Hello - I"m curious is there a way to report on work within the Dynamic Board and the Tags assigned to each?   I have two different teams 1) is Qualitative and 2) is Quantitative.   We have tagged the tasks in our Dynamic Board accordingly however, how I can I pull this field into a report showing there work together but grouped?     Any thoughts or help is appreciated.BestAngie 

HelloWe need to extract the data from a list to a big query external account already set up, we are able to receive data from Big Query, but  when I set up my file  upload acitvity, in theremote server part, my external account  is not availble to select.The big query external account we set up, is an external database type Any ideas? PS: we dont want to transfer to SFTP

Hello,   Our client wants to implement a copy to clipboard functionality in an email, however when we send proofs to ourselves it does not work as expected (see an example of what we need below). How do I create a segment that excludes another audience joined on a field that is not an identity namespace (in our case, email address)? The current challenge is that audience builder is all denormalized or joined on the identity namespace. For example, I have an audience of former customers that could have the same email address as active customer accounts. If I email the former customers, I need to exclude any email address that matches an active customer.  Thank you in advance for any help. JeffBa4

 Hi, I am trying the date conditions of audience, and found that the result profile is always 5 days behind the accrual date,like in this screenshot,  today is 6/11/2024 (My timezone UTC/GMT +11 hours),  but the result is 01/11/2024.Why is that?  Another related questionI found the date function within the Email is okay,{% let date=now %}this is giving me " 2024-11-06T05:07:26.257264904Z" which is the Denotes UTC (Zulu time),  how do i convert it to my current timezone? there are explanation on setting journey timezone https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/manage-journey/timezone-management, but that don't seems affecting the email rendering when I test.

I need to customize the OOTB Email Template which is located in "/libs/settings/workflow/notification/email/default/en.txt" for Workflow Email Notification in a Participant Step.   I tried overlay it to /conf but changes are not reflecting. Even after restarting the bundles and instances.   As per the  Adobe documentation they are suggesting to change the OOTB template which is under /libs.   Is it ok to customize directly in /libs ? If not how to resolve this issue.   Please help me on this.

Hi, I am working on the usual abandon cart use case. How can I check if their is any item in the cart. For example user can start the checkout and go back to remove the item from the cart, and possibly remove all items and make the cart empty. How can I validate in the journey that there is atleast one item in the cart left before sending the abandon cart push? TIA

Hello,We’re planning to implement email retargeting based on webpage visits, and I need some clarification on how it works with Marketo.I understand that by adding the Marketo munchkin code, we can track page visits (including those from anonymous ISPs). However, I’m not sure how we would know the email address of a visitor to trigger an email. Specifically, does the trigger only apply to leads already in our CRM, where we have their contact information associated with their IP address (e.g., "This person with this IP is a known lead and their email is X")?I apologize if this is a basic question—I'm not very technical!Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi everyone! i am working on an Assignment report for a project team so they can see all the completed projects they were assigned to. This report is based on the $$User so it'll be a custom view for whomever opens the report. If a user was assigned to multiple tasks in a project it will show up multiple times on this report, and they don't want to see the task name they just care about seeing which project name they worked on. Is there a way to remove these duplicate items on the report or should I utilize a different report for this request? As always, thank you all!

Hello, My company recently moved all of our project management, resource management, etc over to Workfront for our creatve, digital, social, PR, sccount teams. But our accounting team uses Advantage.
