We enable or disable this feature for individual URLs.What is the difference between Emails soft bounce and hard bounce?What is the Datamart? RDBMS? What database does the training course use? How to know this info?Where are these deliveries sent?How to select myself for sending email proof in Recipients/Training folder? For selecting me for the email proof, I navigated to Recipients/Training folder. The trainer has selected Kate's email address there. But my email is not there. We're starting to see a number of leads that are coming in from our contact us page that appear to be spam. What are some ways we could prevent this? Though the landing page currently uses an SFDC form, we are in the process of converting all website forms to Marketo forms. Our SFDC admin has suggested a hidden CAPTCHA method, but I'm not sure if the same is possible on a Marketo form.

Hi Team,I have a question in regards my product summary page. Please see the example below. The combination of urls go up to 100, depends on the products which were selected by a user on the previous page.Question: given that the url changes, it's hard to use Visual Composer as I would have to set different experiences for each product. Will Adobe analytics store data while it's offline? As in it will notice when the app is online and send data over to adobe from previous user inputs?I'm building an HTML5 application that will be used on an iPad via phonegap and am wondering if it will do this. The user will fill out a few form options, and then close the app. I'm hoping Adobe analytics will get that information once it's online.Thanks in advance.

Hi, I know the product formerly used to be officially named as Omniture and since Adobe took it over it is Adobe Analytics. But actually the URL is still omniture.com and the Mails one receives are from an omniture domain etc... This is quite confusing... Is there any plans to finally switch it/rebrand it?

Is there a way to expose the date of activity for form fillouts?We created a custom field to capture via token the date when a person fills out a form. We've found, however, that our own customers have been filling out lead forms erroneously which has polluted the data.The ultimate question we want to answer is: how many leads did we get through form fill outs in e.g. January of 2015? If there were 300 such form completion, but from February 2015 to January 2016, 200 of those people again filled out the forms, then the custom field we have for capturing dates of form fill outs would get overridden and say we only had 100 leads in January. The historical data is lost.With the date of activity field we could capture the *first* instance of when they filled out a form, rather than the last.

Hello all,We are trying to use OAuth 2 Identity Provider with self-signed SSL certificate and it appears that this approach are not supported by the system.OAuth authentication endpoint is not reachable from mobile application - Chrome Debugger shows "Canceled" status for HTTP call to the endpoint. Usage of "Desktop Web Viewer" gives possibility to add security exception for the host but on the step of passing "code" parameter to Experience Manager Mobile Redirection Endpoint [1] the flow still breaks with "Exception in the Entitlement Service while processing the result from the identity provider" message passed as parameter in the redirect call to the Web Viewer [2]There I would like to note that Entitlement is disabled for the project.I am wondering, is the error above caused by the untrusted connection? I was looking at the web view version of my app yesterday and noticed that banners are being rendered at a very low resolution. Maybe this is how it's always been, but I feel like I would have noticed it before now. Is there something that I need to change to fix this? They look terrible.Here is the link to my app:Web Viewer

Hello,We have to updates clients in states that have regulation changes. The issue is these changes can come at anytime and affect any state. I am looking to automate this by having the product manger fill out a form and select the states that are affected and having that trigger off an email to the selected clients in those states. Is this possible? If not, any suggestions on how to set something up for this situation?

Hello,We are attempting to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.2 using the instructions outlined here: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/deploy/upgrade.html#par_title_1963308877.  Step 3 fails to create the FileDataStore.cfg file and generate the error below:Main] Main.java:269  Missing mandatory C:\CoxSoftware\AEM\aem_60\author\crx-quickstart\install\org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.blob.datastore.FileDataStore.cfg OSGi configuration file. Did you manually remove it?Not sure if this matters, but we don’t have a repository.xml file either though our 6.0 install runs just fine.  Is there a way to fix this?

I am trying to set up the smartlist of a smartcampaign using advanced filters. i have 5 filters in the smartlist. I want to make options 1 and 2 into either/or options. I also want to make filters 3-5 mandatory. Is this the correct formula: (1 or 2) and (3 and 4 and 5)?Thanks!

Hello,I implemented the AppMeasurement PHP server-side code on one of our pages based on the examples in the document:  https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/php/c_imp_ex.htmlWhen looking at the debug file, I can see the request, which I copied into a browser and fires a beacon.  The issue that I have is that I'm not seeing the data in the Adobe Analytics UI.  If you have a way to either troubleshoot this or if you require more information, let me know.Thanks,Ridder H. We currently have a trigger campaign that listens for KNOWN visits to a specific LP:If I add in the following trigger and filter, will leads that visited this LP while anonymous - let's say a month ago - qualify for this campaign if/when they become known?

Has anyone had an experience with leads who are initially assigned correctly, but later (sometimes moments, sometimes days) the lead is reassigned back to a queue? The queue owns the lead prior to MQL, at which point leads run through the assignment rules.  Even if the lead were able to flow back through the assignment rules, it would not meet the qualifications to be assigned back to this queue.  When auditing the activity log I'm seeing two strange "reasons" listed for the change:  I spoke with Marketo support who told me "the lead was initially inserted into Salesforce and used the Auto Assignment Rule to end up with the owner of [correct owner]. After that, something or someone in Salesforce made a change to the owner to a Salesforce Queue. For who or what changed the owner in Salesforce, we do not have any insight into what occurred in Salesforce. Hi,I have a carousel with 6 links on the homepage and am trying to capture each link click. I have set up a data element using css selector to capture the classname i.e. [class=navname]I also created an event based rule with condition rule set to _satellite.setVar('Navigation' this.text) and added  an evar,prop and events . Issue is that this only works on the first click, and not the others. I need this to click on all the other links.I tried changing the rule to document.getElementsByClassName{'navname').click(); return true and it still only captures the 1st click and when i clicked on the others i get the link name for the first item returned for all the links.How do i get this to click on all of the classes named 'navname' and return the correct navigation title? I thought maybe i need to declare a variable or something in the code editor.please I need help as am just getting familiar with DTM
