When we added a Genesis connection with Responsys it included a stack of classifications of s.campaign.A lot of these classifications are confusing to our users.  Is there a way to toggle their visibility or is it because they are classifications you can't?CheersDrew

I can access every other menu item, but for some reason the classification importer just loads forever without actually rendering the page. I have tried in Chrome, Firefox and IE and the same issue exists no matter what. A little help would be great.

I am using prop and evar to capture internal search terms. But when I am testing it out in the dev environment.. i) Page views (76 page views) in prop report is way too less than evar (12,519) report. Why is this happening? ii) The total of Visits (1039), Pageviews (74) and Unique visitors (377) is far greater than the sum of all populated records in the prop report i.e when I sum visits the total is 58, Pageviews is 74 and Unique visitors is 47.  But  when I check the evar report for the totals.. there is a 'None' row which has all 99 percent of values which is not listed in the prop report? Can anyone please help to understand this? 

Hopefully I'm saying this correctly...I have an engagement program that will send 3 emails. Right now, it sends the email based on a weekly Monday and Thursday schedule using what looks like the only option available to me for an engagement program.The people that get in this engagement program are imported on a daily basis and in the import, there is a visit date. Ideally, the stream would send the first email in the stream 3 days after the visit date instead of just Monday or Thursday as set in the program. Is it possible to send based on visit date or am I barking up the wrong tree?Need more info? Just ask for what I may be missing.Thanks!

Hi,I managed to follow the article here and integrate both AEM and AEM Mobile's On Demand Portal. Now I'd like to know if there's a way to bring in any content which AEM has into AEM Mobile Apps. After the integration, when I open the imported project, I only see ways to add the same artifacts like Articles, Banners and Collections to the app. Is there a way to bring pure AEM content like Assets etc? If yes, please provide some details. Thanks

I know there were significant changes to anonymous lead tracking several months ago, but I was wondering if it's still possible to trigger a smart campaign based off anonymous inferred companies. So essentially if an anonymous lead whose IP is inferred as ACME Co hits our website, we can trigger a smart campaign. Is this possible?

Hi - We have quite a few landing pages set up set up with gated white papers.When someone fills in the form on a landing page they are then sent an email with a link which leads directly to the PDF.At the moment, in a leads activity log, I can see that they have clicked a link in the download email, but not which link and therefore can't see if they've viewed the white paper or not.How can I set this up so I have some way of knowing if a contact has viewed a PDF?Thanks

Hi, I wonder how can I create a new alert for my "thank you" page.I want to track it so if I have less then 10 pageviews in a certain day from specific country (let's say U.S) I will get an alert email.When i'm trying to add new alert to the "Thank you" page I don't see the option to select specific country or region. Can you please help? Thanks in advance,Ido

Hi - We have various landing pages which allow people to download whitepapers, request demos, callbacks etc etc, on these pages we have the option for people to tick to optin to further communication.We have had instances where a lead who has previously unsubscribed, has ticked to re-optin to communication.How do I set up the form so the unsubscribe field automatically updates to recognise this optin?

Since SP1 AEM now allows reading from MongoDB secondaries. I have a question around the configuration of this. Do I need to explicitely state in the Mongo Config to allow reading from secondaries or is this in the AEM configuration ?Thanks in advance.

In Analysis Workspace, I created a freeform panel to report occurrences of our particular eVar33 (displayed as in rows), over 3 discrete time periods (displayed as columns).  I then selected multiple rows in that report to highlight, and from those rows right-clicked to Visualize -> Donut the results, showing 3 donut charts (one for each time period).I have routinely saved this workspace, and while the freeform panel renders when I open the file, the visualization pane appears - only blank.  Anyone having difficulty retaining donut visualizations?Thanks

I have some of our inside sales team using the Marketo for Outlook Plug-In.  I also have Marketo set up to send them alerts if a lead opens or clicks one of these emails.  One concern they have is that they are triggering "false positives" when opening these emails in their sent folder in Outlook. Here's a use case: They want to ping someone that they sent a message to last week – and when they ping them, they want to have the original message underneath my ping.   So, they go find the message in their sent folder, open it, add their comments / ping to the top of the message, and send again.   Every time they do this, will it trigger an “open” alert?   Has anyone else run into this issue?  Is there a way to block or gate the alert send action by IP address, so we can exclude opens by our company's internal IP addresses? I think I found a solution.  I can use the "inferred company is not" choice on the alert send action itself.  Hmm... Maybe not. Thanks!

Hey Marketo Champions,Use Case: We have just finished a successful webinar and we want to send the webinar on demand to all of our 'No Show' registrants. I Want to know if the lead played/paused/finished the video so i can later relate to this action with trigger smart campaigns (Example : change status in program to => 'Attended On-Demand' ).I would have preferred to refer the lead to our YT channel (and track their behavior there) rather than using a Marketo LP, as i understand this is probably impossible at the moment , i would like to send them to a Marketo landing page.Technical Issue: I am familiar with the option to track YT videos on landing page (Big Thanks to @Sanford Whiteman ) , however i use Guided LP and do not wish to create a template each time i want to embed a video.Any solutions to how implement this on guided landing page?Thanks!Omri.

Hi ,I have come across in AEM 6.2 release notes that Sling Content Distribution (SCD) is next generation of Replication [0] . I knew that SCD is used for User Profile Sync across various instances , AS SCD works on packages , It is also known that there are slight delays while syncing data across various instances[2] ,As per [1] ,It also gives impression that SCD is used only when there are infrequent updates . Considering above points , Can we replace existing replication from (Author -> Publish) with SCD  ?  As replication being is a very frequent activity , Can SCD  be replaced with replication , If so for every content change in page is creates a package in package manager console ,Over a period of time  package manager is loaded  with thousands of packages . Best way to stop a drip campaign either 1) when a leads responds or 2) when sales person sends email manually?

Is there a way to insert records from a Marketo list (static or smart) into an email body?So if we have a list of customers, say, and we want them all listed out in a table in an email, is there a way to do that?If so, is there a way to do it dynamically? For example, "IF AccountRep = X Then [These Records] Else [These Other Records]"

Since our company recently got blacklisted (due to an unfortunate moment where someone accidentally sent an email to our entire lead database), we are trying to get off of the list.  Marketo suggested that we send an opt-in email to those leads that have been inactive for the past 3-6 months to update their preferences.  I created a Smart List to capture these leads but the number seems a little too high to me.  Are these filters correct?

I just discovered the reason our lead scores are so wonky (Behavior+Demographic score fields do not sum to Lead Score in many instances). Instead of explaining this in detail, just read this idea - Can anyone see a reason that I shouldn't move to using JUST non-standard lead score fields (i.e.: completely abandon the OOTB "Lead Score" field so the total score is never summed on a lead merge)I know this will probably mean the stars and flames won't work in MSI anymore, but I don't really care about that. Will the Score tab not work anymore? Any way to get around that? Anything else I am not thinking of?
