Hello,First off....Wanted to know if there is a way to have separate search layouts based on the phone and tablet top levels that I currently have.  I have made the default card my "search" card... and that is obviously being applied to both my tablet and phone searches.The other thing I have run into... is when using the search I have content showing up from an old migration that has since been deleted months ago.  But that content is still showing up in my searches.  Is it possible to stop this?Thanks in advance.

Hello all!I'm overhauling our entire marketing reporting process and was hoping to get some feedback/best practices on how some of you are reporting on email and digital campaigns, specifically around the following question:How long do you wait after deployment to being pulling reports?I've been asked for reports less than an hour after initial deployment, which is a bit premature for any real evaluation in my estimation, so I'd like to set a best practice here for how soon a valuable report "will be available" to my stakeholdersThanks to all!

Hi,I want to create a impersonated user session without using an admin session. I am trying to create a session using service Resource resolver. Can you let me know whether a system user has impersonation privileges or can we set up impersonation access to a system user.P.S: AEM 6.1 - Service user mapping does not allow normal users to be setup as username for a service name. Within the Adobe Analytics tool, under Code Configuration, I have it set to "Custom" and the option for "Set reporting suites using custom code below" is checked. Hi,I'm trying to plug a hole and stop a massive data overage in Salesforce with, presumably, Marketo Sales Insight creating a new email template for each email sent (yikes!). Can someone share how to stop Marketo Sales Insight from publishing every sales insight or Marketo to Outlook customized email (from a marketo sales insight email template)? I need the template copy not every email. I've attached a screenshot for reference.Please share if you know how to fix!Lindsey

Hi everyone,I'm in need of some help when it comes to creating a anchor jump tag from an email to a page.We are creating informational email that will be showcasing certain content on a WordPress page. When I create the anchor tag in the email my href looks like this "example.com/test-for-john/#test1"  and the anchor tag on the page has a href of "test1". When I push a test email out and click on the CTA it brings me to the top of the page.Does any one have any insight on what I can do to get this to work?Thanks!!!

We have a lot of predesigned emails which involve copying HTML into a blank template.In the old editor I was then able to edit the content as if it was created in Marketo (just double clicking on the RTE box as always). For example, if I wanted to clone an email and change some text and swap the pictures, it was just like doing it for an email built from scratch in Marketo.However in 2.0 it seems to not be possible - my entire email (text and images included) seems to be a single frozen block that can't be edited.Is there a way to do this in 2.0?

Salesforce functions as my company's magical program / record of truth for everything - shipping, contracting, email marketing, etc. all connected into it. Pre-Marketo we uploaded contacts that were not customers (prospects) to accounts that we had identified as a best fit. These accounts had a lot of firmographic data that we wanted to capture and associate with the lead (think company size). If we hadn't pre-targeted the account or did not know the company well, the rest of these prospects were uploaded as leads. My sales team marginally used Salesforce, so they had little experience with contacts v. leads and the differences. I tied in many of the account fields (company size, etc) into scoring so that contact prospects tied to accounts had better lead score / demographic score than my lead prospects.Now sales is using Salesforce and they are beyond confused. Hi all,I have a lot of different engagement programs that I want to consolidate into fewer programs.Now before I do so, I need to be sure that moving leads and emails from one program to another, does not lead to sending duplicate emails.This is the scenario:I need to consolidate engagement programs, and utilize different streams within one engagement program.John received email 1 in engagement program A. Now, I want to move email 1 to engagement program B - stream 2. Also, John needs to be added to Engagement program B - stream 2, because he is not done yet with the email flow. Email 2, 3 and 4 are still waiting. My question now is, will John, as a new member of Engagement program 2, receive email 1 again, or not?Does moving an email ensure that it is NOT sent twice to a lead who already received it? Have a question regarding the search functionality within AEM Assets. When conducting a search that returns say 100 assets, how are those assets sorted by default? For example, is it number of times that my search criteria appeared in each assets' entire metadata? Does AEM look at certain fields first before moving on to the entire schema (i.e. Title/Description first)?

We are able to view thumbnails for assets that are images, but are unable to view thumbnails for PSDs, PDFs, and PPTs. Should this be the case? If not, any suggestions for a remedy would be greatly appreciated.

We've got two websites with munchkin codes, in addition to our Marketo landing pages. We've got several forms on website A. We're now adding a new form to website B.The first time I went to test the form, it didn't recognize me, and showed all fields, including the progressive fields. These are fields that have data. Website A definitely recognizes me. Would that cookie not apply to website B? If I fill out the form on website B and come back to it, it then recognizes me and hides completed 'progressive' fields.

I'm just getting started with a brand new, completely clean Marketo instance and we've turned on Email Editor 2.0 from the get-go to avoid migration pains later on once we have campaigns running. I'm having some editing troubles with the Iceberg starter template, specifically:In the email editor, there's a content module called "Social" that has 7 social icons. We're only using 4 of the 7, so I deleted the icons for the three we aren't using. I am not able to delete the actual image container, so in both my template and my sample email, the placeholder area for the missing social icons is still showing. Is it possible to delete the container altogether from the email editor? Does this have to be done at the code level?Editor:Sample Email:

I'd love to get the community's input on how their teams handle the use of 1 or 2 assets in multiple campaigns for multiple verticals. I'm trying to move our team away from just cloning LP's for use in their own programs and towards having one major program for major campaign topics and then just measuring effectiveness at that level. The problem is around their planned cadence of email sends in a drip nature, where one vertical will get X,Y,Z and then another will get Y,X,Z.  I know we could use segmentations and dynamic content but we are in the middle of a massive data cleanup of our database which will not result in an overnight implementation of those features.  So, I thought I would ask the community how they handle these requests. I was going through AEM 6.1  TarMK setup. Here, we have multiple AEM instances with its own TarMK. Author is setup to replicate changes to all instances while changes in from publish are replicated using reverse replication to author and replication to all instances. But the problem here is that AEM 6.1 has stopped reverse replication of UGC and users. Reverse replication only works for pages. So what if I have any component for UGC in AEM implementation. Does that mean, I should never go for farm implementation? Setting up MongoDB is the only option?
