Hi,Is there a way to configure leads merging in Marketo ?Marketo is synchronized with Salesforce and we use Salesforce for customers support too.I would like to  create a rule that avoids leads merging when there is an existing contact in Salesforce with the field "support" = True.Thanks!Marie

hi Team,We are trying to integrate Adobe Test and target with Adobe campaign. We have followed all the configurations steps mentioned in the following link provided https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/ITG_Adobe_Target_Configuration.htmlHowever we are not able to see the link Include > Dynamic image served by Adobe Target  when we create a email delivery client.Is this something to do with the IMS client Identifier value , since we have not configured any external account.Waiting for your reply.Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi, I want to ivnestigate a specific user journey and need to focus on what happened between a certain sequence of 4 page views. How would I isolate that with a segment? When I apply Fallout Report and create a segment based on that, the tool suggests me to use the Visit dimension: but I'm not interested in the whole visit of that user who pursued this sequence of page views. When I change to "Hit-"dimension, I get no data - probably because 4 pages connected with "then"-operator aren't allowed for Hits.What am I doing wrong?

Hi all, This is for AEM 6.1 . We are using Sightly. This is related to clientlib We have 2 environments - Dev & Test. On Dev its not working and on Test its working fine. We have created a custom clientLib. The category name for this clientLib is same as the category name for OOB clientLib. All we wanted was where ever the OOB clientLib was included then our custom clientLib should also get included.  In our sightly code we will have include for OOB category<template data-sly-template.include="${@ categories='Client Library categories', mode='optional: JS or CSS, case-insensitve'}"    data-sly-use.clientlib="${'libs.granite.sightly.templates.ClientLibUseObject' @ categories=categories, mode=mode}">${clientlib.include @ context='unsafe'}</template> And this will add OOB JS & my custom JS both on page.<script type="text/javascript" src="/etc/clientlibs/granite/jquery/granite.js"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="/etc/myproject/myclientlib.min

Hi, I need to implement an adaptive form that redirects the user to a payment provider on submit (sending through only a subset of the entered data). Once the user payed, he will be redirected back to AEM. The payment provider will return with either an OK (with additional payment confirmation data) or a NOT OK. Happy path will need to trigger an email with a PDF containing all of the entered fields and redirect to a Thank You Page. Sad path will need to redirect to the same form page with an error message and the previously filled field data. Question I have is which is the best way to get all this setup with using the OOTB Forms? Should I create a custom submit action that goes to a custom servlet which will redirect to the payment provider? But since I am redirecting out half way through the form processing, where do I keep all of the entered fields meaning how can I retain the session in order to have the data available for the pdf or the error form page?Any help is much appreciate

AEM 6.1 felix console wont display for a login dialog but redirects to geometrixx login page. I looked into the configuration for Apache Felix OSGI Management Console and it has the required credentials but it still redirects to geometrixx login.Auhtor node seems fine.Please help.

In my CQ 5.6.1 instance, logging into felix console would ask for login credentials in a pop up window where as in AEM 6.1 it is redirecting to geometrixx login page. Can anyone help me understand why? Author in 6.1 redirects to author instance login pagePublish in 6.1 redirects to geometrixx login page.

We recently subscribed our sales team to Web Activity reports for leads that belong to them. One mentioned that, upon getting the email subscription, he was able to click through to the lead link and see all information pertaining to the lead (e.g. name, title, etc.)However, upon returning to that report a week later, he is receiving 404 errors when clicking through to the same links (see screenshot below).Do links expire in these reports after a certain period of time? Or is this an error either from our instance or something happening on the sales side?Thanks in advance for any insight

Created a new Campaign, and this is not showing up in Adobe Target. Not sure what i am missing. Appreciate any help or advice.Steps i've done:1. The configuration on AEM Cloud services to connect to Target is already setup and shows the message "Adobe Test & Target configuration is successful..."There is a "configuration" and "framework" setup.2. I ACTIVATED this service3. In WCM, under Campaigns, created a new Campaign.. and in the Properties > Cloud services selected the above Test&Target config4. ACTIVATED the CampaignI am assuming that at this point, the Campaign should show up in Adobe Target but is not showing.Adding more steps:5. I went into http://localhost:4502/miscadmin#/etc/cloudservices and ACTIVATED "Adobe Target" configuration6. This i think created a new Replication Agent on my Author and Publisher. Should i configure these? If so what values? Attaching screenshots.

Hello,Let me preface this issue by saying that this happens in every browser except for Edge.I have a rotating banner component where users can fill out the following:TitleDescriptionBanner ImageLinkThese are nested below a multifield, so users are able to click on the Add Field button to create multiple banners.The problem I have is that this only works in Edge; every other browser I've tried this in has the following issues:The dialog does not save what the user fills outTrying to drag more than one image into the TouchUI dialog causes the other images to disappear (several Clear buttons are added when this happens).Can you please take a look at this and see why every other browser is causing this issue? I'm having an issue with getting a classification on one report suite to work on another.  They are both named "Gift Cards" off the Products variable, however if try to do two things its not working:1) I want to create a segment to use on both suites with the classification in it2) run a report in ad hoc, change the suite and have it run in the other.  Neither are working. Is there a trick to make Adobe know that two classifications are the same?  Do they have to be created at the same time?Screen shots of the errors I'm getting are attached.1 & 2: Try to run the same classification report and then update the suite in ad hoc.  3: Screen shot of the segment when I try to load in on the other report suite. 4: Screen shot from Adobe Console when I select both report suites and then go to conversion classifications (Gift Cards should be at the bottom of the list)

Hi ,   We have a requirement to copy node(s) which matches a given criteria from  source CRX to target.  For this  we used JCR api exportSystemView and importXML and its working fine . We are now  trying to achieve the same thing using sling .  Here is what we tried Get the json contents of the node  [  http://<sourcehost>:<port>/crx/library/17/01/170101.0.json   ]   > worked Use the source json in the request body and post it to target crx    [ http://<targethost>:<port>/crx/library/17/01/170101]  where path 17/01/ is not there nor is the node 170101  >  Failed Anyone can give me some hints on how to achieve this ?  kindly help me.

Ever since updating AEM 6.1 to SP1, we had an odd issue with the editor.html where it seems to fail to recalculate it's content height, which makes the bottom of several pages uneditable/viewable.We reproduced this on 2 different Mac and as well as 2 different Windows(Win7 64Bit) PCs, in Chrome and Firefox as well.   I've recorded a full test from the vanilla 6.1 installation to the upgrade to SP1 along with the tests to show the before and after. It's a pretty long video (~20 minutes), so I included time anchors in the description to the actual important steps.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ph9Hqpixl14

I'm currently using the forms2.0 javascript api to render forms on my client's website. They want to add the social signon feature to their forms, but the default styling is prohibitively ugly, and we want to change where the buttons are located in the form as well. I'm currently using the onFormRender callback to allow adding CSS classes so we can spruce up the forms and rearrange stuff client side if need be, however the onFormRender fires much earlier than the html for the social share buttons are actually rendered, leaving me out to dry. Is there some specific call back for the social share icons? Or some way I can at least change where the buttons are rendered in the form so I can just worry about styling the thing?Thanks.

HI there, I'm back with a few more questions:If I have a magazine that's not 1024 x 768 can I create a .article file out of a document that isn't the size of a target device? Also, does the conversion to a .article file compress the images at all or change their color profile (I.e. CMYK to RGB)?
