I'm building a segment for customers who land on the site and then navigate to the next page via search box. The segment is as below; Entry Page ExistsThen within 1 page viewSearch existsI just wanted to clarify what 'Within 1 page view' means. In this example the search event fires in the same hit as the second page view of the visit, so would this count as happening within 1 page view? I'm assuming so as its returning a good volume of data.So does 'Within 1 page view' include anything that is captured before or in the same hit as the second page view?Thanks,Katie

I am trying to implement the W3C standard for a data layer but have run into a snag.  Looks like arrays are not allowed in the path for a JS object in a data element.  For example, this only returns an empty string in a data element but returns the expected value in the console:digitalData.user[0].profile[0].profileInfo.userNameAnything  I should be doing differently?

Question from a newbie. Trying to set up a Lead Score Report that shows First Name, Last Name, Company Name as well as the scores. Right now this is what I have.It only shows the Lead Score and Total Leads with that score. How do I add First Name, Last Name and Company Name to this Report?Thanks,JB

If I setup a Google Analytics Tool in DTM will it count against my server call allocation? 

Are landing pages within Marketo able to support page jumps? If so, is there any different coding that needs to happen for Marketo? I haven't been able to get them to work and have tested my code on a traditional web page to verify it works.In trying this out in Marketo I also noticed that somehow, once I save the content the  </a> part of the element doesn't stay where I had it but moves it forward to right behind the <A Name> part of the element.Any thoughts would be appreciated,Greg

Hi everyone,I am wanting to understand if in email performance I should be able to see a break down of every click made against an email and see that a lead has clicked on multiple links in an email.For instance on an email I have a link to a video, and two articles. I want to pull a report to see Lead X clicked all three, Lead Y only clicked video.I can see in the email performance & have run a smart campaign for "clicks any link in email" and can see 15 people have clicked in the email. However how do I see if they have clicked on more than one? Or does marketo only share the last link clicked in email performance view & I would need to go into the lead record to see the detail of all links clicked?Thanks,Ella

is it possible to hide (or deactivate) the "Activate Page" Button in the Sidekick? What sense does this button make if you have a workflow tab in the Sidekick which contains the workflows you want your users to use?I didn't find any possibility in /libs/wcm/core/content/ or anywhere else.

I am having trouble getting report builder to retrieve data, either with a new query or with existing ones.I have installed the report builder 5.2, the 32 bit version which matches my version of excel 2010.I am able to login with my credentials and connect successfully.I've tried creating a brand new report in a brand new workbook.  Clicking the 'Create' item in the ribbon opens the report suite and I can see the report suite and all options.  I choose to create a simple report, using just yesterday's date and the Site Totals.  I added an Applies metric to the report and click finish.It prompts me to select a cell in the new worksheet, and then it tries to build the report.  I see "Queuing report" and "Queued" and "Retrieving data" and then a pop up comes up with "An error occured."No other information is given and the data never comes back.I have a few other reports in a saved workbook which were created with the 4.7 version of Report Builder that I've also tried.  In the Manage windo

Hi everyone,I hope you're all good. I regularly receive questions regarding the Visitor ClickMap Overlay Plugin. This is a tool a tend to avoid myself, but other teams seem to have a taste for it. Our ClickMap was implemented before my time, but ObjectID appears to be being set (using the URL), however, despite this overlays do often seem to have a mind of their own and clicks often appear lower than I'd expect in the tool.I have some questions about ClickMap and would generally like to get a sense of what users think of this tool - does anyone use it? is it even still supported by Adobe (the interface looks pretty old)?Does anyone know how click map responds to a responsive site? If links appear differently on different devices (i.e. a left hand nav becomes a drop down on mobile), how does click map respond? Also do different browser impact on what data ClickMap can collect?Also - from what I have read so far it seems that ClickMap only reports on the page as it is now. I.e. if I pull

Hi Gurus , I'm trying to achieve a admin utility in AEM 6.1 where super admins can perform CRUD operations on a table  or grid like component . The component will not need any dialog capabilities and am planning to host the page with this component under /etc . The result of the operations will simple be in jcr as nodes /properties . Just wanted to find out if any one else has already achieved some thing similar and can point me to so that i need not start from ground zero on it ?  Normally I'm planning to integrate jquery plugins to achieve this , is this the right way ? or any recommended approach  or plugins?

Hi All,We are facing issue with one page in the blueprint which is not being rolled out to other live copies derived from this source. This page with which the issue is seen, below is what happened.After the initial creation of the page it is rolled out to all the live copies properly, now its path has changed to a different child level. This is the moment we are facing the issue. It is not being rolled out to the live copies.Is there any config missing Is there anyway to get back this page properly rolled out to all the live copies.

Is the only available testing time once a year during Summit? I won't be able to take the certification exam at that time, but wondered if it were possible to take it later in the year. I haven't been able to find anything on University that explains how to request a different testing date.

I’m wanting to view Revenue in Adobes Marketing analytics 'real-time' report by the Campaign code that drove it.However when I try to configure this in the report I get the below message pop up.========================================The following dimensions which you have selected do not “persist” in the Real-Time Reports like they do elsewhere in Adobe Analytics: “Tracking Code”. A app that I'm working on requires a couple of additional fields be added to a user's profile:./profile/approvers (used to programmatically construct an approver group for use in workflows)./profile/contactReassign, ./profile/authorReassign -- used to change news articles listing the user as the author or contact to another user after they have departed the organization (or some other event requiring such a reassignment)I have the field added to the UI alright, and the data successfully saves, but I need to restrict the ability to edit these fields to members of the group "newsadmins." We have a large number of leads in our system that are blocked from mailings b/c their email is invalid, suspended, unsubscribed ... etc. I'm interested in best practice from other MKTO users on how to manage this segment of the database. Do you recommend to delete them from MKTO?I'm keeping on eye on the ratio of total leads to marketable leads in our database. Thank you!
