We migrate our existing app dps 2014 magazine to the dps 2015, to have an ipad, iphone devices same layout version2. i have a main browser page with 12 different cards as an index, on page 3 we built an index with the traditional dps 2014 "navto" method that calls each page ..... an index page3. i need that each different card call the same and main article cover of our magazine4. i tried several times uploading the same article in the different cards with the same and different metadata to map the cards, with and without the browser and content view options...etc6. i have one 120 pages or articles main collection,  replicating the look and feel of our old 2014 dps magazine7. My client and boss needs that the users flips or browse the whole magazine from the cover page number 1 to the last number 120 page, because their publicity and marketing adds and banners8. Hi - We've encountered an issue recently with the automatic thumbnail creation when uploading certain PDFs to the DAM. I'm pretty certain it has to do with the way our pdf documents are exported from InDesign. Some images within the pdf cover page are not showing up in the thumbnail when it gets generated - it appears that the thumbnail creation job may not like the layered .ai files that we are using within documents - some of the graphics are layered gradient shapes saved as .ai files that we link to directly from InDesign, and then exported as pdf.It looks like flattening these images as TIFF or other before embedding in InDesign and exporting PDF does correct the issue we're seeing when uploading the final PDF to the DAM.Just wondering if this is a known/expected result with the thumbnail creation tool in the DAM, and if there might be some other method to make this work without reprinting all our pdfs to flatten the images first before we upload to DAM. thanks.

Hi All,Requirement was NTLM authentication.Steps followed:-1. Created a  AD domain  on one window server and client on another windows machine.2. created a user into login in client Machine.3. Created one keytab file with the username and credentials.3.. TEST THE AUTHENTICATION FROM LINUX OS.4. CONFIGURE APACHE FOR KERBEROS AUTHENTICATION.5. CONFIGURE AEM6 FOR THE HEADER VALUE AND USER CREATION.6.. TEST THE AUTHOR ACCESS FROM WINDOWS CLIENT. The above all steps were successful, but when i login to client machine  with the user (I have added administrator group to this user)and access author(not asking for credentials) SSO is working fine.But I am not able to see the content on /crx/de/index.jsp ( User is behaving as normal anonymous user).what might be the reasons? Thanks a lot, Mahesh

How can I allow authors to select other AEM pages through a  multi-mode dialog box, (i.e. use search to find the path to the other articles/pages they want to link), and then access the list using getProperty(), and hopefully, pull off the article/pages they selected as an object and retrieve its properties. I need to take this information and create at <div> that uses the image from the article, and also create an anchor/hyperlink to the chosen articles. Again, I am hoping I can get some type of page object for the article, and just pull off the properties needed to create a <div> with a hyperlink to the article's page, and also use any images associated with the articles as the <img src>.In general, what's the most efficient way create a multi-mode dialog box list that allows authors to search/select content such as links to other AEM articles/pages, images in the DAM, and videos, and then retrieve and parse the list in my component, and identify whether the path pr

I have  Adobe CQ DAM Expiry Notification configured  with send email check-box checked per the documentation, but i receive no email when the asset expires.     Am i missing a configuration here?2. If step 1 succeeds, who is the intended mail recipient? Am i supposed to have an additional configuration to set the intended mail recipients?3. I do not see any notifications pushed to my inbox as per the documentation before the asset expires. I only see a flag with the text "Asset has expired" when i select the asset and hit the "Timeline", in the touch based UI.4. Is there a feasibility to have the asset deactivate if it expires, is this feature available OOTB?Kindly assist

I am running an email campaign that consists of multiple email assets, landing pages, forms. I have a about 53 pages on my company website that is associated to live alerts within this campaign. (It's been running since July by the way). Last Thursday I made some changes to the alerts to remove all anonymous visitors from the smart list and set it to run nightly at 8pm. Once the system kicked off, it sent approximately 788,000 emails to each of the 4 team members and completely shut down our internal email systems. Once we realized what was happening, we deactivated the campaigns, removed the emails from the flow step, shut down my microsoft email (I'm listed as a sender) and even blogged all related subject lines from our server. I am looking to use a web font on a landing page. I tried to upload a .woff file and a .ttf file and used this code below in the CSS and in the section of the landing page but the font is not getting picked up. Hello.  I've got an Element exists Event-based rule for detecting an img tag which contains a placeholder image (essentially a no-image image to tell me how often customers are looking at products without images).I created a rule to look for an img tag, but one which has 'NoImage' in the src attribute.   Unfortunately, when I set the attribute/value pair, the rule doesn't fire.  Removing the attribute assignment gets the rule firing.  Is my attribute condition incorrect?Sample img src URI: https://[removed]/products/NoImage/b1/en/front/NoImage_front_a06_@2.png against which I'd expect the regex on src to work successfully.One additional note: I do see the element exists match on IMG in the console; just not the event being fired: SATELLITE: detected elementexists on IMGI've attached a screenshot of my rule configurationAziz.

We have a bunch of legacy Lead Source values that I'm trying to change over to our standard values, however when I run a "change data value" campaign, it doesn't make the change. Is there a special way I need to run this data value change? Is it my imagination, or is AEM directed 95% to PC users, 4.8% to ubuntu users, and only 0.2% to Mac users?  [I installed 6.1 on my Mac.]There doesn't seem to have been any effort expended on following the standard mac installation process.  [Yes, what's there works, but it's just so "odd."  e.g. To start the quickstart web process (after installation), you double click on the jar file?  Who does that?]Also, the start, stop, status, etc scripts don't run on native Mac terminal.  Some permissions need to be tweaked manually.  The unix scripts are missing the .sh extensions, etc.Just my 2 cents...

What are folks doing to get their landing pages indexed? Is there a sitemap.xml tool/capability in MKTO that I'm missing? Since we have a bunch of landing pages with a bunch of meta and other content, we'd like to index it for SEO and other reasons. What are our options here? We can't put a sitemap.xml at the root of our subdomain that's been CNAME'd to MKTO, so what can we do?Am I crazy to think this is a major issue, or is there something I'm missing?Thanks,Alan McCarty

Do the "s.products" and "purchase event" have to fire on the same page in oder to capture order information in Adobe Analytics. I recently did a commerce implementation in DTM and I use a data layer to capture the product name, quantity and price. I capture the s.products information from the data layer on the order start and order review page. The product information is not passed to the order confirmation page where I have the "purchase" success event. Right now I am not capturing the revenue or order quantity in Adobe Analytics. DO I need to move my "purchase" event to the order review page or should I have the "s.products" data moved to the order confirmation page? The only issue is with that is an order can be cancelled on that page. I am at a loss as to why I am not capturing the revenue and quantities. Thank you for any feedback, Bill
