I've put together a custom template for an email (the html document is attached). The email looks exactly how I want it to in Marketo, in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. It also displays correctly in Outlook for Mac v15.15.The only place it won't display correctly is in Outlook 2013 for Windows, as well as when Outlook 2013 tries to open the html version in Internet Explorer. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Again, my html is attached here. Appreciate any help I can get!

I am using a company called Weebly to design my website, www.atlantechprocess.com. How do I correctly insert weekly into my website code? I went to settings and copy/pasted it into the setting menu > SEO > and then Header section, and did the same for each individual page under the advanced feature. Hi there,I just wanted to find out if anyone else is facing the same issue as us. Our sales team are using the track functionality of the Outlook plugin. If the sales person sends and tracks an email to the Email 2 address of one of their contacts, it creates a duplicate lead in Marketo. Is this expected behavior? Is there anyway of avoiding the creating of duplicates (other than only sending emails to the primary email address)?Thanks,sJame

Hi Community,In Marketo's most recent announcement about removing social form fill -- due to LinkedIn's API policy, we're trying to understand what the impact to our conversion rate will be.More importantly, since we're LinkedIn API partners, we're able to implement their "AutoFill w/ LinkedIn" button although it requires some dev cycles on our end...Where can I find any stats on how many times someone has filled a form out using that button? The reason I ask is with the typical Product Finding Method reports proposed by Adobe Consulting, internal campaigns links and navigation links (browsing) to category pages are mutually exclusive because each report will be populated with a "non-value" when a customer either Browsers to a category or clicks an Internal Campaign link. This is not a problem if internal campaigns direct visitors to a landing page, but it becomes a problem when the internal campaign link takes a customer to a category list page, because now the Merchandising team will no longer see revenue for categories that were accessed via an internal campaign link ... since categories accessed via internal campaigns would be attributed to a "non-internal campaign" value in the Browse/Merchandising Categories report.Should I be implementing an additional product syntax merchandising eVar, set on the Product Page, that captures the category of that product? This report could be broken down by the Product Finding method

I have a AEM author instance that sits behind an apache server with the dispatcher module.  This has been setup and working for a long time.  I have reviewed various forum threads on the subject.The problem I just discovered is that wcm commands that send an error back to the client using HtmlStatusResponseHelper are being over written by apache.When I access AEM instance directly and the wcm command sends an error message, with a response error code of 500, I can see the text as a pop up message in the siteadmin.In the same scenario, When I access AEM instance through apache, the content is overwritten by apache's internal server html content.I have tried finding a way to disable apache's error code handling and prevent the overwrite of the html content generated by AEM.How can the AEM generated 500 error content be returned through apache ?

Condition is, when REST call in invoked   E,g, localhost:4502/content/a/b_jcr_content.getData.json (POST)AEM will get all POST data and create a predefined node structure. This REST service will be invoked from an external system (outside AEM).  Is there any checklist / security considerations that should be taken in to account while developing this REST call. Another question : how would external system can invoke the call to AEM  Author instance , would they have to use credentials to fire the rest call along with port number ? 

When I open an incognito window with no cookies, I noticed two page view beacons are being sent for our pages.  We only send one beacon.  When the s_vi cookie is set, only one beacon is sent.  Each subsequent visit the s_vi cookie's expiration date is extended.  It is set for approximately two years.  Why is Site Catalyst doing this?

Can anyone from Marketo Product team answer as to whether program tokens should work in all fields in an ICS calendar token?The current behavior I am observing is that tokens will only work in the "description" field and will not populate in the subject which is frustrating since it forces you to edit this token every time instead of being able to use another token like you can in the description field.Use case: We want to be able to populate the subject of the ICS calendar token with another program token such as {{my.webinar name}}. Documentation says (Release Notes: March 2013 - Marketo Docs - Product Docs)"Create a calendar file as a My Token to be used in your event confirmation and reminder emails.  This integrated calendar file (e.g. .ics file) will render all tokens, including My Tokens and the {{member.webinar URL}} token." Hey guysI'm setting up a live event where we want to gate registrations to restrict the number attending from each organisation.  When someone fills in the event registration form (Marketo form on Marketo Landing Page) their event status is set as "pending" and we receive an alert so we can check them out before approving registration.Has anyone done something similar? Can the event status be updated in the lead record? I'm not having any luck so far...Cheers!

Can anyone share best practices on how to have their SDR team follow-up with engagement in nurture campaigns? Right now, we use one general queue for lead owner and have been creating individual calling campaigns based on engagement in our nurture emails. Leads are assigned via round robin into their individual calling campaigns to follow-up with. However, our team continues to increase in size and I'm not sure this is the best approach, as we would like to eventually switch over to having individual lead owners instead of the queue, but then there will be overlap as someone may click a link in an email that had previously been worked on by one SDR and is now assigned to a different SDR. Any thoughts/best practices are appreciated!Thanks!

I am hoping this is an easy answer, and I am just missing something...We use one form for all of our PPC landing pages. I need to create a report that shows all conversions on that form within a certain time period - indicating the lead's name, which landing page they converted on, and when they converted. Hello, here is the scenario:             email      referred_by      my_suggestionsjohn@doe.com  jack@jill.comjack@jill.com    john@doe.com                                              I've a field in the record called 'referred_by' which is an existing record in the database. This works fine when someone fills out a form and refers somebody, a new lead is created and 'referred_by' is populated.Now I want to automate an operation so that, the existing 'referred_by' persons record, 'my_suggestions' field gets updated by the original email address that was submitted.Hope this makes sense. How do I resolve this? Much appreciated.-Syed

Hi, I tried using the cq:emptyText node property in AEM 5.6.1 and it was not getting applied. Then i checked in adobe docs. It doesn't have the cq:emptyText property in AEM 5.6.1 and attached the screenshot for that.Is there any way to achieve it in AEM 5.6.1 ?

Hi,Is there any option to configure the dispatcher when AEM is running in a Application Server without being in the context root like /aem?In the renders section of the dispatcher configuration it allows to add only the host, port, and timeout. I didn't find any option to inform the webapp context root.Does anyone know if this is possible?Thanks
