We had a lead submit an event registration form today.  A confirmation email with important info was sent to him.  The marketer realized that he had forgotten to include the "." between his email domain and com, eg. "xyzcom".  Marketo isn't yet indicating that this email bounced (or delivered) - just that it was sent.  Should we manually send him the confirmation email (now that we corrected his email address in his lead record) or will Marketo attempt to send again after 24 hours?  I'm thinking that since this isn't a soft-bounce, Marketo will treat this as a hard-bounce and mark the lead email address as invalid.  Just looking for confirmation from others here in the community.

Hi,We are defining our tagging structure and we have some questions about how the search would work.Lets say we have the following structure:ParentChildleaf1leaf2Anothernewold Now lets say we search for leaf1, it will retrieve only assets tagged with leaf1.If we search for Child, it will retrieve assets tagged with leaf1 and leaf2.And if we search for Parent, it should retrieve assets tagged with any of the children.I tested it a bit and it seems to be working this way.The tests were made in the Touch UI interface, on the search left panel using the text input for search.I'd like only to confirm if it is the way it works.Based on these tests could I be sure that is the way the search will work?Thanks

Hello,Can anyone help me with the HTML code needed to add a background color or border to the known visitor section of a form?I really like what Marketo had done in this example but we currently don't have a developer on staff to figure out how.I've tried adding basic HTML but Marketo seems to be stripping it out when I save it. I cannot see the Customer Attributes option in Target > Audiences.Do I have to ask for enablement?

On a daily basis for the past few days, the forum has been spammed by Chinese (I think) posts, that take up multiple pages of content and I assume then get manually deleted by Adobe moderators.  What technology is Adobe using for it's forum that these posts are allowed to happen?  Are these manual posts, or are they automated to spam (which seems like the valid choice)?  Why are they going through and why is Adobe not preventing them?  This gives me a lot of distrust in the framework.

Sometimes the preview version of the email has a different format from what is actually sent (test and actual emails). Has anyone else run into this? Does anyone know how to solve it?(I had to zoom out in order to fit the whole email in one screen shot.)PreviewActual Email

Hi,Im migrating some old folios from DPSuite to DPSolution and can't figure out how to use the HTMLResources zip.The zip contained a few pdfs that i need to link to from the folios.Ive searched and read a few threads (here and here) - on the one hand it seems like HTMLResources havent been implemented in DPSol, but then someone mentions an API, which, to be honest, is a bit above my head.So -- is there anyway straightforward (easy) way to use HTMLResources in DPSol when i update my old folios?Thanks!s

I'm studying for the AEM developer exam and i have a question about one of the questions: Which template allowed Paths expression would allow a page to be created with the path/ content / main / page1/ page2?And the options are:A. /content/main/?B. /content/main/[^/]+(/,*)?C. /content/main/[A/]+[A/]D. /content/main/*I don't understand if the question is wrong or the options are because if i choose which option validates the path (ONE OPTION) i cannot because the A, B and D are valid answers. But if i add a NOT on the question like "... would NOT allow a page to be created..." then in that case i can answer a single option like the question demands that would be the C option.What is wrong with this?Regards.

Hi everyone,we build an app where we use responsive HTML5-Articles inside.On older iOS Devices (iPad2 and iPad4 for Example) the performance is so bad that it is not really usable. It takes for example up to 15 seconds from opening a downloaded Article until it is fully rendered.We have got a lot of Pictures and Videos inside but inside the OS-Browser it works much better.Is there someone who has got the same Issues or any idea how to optimize the performance (especially on older Devices)?Thank you in advance and best Regards!Lars

My internal client is asking if we can do the following:If we have {{lead.First Name}}, they want to output the salutation as Bonjour {{lead.First Name}}If we DON'T have {{lead.First Name}}, they want to output the salutation as Cher client.I'm unaware of a way to run logic for the output of tokens other than the default value, "Cher client".Bonjour is posing an issue for me.Any suggestions?

Hi:I'm running AEM 6.1 JEE version on jboss in Author mode and I have a site/application I am trying to get running on a Standalone Publish instance. Hello all ,I have created a workflow step for cropping an image. But i want it to work for all the images uploaded after my workflow is started similar to Dam update asset workflow. If i add my step to DAM update asset workflow , it will crop for the image i have started my workflow , not for all the other images uploaded after the workflow is started. Is there any external settings needed to achieve this ?? Please let me know.. Regards

Has anyone had the need/requirement to create a custom Article component? If so, what type of requirement necessitated a custom component, instead of using the various OOTB components, (e.g. article-list, article-summary et. al)??? 

We are restructuring our support organization and curious how folks support hand off and organization's are structured.  Today, we have two separate teams completing operations functions and a wide knowledge gap as we continue to support news folks and teams transitioning into Marketo / Marketing Automation.

Has anyone done any user flow A/B testing like testing new login flow vs old? This type of testing is not a front-end JS changes but creating a new flow in CMS and then testing it. How can we have this backend integration with T&T to test code changes?

We have been having an issue on our author instance that we are currently trying to find a solution to.After starting our author instance, our lucene indexing initiates, runs for a while, and then comes to a halt. At this moment, the GC goes crazy on the box and the entire heap is allocated to old generation with full-GC's occuring every second or so - basically killing the usability of the instance.
