In dialog, I have a pathfield for which i am using listener and one smartimage field. What i want is that from pathfield i have to select a page ( on that page , there would be some hero image), so once i select the path of page, i need to fetch the hero image of that page and set the value of smartpage field  with that image.

We are using DAM and its been majorly used my our business along with the WCM. We have a huge repository size on Author >1TB. But publish is as less as ~400GB. There are some historical Assets and many old or, expired assets no more used by Authors. But as per company policy we need to retain our historical assets.We are planning to setup an Archival server where we can transfer these assets along with the versions, no more in use by business..We want to complete/pure replica of the assets in archival server, with its version in same order and get all the historical data like jcr:lastModified, cq:lastReplicated etc there.Can anyone suggest a way to achieve it or, did anyone done such settings earlier? Rohan

I'm trying to write a Velocity Script statement that looks at our account numbers to see if it's blank. If the account number is blank, I want it to write the Company Name instead. If the Account Number is not blank, I want it to write the Account Number. This is my first time using Velocity Script, so I'm probably doing it wrong. Here's what I have based on scouring Community. When I send the test email as someone with an Account Number, I get "${my.vSCRIPT_2}" where my Account Number should be. #if(${lead.Oracle_Account_Number__c} == "")${lead.Company}#else${lead.Oracle_Account_Number__c}#endI'm happy to do if differently if there's a better way!

I'm working with a customer where we have implemented a simple entitlement server using the sample source code available here: Set up an entitlement service for AEM Mobile appsThe signin process and restricted distribution is working great on our iOS and Android apps, but not on the Desktop Web Viewer app. When trying to sign in to the Web Viewer app, we get a message that says "The username or password you entered is incorrect". I've double checked that the entitlement server is working by using PostMan. It all checks out.Again, entitlement works great on the iOS and Android apps, but not the Desktop Web Viewer. Any ideas?

We have a batch campaign scheduled to send over the weekend, but we only want to send to those who visit select web pages. If we schedule the campaign today to be sent over the weekend, will the recipient list include those who visited the select web pages until the send time or does it only take into account those visited the web pages before we scheduled? Hi Everyone,I may be losing my mind but I just need some reassurance.  I am pretty positive someone will not receive further emails. Question:If someone unsubscribes in the middle of the flow will they receive any further emails from the flow?  Lets say a flow sends out two emails and after the first email send the lead unsubscribes.  Will they receive the second email?  In other words does Marketo check to see if they are unsubscribed all the time or just at the start of the flow?Thanks ahead of time!

hi, in AEMM what is the best way to implement a login screen/window that automatically opens after the splash screen upon app launch? i have entitlements working, but the user still must choose "Account" from app menu in order to login and see content, and it may not be clear that this sign-in method is available. this pop-up would only need to appear the first time, and anytime the auth token expires.i am not a coder and did not setup the entitlement service, so apologies if this is common knowledge. just under a time crunch and hoping someone can point me down the right path.many thanks.

Hi, I was just wondering what way people are setting up scoring at a program level (Nurture Campaign).i.e If a user scores so many points in a stream they get pulled to the next stream.I know the global score will change but I want to monitor it on a program/product level as well. Thanks for your opinions and help.

I have integrated Adobe Connect with Marketo however when users clicks the link to the webinar from an email which contains their username and password they still get prompted to sign in to the webinar before entering the room. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to stop it? We would like users to automatically enter the room without having to fill in their details.  Many are just signing in as a guest to save time and this is not allowing us to track them correctly. Has anyone at Adobe read this article[1] about MongoDB? Is this not a problem, given that pretty much all use cases for using MongoDB with AEM revolves around "social data"?Just a guess after looking at what's generated in MongoDB after leaving a test comment on /content/community-components/en/comments.html, it would appear that this suffers from the some of the same problems mentioned in that article...You need to perform a lookup of the "authorizableId_t" or "author_username" (whichever is the most consistent) if you want more information about that user.You are storing "author_display_name" on the comments as well, so maybe you don't need to do any extra lookups when displaying comments, but if that display name changes for any reason, that's now wrong for this comment. If the user left thousands of comments, they would all need to be updated?Also looks like an activity stream document is generated and stored in MongoDB as well when you comment, so that's yet another piece of data

Is there any default feature that is available in AEM 6.1 and later versions to find out the references to components in the entire site hierarchy and a way to activate them in bulk or in chunks.We had a situation recently where a component's[#1] HTML has been modified and we need to flush the cache of all the pages which are referencing the component[#1]. Even though it is a simple HTML change but the effect we had on the site is huge as the component fall under a application specific General Group [For ex: AppName-General.] which can be used anywhere in the site. In these scenario's it would be helpful to have a wizard view to chose the resource type or select a component, find all its references and activate all the pages.http://localhost:4502/etc/reports/compreport.html I believe this report can only show the number of page references available. Have a question regarding the search functionality within AEM Assets. When conducting a search that returns say 100 assets, how are those assets sorted by default? For example, is it number of times that my search criteria appeared in each assets' entire metadata? Does AEM look at certain fields first before moving on to the entire schema (i.e. Title/Description first)?

Hello,We have a series of nurture campaigns which we are consistently adding new programs to for new content. A few of the things we have noticed are:1) When a new program is introduced the the leads will come back up to receive the new content, and will then redistribute on the next launch.2) If leads are brought in through a program that is not at the beginning of the stream, the leads will be brought back to the top of the stream.What we want to happen is that when new content is introduced, the leads continue forward rather than going back to receive the new content. Additionally, if the leads are introduced into a stream we want them to continue moving forward rather than moving to the top of the stream. Are there any thoughts as to how these items can be accomplished? Will all the logic have to reside on the individual program level?

Hi everyone,I am running into an issue incorporating an existing site into AEM, specifically with Javascript. I have created a client library and it contains a Javascript file that has the following:"var e="assets/panels.html #"How does AEM resolve this Javascript? In other words, is it trying to find the file from the var directory where the minified client library is being served? Or somewhere else?I created a Page called "panels" at the following path:  /content/aoswh3/bth/panels. When I replaced the path in the JS above to that, it did not appear to work and I saw no Javascript errors in the console.Any ideas?Thank you,Ali

I'm starting the process to implement unsubscribe options. We want our base to decide if they want to unsubscribe from all marketing emails or limit the number of emails they receive in a month from us. Currently we send out 4 emails, 1 newsletter and 3 webinar invites. There are more emails if there is an event  we're promoting, but those emails are segmented and not sent to our entire base. We also want to have a field to ask why the person wants to unsubscribe. (Too many emails, Content isn't relevant, Bad timing, etc.)Before setting up anything, I wanted to reach out for any dos or don'ts around unsubscribe options. Your comments are appreciated!

I created basic text component in which I have added spell check plugin for dialog box. Due to this change, somehow ALL the components stop showing Rich Text options in Dialog box and even in Inline options. Double clicking the component just displays a Textarea with no RTE topions at all.I have attached the screenshot of my dialog config.How can a config change in one component impact the entire system? Anybody else seen similar problem. It is AEM 6.2 Touch UI.TIA.

How do I go about including a hidden field value within a form that will track lead source?

Normally, we haven't had our unsubscribe link as part of our templates since it gets added to the bottom of each email that sends out (below where the template ends). However, we recently created new templates in which the unsubscribe link is actually part of the template itself and uses the system unsubscribe token. Out of curiosity, why doesn't the unsubscribe link append to the bottom of these templates, as well, when they send out? Don't get me wrong, I'm glad there's only one link to unsubscribe, but I'm a little curious what is recognizing that the link is already there and leaving it off the bottom?
