as "Person Created is in past before 2 years" along with a couple of other internal attribute fields related to membership status. The flow is setup as Change Data Value Attribute: Prospect Stage with New Value: Lost Prospect. Is that going to work? I'm having a hard time finding documentation to verify this.Thanks,John

What technical skills do you need to implement Adobe Campaign?I'm a marketing technology consultant who has experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, ClickDimensions.  This involves basic language changes, activating user defined fields, and setting up the system. I also have some experience creating workflows and adding fields to forms in Dynamics CRM. Are these the kind of technical skills needed to implement Adobe Campaign or do you need to know more HTML, CSS and/or Java Script at all?
