Segments: Are Segments created inside AMO?There are a lot of overlapping functionalities in AMC  products.AEM creates Segments, Campaign creates Segments, Target  creates Segments and now, I am learning AMO also does.2. Adobe Audience Manager and AMO: Please explain the union and intersection of functionalities. Were they used to exist separately earlier and now merged in to one product?When do we use one product than other?3. What demand-side platforms does AMO integrate with? How? Protocol? Is it just configuration or some coding also is involved?4. Does AMO have any analytics of its own? Or it has to integrate with one like Adobe Analytics?5. I'm trying to add Javascript that pulls Original External Referrer Url into a hidden form field. We have a current onboarding campaign that triggers when a SFDC opportunity closes (using Opportunity is Updated trigger with trigger attribute: Entitled Issued field becomes True and previous value is False). This triggers all contacts under that opportunity to receive a series of emails that onboard them as new customers. Our goal is to onboard all contacts under the account, not just under that opportunity, when an opp closes. Is this possible? I don't see a trigger that looks for account changes, and the Opportunity is Updated trigger won't look for other account contacts that aren't under that opp, will it? Thanks for any advice.

Background: We have set up a nurture where we have 2 different streams (based off of company type). Emails are similar for both streams just varied slightly to make the emails more personal. Meaning if someone was in Stream 1 and received email 1, and then was moved due to updated information to Stream 2 they would get the same information if they received email 1 from Stream 2.What I would like to have happen:1. Lead was sent email 1 (stream 1)2. Lead company type was updated due to more information3. Lead changes stream (now in stream 2)4. Since they received email 1 (from Stream 1) they SKIP email 1 (in Stream 2) and are sent email 2 (in Stream 2)Any help or insight is appreciated!

Hi,I'm trying to create a smart campaign that changes the status of a lead based on their creation date. I want to change the value of a custom field to 'Lost Prospect' if a person is created in the past two years, but hasn't converted, regardless of activity.I have the Trigger Setup as "Person Created is in past before 2 years" along with a couple of other internal attribute fields related to membership status. The flow is setup as Change Data Value Attribute: Prospect Stage with New Value: Lost Prospect. Is that going to work? I'm having a hard time finding documentation to verify this.Thanks,John

What technical skills do you need to implement Adobe Campaign?I'm a marketing technology consultant who has experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, ClickDimensions.  This involves basic language changes, activating user defined fields, and setting up the system. I also have some experience creating workflows and adding fields to forms in Dynamics CRM. Are these the kind of technical skills needed to implement Adobe Campaign or do you need to know more HTML, CSS and/or Java Script at all? I don't have my final listr of recipients, I only have a list of test recipients which I want to use to structure my workflow. My final list gets available after the A/B test is over. Hi,I've created a a landing page using (containing html, css, images, javascripts and fonts) and want to import it in Adobe Campaign. While importing the file into AC, it shows "The external resources have been successfully published" but when I publish it and check I see that none of the images are getting displayed. Same is in the case of  css, javascripts and fonts. Please help

I have very nice MQL alerts that allow our reps to click through directly to the Lead/Contact record in MS Dynamics, and view the Sales Insight window.That said, I have been tasked with adding Sales Insight info (Interesting Moments, Emails, Scoring) directly to the MQL Alert.Is it possible to add a Sales Insight summary (or the whole batch of info) to the MQL Alerts? If not, how much info can I add? The most recent Interesting Moment will be "Lead reached MQL," so it won't be helpful to add that!Thanks for any help!

Hi All, some of the campaigns our company runs gets tagged with GA based UTM codes instead of CID! I would like to capture both in AA in the s.campaign variable.How can i do this? Below is what i currently haves.campaign = s.Util.getQueryParam('cid');What would i need to add for it to capture a URL that looks like,utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=gew&utm_content=gew-fb-gravitylight-p2-globalAnd what if not all campaigns have the "utm_content=", can i add something like a utm_* ?Thanks,Lee

Need to create a custom image component.Custom image component will have a image and parsys.When we drag this custom image component over parsys in page, the image that we author should set as background and above that image a parsys should be displayed.Now, that parsys in that we included in custom image component. The parsys over which we dragged the custom image component is different, It's just the requirement and I need to implement it, I tried explore it but didn't found anything specific.Thanks,Himanshu

Hi, EveryoneWe’d like to leverage Marketo to assign leads to appropriate lead-owners based on territories once a lead becomes MQL. Could someone please share his/her experience on how to do this in Marketo? I'm having trouble rebuilding the client libraries in our AEM author instance when using this URL: /libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.htmlI am following the same process I have always done which is to invalidate the caches first then rebuild them.I've attached a screenshot of the errors I am getting.The only thing that has changed configuration-wise on this AEM server since this process last worked was the installation of Communities Feature Pack 5 1.8.448.Has anyone seen this before and potentially give advice on how to resolve it?Alistair
