Hi,I recently inherited Marketo responsibilities and am trying to get a few things straight. I have a number of email programs that have completed and have a closed mailbox icon next to them. However, I have a number of other email programs that have also competed ( emails have been sent and the program status = finished) but have an open mailbox icon with a clock next to it.  This makes me think that something is still scheduled to happen with this particular program - which makes me nervous. Screenshot of the images below. Can anyone explain the differences ? And do I need to get the box "closed" for the program to really be completed ? Thanks!

Looking for a work around--I want to have pull tabbed (scrolling text boxes) inside a slide show. Does anyone know how to do this?

Is there a way to have the inferred postal code automatically populate the postal code field?  Without having to list every postal code If this postal code copy to ....  Too many postal codes.  My SFDC won't synch the data without a postal code.thanksJan

Is there a way to show the login screen (where it ask for the email and password - direct entitlement) from a Collection or Article? Using Navto for exemple?

Currently, the form fields' are being highlighted in red from the mktoInvalid class that's being added, even before the user hits on "Submit", as soon as the field has been clicked on. Is there any way to have this validation check run only after the user hits on Submit? Thanks!

I'm having an issue when I copy from HTML to text that just started 2 weeks ago or so. When I copy from HTML to text (vs. typing the plain text), the spacing of the fields increases dramatically. Has anyone else experienced this issue when copying from HTML? Any ideas? I'm including screenshots of before and after. Again, the issue doesn't arise if I type the plain text into the text version of the email.

Hi everybody, I tested Adobe DPS 2015 from a couple of weeks. In the past, we create in InDesign, different models for each device.   Is it possible in Adobe DPS in 2015 to combine two versions of an article from InDesign in the same app / project. One showed for the iPad and the other for the iPhone.

Hi all,Would like to learn more about any shortcomings of sample test emails and how they might differ from emails that are "live" (aside from the obvious).  Will a sample test email help when testing for proper CRM sync?  We tried using the {{lead.lead Owner}} tokens as well as the {{company.Account Owner}} tokens.  See screenshots below...The tokens did not seem to populate the data from CRM and instead went to default value after we sent out the sample test email.  Not sure if we are going about this the right way.I appreciate your help!  Thanks, Tom

Hello,Is there any issue updating the jscript code version in Dynamic Tag Manager -- how will this impact my suite? For example, going from v1.5 to v1.5.2...I have the same question for the Marketing Cloud ID service -- is there anything to be aware of before upgrading to v1.5.3 from a previous version? oI've been diving deep into Analysis Workspace quite heavily over the last few weeks while we explore the best dash boarding tools for our company to display data for our primary stakeholders. Right now we are using this tool to test dashboarding main business KPIs data  for GMs. VPs, PO/PMs, as well a Dev data tool for pressure testing design changes in our rapid iteration processes.I have some bugs ( bugs that don't necessarily require a ticket submitted)  and other feedback I would love to share with the product team, as I know this product is going to be in continual  development. I know I can submit items through customer care but was wondering if there is a more direct approach to share feedback and have an open dialogue with the team working on this product.  I see a lot of value in this tool but there are some limitations that are keeping us from going all in. 

The pushState/hashchange event type available under rule conditions is incredibly useful for ajax based web sites and I am successfully using it when URLs change and new content is loaded without an actual page load happening. However, I would like to take this a step further but am not sure how. I am wondering if it is possible to configure a rule so that rather than triggering analytics code immediately after a pushState or hashchange, instead the rule waits for the content or DOM to load so I can make use of variables, elements, etc. on the page. My currently rule works fine for capturing the basic new URL that was requested but I can't make use of any data on the page itself because of how early the analytics code fires.Any suggestions?Thank you!

Hi There;We are accessing the benefits of adding programs to the streams of Engagement Programs.  Example:  We have a program that contains information for a webinar and would like to add in that program at the top of the Engagement program so that leads in the program get the contents of that program first before receiving the remaining emails in the stream.  Are there other Business Cases were adding program to the Engagement Program is helpful?Are there Business Cases examples where adding a program to the Engagement Program was not as helpful?Thank you!

My A/B test testing on click to open ratios isn't showing any data for opens for my challenge for about 450 emails, while the incumbent had 138 opens in the same send. Is there anywhere else I can check this data? I'm worried that 50% of my emails just didn't go out.

When article content from InDesign letter- or pillar-boxes on screens of differing aspect ratios, it would be really nice to be able to specify the "background" color of the letterbox area. It is currently white in DPS, but in many cases the letterboxing would be much less obvious if the background area were black.

Hi,I am adding some custom metadata to the assets editor and I have the following scenario:Lets say we have a dropdown field, and we configured their options this way:opt 1text: Human Resourcesvalue: HRopt2text: Information Technologyvalue: ITWith this conf, when selecting a value it will store the value instead of the text.So, if we try to search for Humar Resources it will not find any asset because the value stored is HR.Is there any way to create some relation between the text and value? So, if the user search for Human Resources it will retrieve the assets with HR value?Or the only way is setting the value to be the same as the text?Thanks
