Can anyone share best practices on how to have their SDR team follow-up with engagement in nurture campaigns? Right now, we use one general queue for lead owner and have been creating individual calling campaigns based on engagement in our nurture emails. Leads are assigned via round robin into their individual calling campaigns to follow-up with. However, our team continues to increase in size and I'm not sure this is the best approach, as we would like to eventually switch over to having individual lead owners instead of the queue, but then there will be overlap as someone may click a link in an email that had previously been worked on by one SDR and is now assigned to a different SDR. Any thoughts/best practices are appreciated!Thanks!

I am hoping this is an easy answer, and I am just missing something...We use one form for all of our PPC landing pages. I need to create a report that shows all conversions on that form within a certain time period - indicating the lead's name, which landing page they converted on, and when they converted. For some reason, I am having trouble how you would set this up. Can someone help please???Thanks!!

I am running some email campaigns and want to add my team members in the mail as cc, so that when the customer reply back it goes to the entire team and not just me. Can we add CC in our email campaign? If so, then how? Thanks in advance!

Hello, here is the scenario:             email      referred_by      my_suggestionsjohn@doe.com  jack@jill.comjack@jill.com    john@doe.com                                              I've a field in the record called 'referred_by' which is an existing record in the database. This works fine when someone fills out a form and refers somebody, a new lead is created and 'referred_by' is populated.Now I want to automate an operation so that, the existing 'referred_by' persons record, 'my_suggestions' field gets updated by the original email address that was submitted.Hope this makes sense. Hi, I tried using the cq:emptyText node property in AEM 5.6.1 and it was not getting applied. Then i checked in adobe docs. It doesn't have the cq:emptyText property in AEM 5.6.1 and attached the screenshot for that.Is there any way to achieve it in AEM 5.6.1 ?

Hi,Is there any option to configure the dispatcher when AEM is running in a Application Server without being in the context root like /aem?In the renders section of the dispatcher configuration it allows to add only the host, port, and timeout. I didn't find any option to inform the webapp context root.Does anyone know if this is possible?Thanks

Hi,Dispatcher cache flush issues,I am trying to clear cache of specific folder using HttpClient and PostMethod, if I specify full page path in cq-handle then page cache deleted, but if I give folder path cache is not getting deleted.Stat file issue:I am setting the statfileslevel to multiple values(0,2,3) in dispatcher.any file, but stat file not generated, is there any configuration i need to set to generate the stat file??Thanks,Swati

Hi,I am wondering if there are any suggestions on how one could trigger Marketo activities using a specific sequence of events as a trigger.  For example, lets say I want to trigger an activity after someone completes the following sequence:  Opens email xyz, visits webpage abc after opening email xyz, and visits webpage def after viewing page abc.If there a way this can be achieved?  Thanks in advance--JF

I'm trying to create an external page form that prefills the fields with the leads name, email, company etc. I've set up a LaunchPoint and got my token. I can make a call to my endpoint using the ID from a cookie and return the leads info. BUT after awhile (1 hour?) the token expires.How is this supposed to work? If the token expires after a time, how am I supposed to set this up?

I have provided title for all PDFs in CSV file.But DAM workflow overwrites the CSV title with PDF Title.I want DAM workflow not to update dc:title from PDF properties. Hi,I tried to install aem 6.1 with "java -jar cq-publish-p8081.jar -r publish,nosamplecontent" option and when I login to publisher with admin user and go to http://localhost:4503/siteadmin. The page is an empty page with no content. If I do the same without nosample content option then all works fine as expect. Can some one help on this issue ?ThanksBipin

We recently removed the 'Is Anonymous' filter from our smart campaigns.  These were mainly used to ensure only known leads can qualify in our lead lifecycle campaigns.  As a result, anonymous leads that reach our MQL threshold are now included in the MQL alerts that get sent to our sales and marketing teams.  Obviously these alerts contain no known user information - it's all blank.  I thought that anonymous leads weren't even referenceable anymore? How are we supposed to filter out these leads now that this filter is no longer supported?  As a band-aid approach, we could filter on "if name AND company are not empty", but I was hoping for a more solid/foolproof approach.  @Mike Reynolds​

Hi,I've some components that can be dragged on a page using parsys. What I want is to restrict the parsys for some component only i.e only banner, carousel component can be dragged but teaser should not. Also, I don't to overlay parsys and make changes in jsp accordingly. So, can we do something in parsys or components so if we drag component(i.e teaser which we don't want to drag) displays message that this particular component can not be dragged. Thanks,Himanshu
