Right now, we have a campaign that automatically splits leads 50/50 between our two Sales Development reps. What is the correct way to set up this campaign?Random Sample = 50 --> Assign to Person ADefault --> Assign to Person BorRandom Sample = 50 --> Assign to Person ARandom Sample = 50 --> Assign to Person BDefault --> Assign to Person A (<-- when would the Default come into play here? When there isn't an even # of leads in a given day?)The goal is to make sure ALL leads are properly assigned and evenly split.

Hi, all. When my form is opened in Adobe Reader, there is a default purple banner at the top that says: Please fill out the following form. If you are a form author, choose Distribute Form in the Forms menu to distribute it to your recipients.Is there a way that I can suppress this banner? Thanks!Suzanne

Hi,I sent out an email this morning and I was checking the results to see who opened it and which emails bounced. I noticed some of the contacts had 'Send Email' in the 'Activity Type' tab. What exactly does that mean?

I get the splash screen, then a loading animation, then it throws up an error saying it can't connect. Any ideas?

I read the documentation and found:WHEN YOU CREATE AN APP WITH DIRECT ENTITLEMENT, retail collections are not hidden at this time.  for enterprise customers, will be important to hide content (even collections) if not entitled.So before the user login id it shouldn't see anything that is protected, not event the collection that contains the articles. Hi,I need to analyse the navigation of my different type of visitors, and segment them based on the page they have viewed or not.For that, i want to program a datawarehouse report to know the different pages viewed during their visit.I have make the following table for the export : site section|previous page|page|next page|visitor ID for the dimension and visits.But how can i be sure that all the pages are viewed in the same visit ? Do I have to add a breakdown with a time dimension ?  thanks for your help/advice. Alexandre

In AEM 5.6.1, if I added annotation to the component it works just fine while I'm editing the page, but disappears after page is reloaded.There is no difference if it is custom or out-of-the-box component, if page was activated or not, annotation is just not loading.CRXDE Lite shows that cq:annotations node has been successfully created with all required subnodesIs there any configuration switch which should be turned on in order to make annotations visible?

Hi - We have an RTP Dialog Box with an embedded Form.  If a visitor completes the form (interacts with the dialog box), I do not want the dialog box to show up again if that same visitor returns.  I do not see any sort of setting for this.  And / OrHow can I include something like a "Don't show me this again" checkbox.  An example of this can be seen on this Marketo page:  nation.marketo.com/welcome​ Thank you in advance for any help with this.

While creating a dropdown list in my form I noticed a field called "Items Load Path". Can this field be used to provide a url from which it loads the options available in a dropdown list? Where would the URL reside, and how can I put values in that URL? Can someone please show an example? 

Hi,     As per my use case one workflow has to call another workflow.In first workflow process step(final step of the workflow) i called another workflow by the following method    arg1.startWorkflow(wm,arg0.getWorkflowData());   Though I don't have iteration logic in first workflow,second one is getting called multiple times(2 or 3).Please guide me how to resolve this.    Thanks    Kirithi

Hi, I have implemented a custom action and now I want to extend that action and add extra functionality. However, setting sling:resourceSuperType on the second custom action doesn't seem to have any effect, meaning that the scripts (e.g. init.jsp, cleanup.jsp) are not inherited. Is inheritance not supported when it comes to actions?Thanks

Using CRXDE Lite in the latest version of Chrome, and both the source pane window, and property pane below it are gone. Is there any way to "reset" the tool so that it goes back to an original configuration? I've tried restarting the author service, and Chrome, multiple times, but it doesn't come back up. If I open it in IE, or Firefox, the tool displays correctly, (so it appears to be Chrome specific). Maybe I need to get rid of a temp file etc.

HiOur authors face the following problem when they want to enter a validation expression with IE11.When they enter a long expression like thisand if they press the return key to break the line manually, let’s say before ‘(this.value % 2)’, spaces only are inserted in IE11:In chrome (version 47.*.*) after pressing return key, the reminder of the expression starts on a new lineThis is the expected behavior.Since IE11 is the standard browser in our company, the authors have additional trouble entering validation expressions. Is there any configuration in IE11 that makes the return key work as expected?

If i manually add the user and put the user in group then do a SAML with IDP it works and does syncrhonize properties, but if I have auto-create users and add to groups checked in SAML configuration, here is the error i get. Specifically I have several child pages feeding into a list component, but they are not hidden in the navigation. Rather than going to each child page and making that change to hide it in the navigation, is there a way to change the page properties en mass? Thanks!

Hi,Is there a way to change the order of lead status in my Leads by Revenue Stage report under Analytics? For example, in my environment, MKL = Marketing Known Lead is at the top of the revenue funnel followed by MQL = Marketing Qualified Lead. This is the flow in my Success With Detours model. However, in the Leads by Revenue Stage report, the position of lead status reversed.I see MQL lead status before MKL. Thank you for your time and assistance.Gary

Hi,I'm using getLeadChanges to to fetch "Send Email" activities. The values returned by the API contain name of email, but not description of the email. I'm wondering if it's possible to get description through SOAP apis, or REST apis?Thanks,Chen
