These product details are captured in nms:operation table(Campaign table and a custom field).For each of the product, I need to have a different rule.Eg rules:I should not send an email to a recipient(recipient1) if he already received an email for a particular product(product1) within 1 month.I should not send a SMS to the same recipient(recipient1) if he already received a SMS for same product(product1) within 2 month.I should not send a Push message to the same recipient(recipient1) if he already received a push message for same product(product1) within 45 daysPlease check the below details too.There are around 70 combinations like this.For each of these, I have to create a dedicated typology rule. And I will get the product details by navigating from nms:recipient -> nms:broadLogRcp -> nms:delivery -> nms:operation -> product = product1.So finally, for each o

According to this => https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/redirect-manager/index.html, Redirect manager is compatible with AEMaaCS but I'm unsure how to get the Cron+bash script (the script that downloads the redirect maps from publisher) into the dispatcher.I am not sure if AEMaaCS lets customers run cron job. Thanks

I am working on a project for a bank. And they have their decisioning engine which decides when to send specific notifications to the customer. Some notifications would marketing, some would about transactions and some about updates. Which AJO feature would you use, event based journeys or api triggered campaigns to send different types of notifications?

Hi All,I have a use case, where I need to migrate ACC Campaigns to AJO Journeys. What's Adobe's recommendation and best practices on this? I understand the differences and the way both the products work and AJO is not a 1-0-1 replacement of ACC. However, I would like to ingest data which is used in ACC Campaigns into AEP and use it in my AJO Journeys. Note, am NOT using AEP for CDP. For CDP, I already have other product. Questions:- Is there a way to segregate Campaign run data coming from underlying systems for each Campaign run as it happens in ACC?- Load data into datasets based on a schema > We cannot create audience from datasets in AJO.- Load audience from Feed file > But this audience cannot be used in Journeys. Only Audiences created by Segmentation Service (and not Manual Upload) are available in Journeys selection/filter page.- Adobe's recommendation and best practices on this use case. Thanks! 

I would like to test the API for Frame.io for a project in our company. For that reason I created an account on the frame.io website and in the developer documentation is written, that I need to create a project on developer.adobe.com and add frame.io there. So I also have an account on adobe. But now I can not add the frame.io API to a project on developer.adobe.com. I have the following message when I try to select it:Permission requiredThis service is available in your organization but has not been provisioned to you. Reach out to your admin to grant you permission to use this service.Is there any option to activate the API. Currently I only have a personal account and it it would only be for test purpose, if it even is an option for our project.Thanks a lot for your help.

I have installed the chrome sidekick extension, but as seen in the video tutorial https://www.aem.live/docs/sidekick-library , I should be able to see sidekick library when editing a document in google drive on browser. But for some reason, I see only Preview button and no Sidekick library button. Has anyone else seen this issue before, and is there a fix for this?

Hi Team,I am performing in-place upgrade from AEm 6.3 to AEM 6.5. Everything worked fine and my server got updated to 6.5.0. Now, I wanted to install the service pack 9. After installation of service pack, when i did a server restart - login credentials doesn't work (same login was working with 6.3 and 6.5.0).Is there any way to login to CRX/DE?NOTE - I have tried login via localhost:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html but no success!

Since last few months, more and more mobile device data is going into 'Unknown Generic Android Mobile'. We have tried enabling the high entropy flag, but we are not really seeing any progress in dev data. Any suggestions on how to tackle it?

I have set up a basic formula to check if a document has been added to a task before the task is completed.   There are basically 2 pieces that would trigger the business rule error, if no document is added and if the after state value of the task status is complete (CPL or CPL:A).      What works:    When I attempt to complete a task using the Percent Complete slider to 100% or change the status drop down to "Complete", I receive the error as expected - fantastic! What is not working:   If I close a task through the "Mark as Done" option in a task, the formula does not appear to recognize the change and does not flag the error.   When i ran a Journal Report, it appears that a task that is closed via the Mark as Done button goes through a "DN" status and then moves into a "CPL" status.   I have attempted to account for this in the formula but still does not seem to catch a task from being marked as done without

Hi, I won't bore you with the reason why I need this - so here's the question ..  I'm wondering if it's possibe to allow the user to enter copy into a custom form field -= then else where on the same form set the 'Description' for the request to be this field in a calculated field I'm trying {description}={DE:CS - MAKE - Query - Description} or {description}={project}.{DE:CS - MAKE - Query - Description} But it doesn't like it. Can I assume there is no way of setting any of the global fields (like description) in this way. You can only use the 'native field option - where the user has to type the text in. Rather than being able to set it with text from somewhere else. Thanks

So I have a project report that I have used nested lists to put certain task names that are the same across all projects as the columns of the report. My problem is figuring out how I can create a filter or prompt based on those tasks and when they are marked complete. Here is an example of the code being used in one of the columns of the report:  displayname=RFX listdelimiter=<div> listmethod=nested(tasks).lists type=iterate valueexpression=IF({name}="RFX", IF(CONTAINS("INP", {status}), "In Progress", IF(CONTAINS("CPL", {status}), "Complete", IF(CONTAINS("TIR", {status}), "Not Applicable", IF(CONTAINS("NEW", {status}), "", "")))), "") valueformat=HTML  In this case, I'd be looking to somehow create a filter or prompt where it filters by RFX tasks marked Complete within the past two weeks. 

Hi all! I'm hoping to be able to set up a launch branch (A) say, from July 1s that gets promoted live (C) on July 30th. I'd like to start another branch (B) on July 15th from the same origin page, but then promote the changes from branch B to branch C, for a final live version of the origin page from branches A and B (assuming the changes don't conflict.)  Does anyone know if this is possible via launches or some other functionality? Thanks in advance for your help!

My question: It looks like Priorities is great for task owners that don't need to access project-level information or folders. But it also looks like Priorities doesn't allow users to go to the full project: there's a colorful box with the project name but there's no link. If someone wanted to access the project, they would need to either go to Home, a report, or search. Is there something I'm missing? If not, not sure this has applicability to our firm at present time. Thanks!

Hi,  I'm trying to install the adobe I/O CLI plugin for cloudManager to authenticate Performance but it's giving me error when I run the command to install plugin. I try running this in home dir and in project dir but no luck. I'm curious to hear if other customers are experiencing increased latency and instability issues with Workfront. Besides pages taking forever to load, last week's update was a mild nightmare for us. On Wednesday, we had scores of users submit tickets that they were unable to view proofs. Zapping cache and cookies did the trick, but it meant that the few of us admins wasted hours of our lives explaining to users how to zap cache and cookies for all time. On Thursday after the update, the document form area was not working correctly for many users (myself included). On a positive side, the document forms now resemble every other form in Workfront. On the negative side, load times have been inconsistent. I've had instances where document forms won't load for 5-10 minutes. Zapping cache and cookies or trying different browsers didn't matter.
