Hi All,My organizations plan to change CRM system from Salesforce to MS Dynamics CRM. So, we would like to remove salesforce integration and integrate with MS Dynamics CRM.But when go in Admin section, I don't see any option to remove salesforce integration so I can start process for MS Dynamics  integration. Please find attached screenshot.

Hi,Can someone clarify me. I am authenticating users of my site from salesforce for the first time by API call. After the successful login I store the user details in AEM using user management concept. If the user login for second time I fetch the details from AEM itself. My doubt is whether this logic is work in live environment?  Shall I store the site users as  AEM Users[Everyone/Anonymous]  along with Groups and ACLs concept in AEM.

I created a field in Marketo called "Original External Referrer". Is there a way that I can allow this field be autofilled once (through Javascript) and then locked forever?

We have a SFDC custom object called Sales Orders. We acquired a company that uses this object, instead of the Opportunity object, to signify when deals close. Is it possible to trigger off a field change under the Sales Orders object, and then have any contact under that sales order run through the designated flow? I read the below doc, but I still wasn't super clear on whether or not I could do what I was hoping. Will the "Added to Literature" trigger work with this?Custom Objects 2.0 in Marketo - Part 1 I was also given the workaround to use SFDC automation to create a corresponding opportunity field and have the sales order field write to that field when the sales order gets updated. That would then use the "Opportunity is Updated" trigger. My SFDC team wanted to check first to see if triggering from the customer object was possible first.

As others have brought up on the forum, our instance is running into an issue where the "Lead Status" field no longer updates when a person is converted to a contact, and instead a "Contact Status" field is updated (previously NULL while the person was a lead in SF). My theoretical solve is to set up a triggered campaign of waiting x minutes, then updating "Lead Status" to "Converted."My question is: If the wait period is long enough for the lead object for that person to no longer exist (replaced by a contact), will that start throwing errors every time the campaign goes off?

Is it possible to disable individual radio button selections using script? In place of resetting the items list and removing items I don't want users to select, I'd like to disable the items so they cannot be selected.ie: If the SOM for my radio button object is: "guide[0].guide1[0].guideRootPanel[0].Application[0].applicationType[0]". I have an application where I want to track the selection of an item in a dropdown.  I've asked the dev team to add a custom data attribute to each of the <option> tags.  Here is an example of one:<option digitaldata-feature="filter" value="Other"> Other</option>I have an EBR set up to look for the click of the digitaldata-feature attribute.  The rule fires perfectly in IE and Firefox but it does not fire at all in Chrome.  I've tried the EBR with the "Apply event handler directly to the element" both on and off but the rule will not fire in Chrome either way.  Any ideas what to do about Chrome?

HiI am tracking YT video consumption on my site using the You Tube IFrame Player API and deployed the code using DTM- My set up I did not enable Video Reporting on Adobe Analytics as the whole Solutions Variable option doesn't make sense to me.. I can not see or understand how the mapping is done. So i enabled the variables and events that I needed for my implementation in AA.2. Youtube link on site is appended with &enablejsapi=1 and has an ID3. Added the adobe media library4. Added Youtube tracking module5. Added Youtube iFrame Javascript API6. We have many forms with the same issue where users enter one in front of their number which causes the last digit to be omitted, whats the best way to solve this.(1) change the limit(2) other solution

Hi,I'm importing programs from one marketo instance to another. The programs I'm importing have several assets under it including LPs. When I import the programs all assets including forms are recreated except for the Landing Page. My assumption is that because the LP was originally cloned into the program (even though its not global), it might be causing it to not follow over. Is there a workaround for this? Will all the LPs need to be recreated in the new instance?Thanks!Alexis

Hello,I have a question regarding the Fallout analysis available in Analysis Workspace.In my mobile app. I have 4 following touchpoints:Main pagePage APage BAction - "Start"On Page A and Page B users have possibility to click button "Start".I wanted to check traffic distribution, therefore I defined in fallout analysis (analysis workspace) 2 reports:Main page -> Page A -> Start (event)Main page -> Page B -> Start (event)I checked data for 1 month and I have some doubts.I wonder what happens if there is a following situation:User goes to the Page A then goes to the Page B and press button "Start".In general it should be assigned to the second path (example above). However I am not sure if in the final results this user won't be calculated also in the first path, becasue he was also on Page A and later on he clicked a button "Start" (even if he did it through the Page B).Could you please tell me the way how Adobe is calculated the final number of users?Best,Adrian

We have multiple engagement programs in multiple work spaces for multiple products.  You get the idea.  Anyway here is my question:  As leads progress through programs they become invalid (for multiple reasons of course).  The data analyst in me wants to remove the invalid email from the engagement program.This seems like it is or should be a best practice since we can't communicate with the record and email is our primary communication channel.Is there anything I am not considering from a reporting angle?If a record becomes invalid half way through the Engagement Nurture and is removed, how does Marketo handle that?  Like the record never went through at all or will it count all activities up until the point it is removed?Do I have to have a Smart Campaign for every single Engagement Nurture to achieve this?I would really like to hear what others are doing.  Thanks in advance.Best,Eric

We have had new cookies created so we can now monitor last touch. First touch is working as it should and always has - this is a static field. The last touch has been created so it is overwritten each time the UTM value is populated. I've gone to create the last touch hidden values on our web forms but after doing some tests, no last touch values are being pulled through. I'm not very clued up on cookies and the development side of things so any advice would be great as to where to go next / what I'm missing? Thanks, Ellie
