Hi, I'm having a problem with translation projects. Hello All!I am interested to here how everyone else out there is using Marketo Programs (Engagement, Default, Email), what you define them as, and what you believe the best practices are.  The reason I am asking the community this is because it seems like there is no standard and people use them in all different ways.Questions:1. What are the definitions of each one of these program types? 2. What are each one of these programs meant for and what is there use?3. What are the definitions differences of an Email Blast, Drip Campaign, and Nurture Campaign and what corresponding Marketo program types do you use for each one of these.  4. Marketo talks about a Drip Nurture Campaign/Program.  Am I going crazy or does this not make sense because aren't Drip Campaigns different than Nurture Campaigns or are they saying you have both Drip Campaigns and Nurture Campaigns working together in one program, an Engagement Program?  I did my research and find that everyone defines Drips and Nurtures d

A colleague has asked if it's possible for us to include expandable/collapsible sections within an email built and sent with Marketo (i.e. only a heading would immediately appear, and the user could click to expand to see the full text).Obviously, this is a fairly simple task on a webpage, but I've not seen it done in email. Hi All, I am trying to find if the visitors viewing 1st campaign (pages X and Y) also visited the next campaign ((page A and B) for the same business line. For this, I am creating a visitor level segment and putting the following condition :Main Bucket - Visitor     Bucket 1 (Visit level) : Page Name = X or Page Name = Y           THEN WITHIN 5 MONTHS     Bucket 2 (Visit Level) : Page Name = A or Page Name = B This segment should give me 0 visitors for the date range when 1st campaign was running as 2nd campaign has not been launched and hence visitors cannot visit the same. But I see visitors in the entire date range. Can you please help me understand the reason for the same ? Thanks

Hi, hope someone can help me with this.In total I built four projects. In two of these projects the PDF download works just fine. In the other two I receive the error message:"ERROR An error has occurred with the download process. Please try again later."Now the interesting thing in the two non-working projects is that when I decide to "Show Data Source" for one particular visualization, the export works fine. If I decide to keep this particular data source table hidden, it won't let me export the PDF. Unfortunately, the data source table doesn't provide any benefit to be shown, so I want it to be hidden when generating the pdf.Already tried to rebuild this visualization, but it didnt make any difference. Any ideas?

Hi,If I want to use image rendition I have to append its path to the image path.E.g. /content/dam/my-project-name/img1.jpg/jcr:content/renditions/cq5dam.thumbnail.319.319.pngI don't really like this because it exposes internal structure.I think it would be more natural to have something like this:/content/dam/my-project-name/img1.cq5dam.thumbnail.319.319.png.jpgor /content/dam/my-project-name/img1.jpg/cq5dam.thumbnail.319.319.pngBut it doesn't work.The only way I see to hide 'jcr:content/renditions' - use /etc/mapIs there other options/apptoches?

My team is seeing a discrepancy between external URL page views being reported in Google Analytics and Marketo's (anonymous and known combined) web page activity report. How does each system qualify a page view and could this be causing Marketo's reports to be significantly lower than GA?

1. We have a field called lead.Potential_Contribution_Margin__c that is populated with a number (eg: 12887062). This is actually currency. But it was pulling in as: 2. So to get it to add a $ and a comma and a decimal pt., through some online documentation I found this coding seemed to make that work as a Script Token ( which I called my.My Currency Token ): $number.currency($${lead.Potential_Contribution_Margin__c})3. However, this broke the Default Value (if the lead.Potential_Contribution_Margin__c didn’t pull anything in. )This worked when I didn’t have the Script token code: But this is what it does now: Anyone able to help me figure out how to get it coded to enter the Default Value if no number to pull in exists?

Occasionally we gather leads (either through Marketo forms or API uploads) without the company name and/or the leads last name. When synced to SFDC, these fields default to "Unknown." This causes a number of problems. For example, we end up with "Unknown" inserted as in emails an landing pages when we use tokens. Or, these fields will not display for known users in forms that are part of progressive profiling.Does anyone have a solution to clean up this data? I'm curious what, if anything, anyone else is doing about this issue.

The tagcount/references do NOT show on the tag console , even though there are pages tagged with a custom tag which is not cq:tag property. Kindly let me know if there is any OOTB possible options to resolve the tag count issue with page references displayed to Editors OR solutions to overlay tag admin console to support tag count feature for custom tags.Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Hi,I'm using Bulk Workflow Manager  (ACS AEM Commons v 2.3) to create new renditions for images and PDF. I'm running "Update Asset Workflow"It takes a lot of time.I checked error.log and found out that it is because of process sub-assets for PDF. One PDF can contain 100+ pages (sub-assets) and every page is processed as a separate asset. I don't need new renditions for PDF sub-assertsQuestion: What is the best way to skip processing PDF sub-assets?

I've set a qualification rule (each lead can run through every 30 days) to a sales alert trigger campaign. Does this pertain to how often the sales team can receive an alert? Or how often a unique lead can be presented to the sales team via alert?

I have to install a AEM Forms 6.2 at a RHEL 7 Linux machine. According to documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/aem-forms/6-2/prepare-install-single-server.pdf section "Installing Acrobat for PDF Generator") Acrobat DC Pro has to be installed for the PDFGenerator. But as far as I can see this is not possible since Acrobat DC Pro is only available for Windows and Mac platforms. So my question is: does Acrobat DC Pro exit for Linux and if not what should I do with the PDFGenerator in an Linux environment in the context of AEM Forms 6.2?Looking forward to your answer.Regards, Fin Steenbjerg
