I'm curious if there's a way to control the required status of form fields from a landing page? I added javascript to the page, hoping to control it by simply removing the 'mktoRequired' classes ( and hiding the fields with css ), and was successful. But it didn't seem to work. The form would not submit, staying on the page, regardless of the post-submit redirect instructions. Maybe the .js approach is too unpredictable.But, this leaves me asking if it's possible to control form field required statuses from the landing page it's on? If so, how? My reasoning is, if this were possible, I could use one form for several pages (where it's appropriate to do so) and simply modify via the landing page editor with css and js to show/hide and require/un-require fields.Thoughts?

Hi, We'd like to create two new fields (ex: old price; new price) that we can use as tokens in a email. If we see that we no longer use these fields after a while, can we easily delete them without having any issues with those accounts? Is there anything I need to make sure or do prior to deleting these fields?Thanks!Emma

I am admittedly new to lead scoring. I inherited a relatively new Marketo instance (~1 year old) that is synced with a "seasoned" Salesforce instance with a lot of dirty data (I am sure you all can relate). I am doing some analysis of our lead scores, and I am not sure how this happened, but the demographic score + behavior score is not adding up to the lead score on a lot of our leads. I first noticed it because we had some leads with crazy low scores (think:-175) which is not possible with our lead score decay values. I reset all leads with no behavior scores to replace their lead score value with their demographic score value, which fixed a lot of them, but I am still finding some leads whose scores don't look out of the ordinary until you look at it next to the demographic and behavior scores. I am assuming that there was some lead scoring in place in Salesforce a long time ago and that's where the dirty data is coming from. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I have created a cloud services configuration for DTM, which includes my s_code.js & mbox.js  files and have also created cloud services configurations for target & analytics client accounts for a new site, however I don't see 'targeting' in the author editing modes list.How do I enable "targeting" mode? I would have thought i'd would be enabled out-of-the-box, but have also confirmed that none of my pages/components have cq.disableTargeting=true so it's not like I've turned this option off. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey, I've got an HTML article that will use the new setAuthToken API to provide a custom authentication to the user, and I can call it with a authToken that is authorised on the entitlement to login the user from the article.However, I'm having an issue setting up the Custom Identity Provider required for this API to work. I've configured the project settings to use a custom IdP, and created a page that will check the credentials and get an authToken back. Now went the user selects Sign In from the Account model a web view pops up with the IdP login page. Once the user logs in were do I redirect to pass the authToken back to the APP? I can see the https://es.publish.adobe.com/oauth2​ URL in the case of the Outh, but don't see any for the Custom Idp... Has this been setup yet?Thanks in advance,Alex

Currently I have a Recommendation block (Recommendation logic- items with similar attribute) at home page. Here the entire block get tuned and limit the suggestions only to the last viewed item. I wanted to increase the recommendation (incoming feeds) for atleast last 2 or 3 viewed items. For example- Currently If user visits items Z > Y > X  then the recommendation blocks gets filled with items which has similar attribute only to item "X" (leaving last to last viewed). I would like to explore the possibility of recommendation block having track of items Z, Y and X.

Hi,I can't set any session attributes, because I get a new HttpSession on every request. To validate this, I added <%=slingRequest.getSession().getId()%> to /apps/geometrixx/components/homepage/content.jsp. Now I can see the http session id on every request to http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en.html. And I can see, this Id changes for every request so it makes no sense to set any session attributes like request.getSession().setAttribute("...", "....").Can anybody tell me, how to get a valid http session which does not change for every single request?Environment: Standard AEM 6.2 on Windows regardsReini

Hi,After participating in custom object 2.0, I am now able to create custom objects on my own. I now need to populate it. My initial use case, is to dump the form-submit data in this custom object for a form submit reporting.I read custom objects can only be populated using API. Is it possible to use marketo webhooks to call API (rest or SOAP?) and insert data in the custom object.ThanksDeepak

Hello,I am going to send an email to new leads that are coming through SFDC. The sync is set up to send over leads from SFDC to Marketo that have a call type of web inquiry and direct call. I want to set up an email to go to the web inquiry leads, and a different email to go to the direct call leads.Should my trigger for the smart list be "new lead is created" with a filter of call type equals web inquiry. Or;Would it also work to have the trigger for the smart list be "data value change" with the field call type equals web inquiry. Will Marketo detect this as a data value change for a new lead that is syncing in for the first time? Or must a lead already exist within Marketo, and then it can detect data value changes in fields?Thank you!

I have created one  component called "leaderboard" which will display the author list depends on No.of Post and No.of.Views  . In this component,i will get a path of any Community page which has a blog component as an input . i have created this component using sightly . But now i want to convert it into  .hbs(handlebar) . I'm an admin, but when I go to report suite settings within the mobile marketing site, it says read only. Hovering over that message pops up the following: "You are seeing this page in Read Only mode as you are not an admin user."Anyone know what the problem is?

I understand having multiple web properties on a single page is currently discouraged, but are there any plans in the DTM road map to support this? For many clients, having this ability would allow them to utilize separate containers to manage permissions, as well as keep functionality such as analytics and marketing tags separated.
