Hi All,For the last several months we've been leveraging Facebook's webhook in Marketo to pass leads in to the system. We have programs and smart campaigns for these leads coming through the Facebook form and into Marketo.As of 7/15 at 5:30pm PST, nothing was changed from our side, leads stopped passing into Marketo from Facebook. We were still capturing leads on Facebook throughout the weekend, but none of them have been able to make it through.Marketo support hasn't been helpful at figuring out why this sync all of a sudden broke. We turned off the sync and restarted it again in hopes that would work, but no luck.Anyone else experience this problem? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?Thanks!

I have a handful of custom fields I need dollar signs put before in an email I'm sending out. I'm having a hard time making an email script that will put the dollar sign before the number.The field is below. Any help would be much appreciated! ${lead.invoice1due}

Hi,We have a requirement to migrate a site from AEM 6.0 to 6.2, if anyone has worked on this then please share the challenges faced and solution to those which would be helpful to plan our activity. I could see that org.apache.felix.scr and com.day.cq.replication (version 5.12) not supported in 6.2.Is there any supporting doc regard to this ?Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks,Suresh

Hi,My frontend team is NOT eager on using clientlibs. They want to work with their more casual and fast approach of using Webpack. I am not very clear on its working, but basically you can develop css and js on a modular basis and webpack will return you a nice big JS/CSS file with all optimizations ran in it. They also like the fact they can use SASS with Webpack.I would like to stick to using clientlibs, which pretty much can do the same (group components css/js files and deploy one big minified clientlib). But I can't really come up with a good reason to back it up.The information on clientlibs is limitied to a one html document, could someone share a bit more technical details of how all the client lib happens? What libraries are involved in the process? Has anyone been posed with the same question of tossing clientlibs in favor of a big massive compiled/optimized JS/CSS File?

A few months ago I created an email for a client, and they provided me with a suppression list of 12,000 email addresses. I uploaded this and referenced it as a BLACKLIST in their program to ensure their email wasn't sent out to these people.A month after the email had gone, I deleted the list (by right clicking on it and deleting list), as I presumed this would delete all the leads. (I am self taught at this Marketo game) My question is: Are the 12,000 leads STILL classed as marketable leads on Marketo? (we do not use Marketo with a CRM)As I deleted a list BUT not the leads. The screenshot below is from one of those leads, and this is all the info I have on each of the leads I uploaded. There are 12,000 of these leads, with just this info, they are not my leads to use so if Marketo is classing them as MARKETABLE leads I need to get rid don't I??TIA :-)

I have the questions regarding  Adobe Marketing CLOUD – Omniture report.I could breakdown the traffic data by marketing channels > First touch channel” to look at how the searcher reach our campaign. And I want to know is that what “Other internal websites” is ? Can you please illustrate how the searcher could reach the landing page with the tracking code by other internal websites? Or any definition of this channel? Thanks for your help in advance.

In AEM we want to manage all of our recipes, they will be used across a number of websites therefore we don't want to create them in a specific sites structure. What I want to do is allow a user to go into the DAM eg the assets tab and click create and in that dropdown there would be an option for Recipe which would then open a scaffold and allow them to enter the recipe data. This would then be stored in the DAM not at a site level and any components that want to display elements of a recipe would reference the  recipe asset so changes can be made to a recipe in one place and all components would simply update. Is this possible? Can I add an asset to the DAM that isn't an image/video etc?

 We had some campaigns-->experiences-->target which we are moving over from 5.6 to 6.1 . In 5.6, we had targets assigned to various pages and assigned segments to them.Also, we had made some modification to libs/cq/personalisation/contextstore/profiledata/init.js.jsp in order to map the right user property to the segments. When a user belonging to any particular segment came to a page, the respective target got loaded. But this logic is breaking in 6.2 . We have made new hierachy as per 6.2 documnetatiob like Brand-->Area-->Campaigns-->Experience-->Target and rest of the stuff is similar to 5.6 . But did not seem to work . In author server when loading a user profile through clientcontext, the target component is getting loaded, then again on loading a user not belonging to the segment , the target is still coming up. Somehow it looks like segmentation is not working in 6.2 . Any suggestion/advice/tutorial would be of tremendous help.

We are creating an AEM app that uses V2 entitlement. I just noticed that the sign in dialog for the Web Viewer looks like this:But the sign in dialog for the iOS devices looks like this:Wondering why they are different? Differences that matter to us:1. The tablet screen says "Username" but the Web viewer says "Email Address" (We prefer email address)2. The tablet screen doesn't have a link to "create an account" but the Web viewer does. This is important. We need this.Is there any way to make these to screens match? Why are the different?Thanks.

Hello,First off....Wanted to know if there is a way to have separate search layouts based on the phone and tablet top levels that I currently have.  I have made the default card my "search" card... and that is obviously being applied to both my tablet and phone searches.The other thing I have run into... is when using the search I have content showing up from an old migration that has since been deleted months ago.  But that content is still showing up in my searches.  Is it possible to stop this?Thanks in advance.

Hello all!I'm overhauling our entire marketing reporting process and was hoping to get some feedback/best practices on how some of you are reporting on email and digital campaigns, specifically around the following question:How long do you wait after deployment to being pulling reports?I've been asked for reports less than an hour after initial deployment, which is a bit premature for any real evaluation in my estimation, so I'd like to set a best practice here for how soon a valuable report "will be available" to my stakeholdersThanks to all!

Hi,I want to create a impersonated user session without using an admin session. I am trying to create a session using service Resource resolver. Can you let me know whether a system user has impersonation privileges or can we set up impersonation access to a system user.P.S: AEM 6.1 - Service user mapping does not allow normal users to be setup as username for a service name. Within the Adobe Analytics tool, under Code Configuration, I have it set to "Custom" and the option for "Set reporting suites using custom code below" is checked. Hi,I'm trying to plug a hole and stop a massive data overage in Salesforce with, presumably, Marketo Sales Insight creating a new email template for each email sent (yikes!). Can someone share how to stop Marketo Sales Insight from publishing every sales insight or Marketo to Outlook customized email (from a marketo sales insight email template)? I need the template copy not every email. I've attached a screenshot for reference.Please share if you know how to fix!Lindsey

Hi everyone,I'm in need of some help when it comes to creating a anchor jump tag from an email to a page.We are creating informational email that will be showcasing certain content on a WordPress page. When I create the anchor tag in the email my href looks like this "example.com/test-for-john/#test1"  and the anchor tag on the page has a href of "test1". When I push a test email out and click on the CTA it brings me to the top of the page.Does any one have any insight on what I can do to get this to work?Thanks!!!

We have a lot of predesigned emails which involve copying HTML into a blank template.In the old editor I was then able to edit the content as if it was created in Marketo (just double clicking on the RTE box as always). For example, if I wanted to clone an email and change some text and swap the pictures, it was just like doing it for an email built from scratch in Marketo.However in 2.0 it seems to not be possible - my entire email (text and images included) seems to be a single frozen block that can't be edited.Is there a way to do this in 2.0?

Salesforce functions as my company's magical program / record of truth for everything - shipping, contracting, email marketing, etc. all connected into it. Pre-Marketo we uploaded contacts that were not customers (prospects) to accounts that we had identified as a best fit. These accounts had a lot of firmographic data that we wanted to capture and associate with the lead (think company size). If we hadn't pre-targeted the account or did not know the company well, the rest of these prospects were uploaded as leads. My sales team marginally used Salesforce, so they had little experience with contacts v. leads and the differences. I tied in many of the account fields (company size, etc) into scoring so that contact prospects tied to accounts had better lead score / demographic score than my lead prospects.Now sales is using Salesforce and they are beyond confused. Hi all,I have a lot of different engagement programs that I want to consolidate into fewer programs.Now before I do so, I need to be sure that moving leads and emails from one program to another, does not lead to sending duplicate emails.This is the scenario:I need to consolidate engagement programs, and utilize different streams within one engagement program.John received email 1 in engagement program A. Now, I want to move email 1 to engagement program B - stream 2. Also, John needs to be added to Engagement program B - stream 2, because he is not done yet with the email flow. Email 2, 3 and 4 are still waiting. My question now is, will John, as a new member of Engagement program 2, receive email 1 again, or not?Does moving an email ensure that it is NOT sent twice to a lead who already received it?
