Our team needs to change the first cast date of our engagement programs to reset the cadence and get the programs on the same schedule. What are the implications of this?Will it affect the overall engagement programs score?Thank you! Christine

Hi all - I'm a bit confused by something and hope you guys can help me out. In InDesign, I'm trying to create a smooth scrolling document. My content is just big enough to fit a 1024 x 1900 document. I exported the document as a .article document, I created a new collection for this document and added this article to the collection and was looking forward to seeing this document in my app. Unfortunately, what I've got is some kind of zoomed out monstrosity. I did make sure to select smooth scrolling in InDesign when creating the article and I looked throughout the Collection options and Content options and don't see anywhere else to place smooth scrolling as an option. I'm a little bit lost here? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Has anyone tried to see what happens if a lead enters a flow step after after the end date /time of taht flow step (in case it's a fixed date wait)?-Greg

Hi,I have setup some programs with a landing page, thank you page, auto-response e-mail and form fill alert e-mail (set as operational e-mail). Everything seems to work alright except the form fill alert. Me and my sales team are constantly placed in a marketing suspended list which causes our e-mail addresses to not get the e-mail. The fact that we changed the setting of the form fill alert to an operational e-mail did not solve the issue.We get about 30-40 leads a day so it's crucial for the form fill alert to work. It's looks like a bug to me in Marketo, but someone here might have advice. Marketo support is not reachable in EMEA.Best,Mark

Hi all,We are currently working on an integration between Google Analytics and Marketo. We encountered unfortunately the problem that we have both subdomains (www.site.com and info.site.com) and subdirectories (www.site.com/de, www.site.com/en) what leads to the problem that goal conversions (specified as thank you pages of certain downloads) are not measured correctly per subdirectory.For this we are thinking about a solution where we would have 1 primary UA-tracking code (UA-XXXXX-1) for the main domain and subdomain (www.site.com and info.site.com). Of course we will exclude the subdirectories from this because we will give them all separate UA-tracking codes:(UA-XXXXX-2) for www.site.com/de(UA-XXXXX-3) for www.site.com/enetc. With Google Tag Manager we will fire both the UA tracking codes for the primary domain (UA-XXXXX-1) and the related subdirectory (UA-XXXXX-2, when a person is visiting the www.site.com/de). Is there any hope that the Article Name, or Collection Name will be revealed in the lists for Content, Collections, Migrations Tool, or as a Filter option?Content (& Collections) > Revealing article name (or collection name) would make it easier to find articles with the same title (for example, Table of Contents, Masthead, Editor's Letter, Index). In the example below, it would be more efficient to search for a particular "Masthead" for a particular issue month. Since DPS Classic favored the folio and article names in Folio Builder and Folio Producer, we've adopted this standard for internal documentation/communication, making the loss of the article or collection name in the BETA more painful. Hi,    I tried to trigger the workflow through launcher by configuring when node(nt:unstructured) modified workflow need to be called(i.e. When metadata of an asset gets modified). I am getting Null Pointer Exception for asset. But If I triggered the workflow manually it is working fine.Please guide me to resolve this issue.Regards,Kirithi

I am experiencing some very strange behavior with navto links in DPS solution articles.I have an article with a large button with this link:  navto://GRhodes_PofC_contents#1  --just the name of another article in the same collection, going to the second page.If I set up the collection so that the article with the navto link loads first, the button works.  If it is anywhere else in the collection (and I navigate there through a link from another article), the button is dead.  It is clearly reading the action because the <=back link doesn't appear at the top of the screen.  And no error comes up ('content not found'), instead it does nothing.  It seems like a bug, but I can't diagnose it.  I have not tried yet completely rebuilding the collection and articles on DPS, but that is my next step.Anyone else having this problem with unreliable strange behavior with navto links?

As per 6.1 release notes there is a known issue with the auto clean up of segment store in cold standby TarMK cluster. And the recommendation is to restart before running the cleanup. Does this mean that we should schedule manual restarts before the auto clean runs ? How can we schedule that as the standby auto clean job is triggered automatically when the size of the store increases 25% over sync cycle ? Or the recommendation is not to use auto clean and run offline compaction ? Oak TarMK Cold Standby: standby.autoclean removes too many segments. Recommendation is to restart the standby prior to running cleanup (CQ-40862)

Hey guys and girls.When we get a demo request, I want Marketo to:- Look to see if the lead is in any nurture campaigns; and- If so, pause that campaignBut the campaign I wrote PUTS them in ALL nurture campaigns and THEN pauses them. There are only 5 different nurture campaigns at this point and I spotted the issue early on which is good. The other good thing is that it means they don't receive the content from all campaigns since they are paused, BUT it does affect the metrics when I run reports to see which nurture campaign is causing the most demo requests.... !!!!Could someone help me understand the rules and logic I need to use in my smart campaigns to achieve the initial goal?Thanks!

Yesterday, I saw this article about Overriding Analytics Behavior on the program-level in order to get reporting for your programs. We are just starting out and NONE of our programs have program costs, so I went through and made the "Analytics Behavior" on all programs "Inclusive". I thought that, today, I would see more programs in Analytics or RCE, but none of them showed up. What am I doing wrong? Is there a step I missed?

Hey all,We run Webinars through Webex and sync them to Marketo. We've run many of these with minimal problems, but we recently ran a webinar and none of our program members have transferred from "Registered" to "Attended" or "No-Shows". I've tried the action "refresh from webinar provider" under "event actions" and I get a "no updates" message. Furthermore, the event status is stuck at "attendee list unavailable". I've checked on our Webex site and I can pull the attendee list, so I know Webex is done processing who came and who didn't come to the webinar. I'm not sure why it's not syncing. Anyone else have this problem? I came across a document labelled "Readytalk for Marketo Adapter" but all I can find about the "attendee list unavailable status" is this message: "Attendee List Unavailable – Event end date has passed and no attendee list is available within the normal timeframe. It’s rare for an event to show this status." Not super helpful can anyone help me out?

In classic I could add "cq.widgets" as a category for a component's clientlib and the css/js would be added to the page in authoring mode. I am looking for the Touch UI version of that category. I have css/js that I want to pull in for specific components but don't want that cluttering up my main site css. Thanks!

I want to revoke all permissions from a particular path; let's say /content/a/b for all users. There are around 400 users and 50 groups on the instance. I know I can go to the individual user and group  id in the user admin console and revoke the permissions from the path; but is there a way by which I can directly revoke the permissions of all users and group from the path; instead of doing it for each user and group individually?

When a prospect registers for our webinar, they receive a confirmation email. On that email is an "Add to Calendar" link. However, when they click to add it to the calendar, it says "Hello Jeff Smith" instead of their own name. My process to get the ics file is:   (1) Our webinar organizer sends me a Webex invite once the event has been created  (2) I register for the webinar  (3) When the Webex registration confirmation email arrives, I right-click on the ics file and save to my desktop  (4) I upload this file to Design Studio  (5) This is the link I use in our confirmation email for the "Add to Calendar" link. (Our registration is done through a Marketo landing page, with Marketo confirmation email)I imagine I'm doing this wrong, and apparently the link that I'm including is specific to me. Hi,As part of the personalization implementation in one of our projects, we have created few traits, similar to the trait available OOB at path: /libs/cq/personalization/components/traits/profileproperty/age. These traits are available in sidekick to be dragged while creating the segment rules for displaying different teasers on a page. The traits created are available in client context using the custom context store (following article: http://blogs.adobe.com/aemtutorials/2013/07/24/customize-the-client-context/). A boolean value is given to each trait instead of string as mentioned in the article. The JSON for custom store properties looks like this:"trait1/key" : "trait1","trait1/label": "Label or trait1","trait1/value": trueThis is repeated for all the traits. When we create a segment and load the client context, the segment rule turns to green if it gets resolved (i.e if the value given in trait's dialog and value in client context matches, it turns green else it stays grey).
