When going to the Lead Database tab, there is a pie chart displaying both Known Leads and Anonymous Leads. I understand that Marketo has a background process to aqcuire the Anonymous Leads.However, what factors actually go into this process? How is this number ultimately acquired? The Anonymous Leads number rises every week and our team is curious as to why that's happening.

Hi Team,I have to get the org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.security.authentication.ldap.impl.LdapIdentityProvider configuration in another service. When I tried include it using @Reference, it's package is not resolving. But org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.spi.security.authentication.external.ExternalIdentityProvider is resolved and I'm able to use it. I need to get the LdapIdentityProvider's configured information to connect to LDAP programmatically.Please help me in this.Thanks,AryA.

I've tried a few times to set up DTM with Adobe analytics. I can see that the data is being sent / fired, but doesn't appear in the reports within Adobe Analytics. Anything I can do to figure out why?

HelloWe are running a campaign where we are sending emails to users on mobile devices who have our app installed. The link launches the app.  We want to track the long term success of this by using campaign codes on the link, how do I set this up for mobile apps? We have the latest Adobe Analytics SDK installed. I would like to see traffic volume under tracking codes in the reporting interface.Many thanks

We have set up our webinar programs in the past by using one form on several different webinar (Marketo) LPs.   For every webinar we hosted I would create an event campaign and an LP specifically for that webinar. Then I could create a trigger campaign that would capture all form fills on the LP.We are now using Wordpress (non-Marketo LPs) for our webinar LPs and were wanting to use the same procedure as I mentioned above.  Is this possible?  Or do we need to create a new form for each webinar to track form fills? Or is there a way to track the form fills from the single webinar form on the non-marketo LP's using the Munchkin?Please help.Sincerely,Ande

Once session is live I'm trying to pass it to classwhich needs to use session object for computing some data. I cansee that the session is not persisting when being passed to an object. How can I make sure thatthe session persists. Or is the solution that I have to reconnect the sessionwithin the class?  Thanks

Hi,I have one requirement where I need to run the scheduler on production through cron expression on publish but the problem is I have 4 Publish instances on 4 different servers. So If suppose publisher(P1) start the scheduler then at the same time other 3 will also start which creates the issue.I cant run on author also as I have 2 author instances on production.Can anyone please help me to resolve this story.Thank a lot in advance.Thanks Sumit

hi all,I successfully created classifications for a custom variable.Now I am trying to build a segment based on these classifications, however in the segment builder interface I can only select the actual custom variable but I do not see the related classifications so I can't use them. I tried also using the Ad Hoc Analysis interface, but I have the same problem there. How can I do this?

When using Gates in the Revenue Model, will both stages following the gate will be in the success path? If you have a TQL team that transfers leads to 2 distinct sales organizations and would like to see the flow to and from these groups separately, Is using the Gate the right option?

Hi all,Let us say there is an AEM web site that has 10 pages and all of the pages share the same header with a Logo and other links like “contact us” and footer.I have two questions in this regard:How do we implement it, so that the Header and Footer (once created) come by default to all pages of this site?Design dialog? Design Dialog is for a specific template right?If the templates are going to be different for different pages, do we create one Design Dialog for each template?Also, how do we configure dispatcher so that, the static header, footer, etc are cached and the dynamic body (content) is not cached?Appreciate your responses.Thanks,Rama.

Hi,  I'm looking to create a real time report that shows the number of Unique Visitors on our site. However, this is not an option in the configure menu. I can only seem to pull "Instances" and Success events. Is there a way to pull Unique Visitor and Visit data into real-time reporting?Any help would be hugely appreciated.ThanksToby

Our lead system is a mess... cos some accounts are owned by sales, some are by marketing, some are in the lead queue.  I can't change all accounts back under leads/marketing because of "political" issue.  However, I am implementing a scoring system to identify potential opportunites/leads. I'd like to set an alert if any lead score for any contacts to be sent to the account owner/lead owner.  Is there a way that i can set an alert under Smart Campaign? Thanks Mabel

Is it possible to do date comparison, for example, this week vs last week or month over month, year over year, etc.?

I'm looking to setup a smart list that shows leads who have an "Account Create Date" "in time frame" of 1 week, 6 weeks ago.   For example (see image), there is a "in time frame" option for “Last Week S S" (Last Week Saturday through Sunday).  I want to go back farther than "last week"; how do I do this? Ultimately, my goal would be “6 Weeks Ago S S”.

Hello,I'd like to integrated Unbounce with Marketo, in order to push Unbounce form fills to Marketo lists. However, the current subscription (Spark) doesn't allow us to have customer service, so we are unable to add new service and get necessary info. Is there any workaround for this instance, other than upgrading the subscriptions?
