Hi guys, I am trying to create a privilege group in communities.Issue:Throws an error stating tunnel service Error: Tunnel Does not appear to on - on publish in configuration enabled the tunnel service now I dont see any error message bu if I try to create group it gives blank scree.  on click of create it gives blank scrren Appreciate your help. I wanted to know the recommended way so as to have run reports on user attributes as dimensions for various metrics defined in the system. Following are the current configurations: 1. DTM is setup. We are not using marketing cloud ID solution. App Measurement version 1.6 is being used via DTM.2. Application specific user ID is being set in an eVar.Please tell the steps/ method to push associated user attributes into Omniture for reporting that does not involve marketing cloud ID implementation.Thanks much!!Saurabh.

We have a requirement to generate PDF and Word document from AEM 6.2. Is it possible to generate a word document from AEM directly or with help of any add on packages?

I am trying to set up AEM 6.1 quick start application in a windows server in 4502 port. I have followed the below steps.1) Ran the executable jar file - aem-author-p4502.jar. It has created crx-quickstart folder and brought up the AEM application.2) Under Forms I dont find any other options.3) Installed AEM-FORMS-6.1-WIN-2.1.42 add on package in the package manager. Restarted the application.4) Now under Forms I could see Forms & Documents, Letters, Document Fragments and Data Dictionaries options.5) I uploaded a XDP by selecting Upload button under Forms & Documents. No error or successful message is displayed. But the uploaded XDP is not getting visible. Not sure whether it is getting uploaded or not.Am I missing something to do a successful upload of a XDP into AEM?

Hello Community,I am using AEM 6.2I would like to add .EXE file to DAM thereby allowing end users to download that .EXE file via dam URL. But, according to AEM support document:https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/content/assets/assets-formats.htmlThe .EXE file format is not supported by DAM.I understand that one could use .ZIP format and upload them instead but I am wondering if there are any best practices Adobe recommends to deal with .EXE assets?Thanks!

I frequently stage emails well in advance of their send date and am wondering how close to sending is the audience calculated? Is the audience only calculated on approval? Or is it recalculated at the time of send as well?

In our development environment, some of the folders under /content are hidden in touch UI siteadmin (AEM Sites), However these folders/pages are visible in classic UI siteadmin. What could be the possible reason. We have not configured anything specific to hide folders in touch UI.

We have a site in AEM 6.1 SP1 where we had to include a second preprocessor - there was already one performing some tasks on page activations and now we need to perform additional tasks during the same process. By simply creating another @Service that implements com.day.cq.replication.Preprocessor, the system is only executing the first one, and not the new one. Is there any restriction on the number of PreProcessor that can exist? Is there any additional configuration needed to guarantee that all the services will be executed. I did not find enough documentation or samples on having more than one.Thank you.

I have multiple work spaces but each workspace has a different number of anonymous leads. Has anyone seen this? or know how these anonymous leads are put into Marketo?

Though I understand focus of AEM Mobile is apps, our company is interested in using AEMM provided the web viewer is capable cross platform.On phone, the web viewer loads a responsive preview; however, appears to desire launching the app.On tablet (iPad, at least), the web viewer displays the message: "This content is no longer available.  Get the app to enjoy similar content."On desktop, the experience is good; however, what extensibility is possible; such as refining the responsive layout?This capability would be major for our company - both in launching new projects, as well as migrating our entire portfolio of editions.

Is there an API (Java/REST) through which I can reliably determine to which segments a given user belongs? I do not see an obvious way in the documented REST API, but curious if someone is aware of an approach that will work. 

I'm trying to find out if it's possible to send data to multiple report suites from a mobile app like it is for a website.  I am going to be working on a project where we will want to send data for a specific call within the app to two report suites, but the rest of the time it will only be going to the primary suite.  I know this is possible on a website, but I was curious if this could also work on a mobile app implementation.Thanks in advance!

hello, when trying to migrate a set of users and groups I get this error in package manager:"org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.packaging.PackageException: javax.jcr.nodetype.ConstraintViolationException: OakConstraint0027: The admin user cannot be removed. Am hoping someone has a set of guidelines for migrating users from one 6.1 author to another.Thanks

I can run several reports that give me cost per new name and cost per success at the program and channel level - good and fine. Since many of those new names are potential duds, I'm curious how others get to their cost per new MQL? Is there a way to filter the report? Or do you just take non-MQL leads out of your programs?

Hi there,I'd like to sync the unique Marketo Lead ID to our CRM, as a way of auditing/cross-checking our data between CRM and Marketo. My thinking is that it'd be very valuable having a unique ID that exists in both places (email is not unique in our CRM). Has anyone done this, and if so what's the process?Thanks,James

Hi, I am trying to track my social share icons in a custom script.. I have managed to captured the name of each of the icon clicked on but how do I set it to track to different events.I have events 8,9,10 set up in my Event based rule but need to add a custom script to e.g. set my Facebook Like to event8 and Tweet to event 9 and Pint it to event 10. I didn't want to setup separate event rules for this and thought there will be a way to track each icon to different events using 1 EBRi tried using if (s.event8) {s.linkTrackVars=s.LinkTrackEvents="_satellite.setVar('shareType',shareType[0].innerHTML),event8"s.addEvent('event8')console.log(s.events); but it doesn't seem to be working.. I just want to make sure that my FB Like is tracked to event 8, Tweets to event9  etc, instead of having all tracked to all the events set up in my EBR.Help!

I've this issue in which on the package manager the packages show installed, but going to OSGI console it always shows not refreshed (old timestamp). I rmember there is a tempoary folder in crx from which you've to delete a corrupt installation and then this works again.Does anyone know which folder is that?

I am currently using ALC ES2. Planing to generate a responsive form output, but looking for ways to generate as HTML5 so that the content can be viewed across devices(Mobile,Tablet,Desktop/Laptop).So in order to achieve this what is the best way to proceed. Do i need to first migrate from ALC ES2 to ES4 and then to AEM Forms 6.2 or else directly recreating all of them in AEM 6.2 forms ?

How To Integrate AEM with Existing Java web application

Hello, I'm trying to build a targeted experience on our Web site's home page for a very specific segment, and I'm having difficulty determining the best way to do it.  The segment is comprised of visitors who have subscribed to our e-newsletter, and who, based upon their demographics, are separated into two email lists (we have multiple email lists).I can identify these users based upon a tracking code we've appended to links in the email we send them.  The tracking code contains _FIP or _SRW, depending upon which list the user falls into.  The challenge is that these users are not directly referred to our site, but rather, visit our site after landing on our blog site, which is a sub-domain of our primary web site.I've previously tried using an audience rule where Previous page (or Landing Page) URL contains the _SRW or FIP parameters, but that doesn't appear to work correctly.  I've also tried adding the Referring Landing Page: URL equals (mysub-domain.com) to the rule without succes
