as an example: I have a workflow step that will find and replace instances of the word "quick" and replace it with the word "expediate". This will do the find/replace on author and if the page has been published, it will replicate it to the publisher. I'm using com.day.cq.replication.Replicatorto do the replication. Since I'm moving to AEMaaCS, do I also need to use another class to get it work? thanks

Our marketing operations team is currently in the process of executing our annual archiving process. So far it seems to be a VERY slow grind - we have hundreds of smart campaigns that need to be turned off and archived. I'm currently going through each program and individually shutting off each triggered smart campaign. These campaigns are being used to track standard email engagement - opens, clicks, unsubs..   Is there a more efficient way to bulk turn these off?  Thanks in advance 🙂 

Hello, I have an account manager who wants to create an issue queue for her clients needs. Some of these issues would eventually be turned into projects, some issues would never turn into projects as they are her to-dos, and some would be denied or delayed. Has anyone set up something like this before? We've recently started experimenting with the Boards view (mainly Kanban). The account manager has requested fields for project name, client name, input date and status. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Hello, I am testing my previously working Journey and while the test profile enters and exists the journey successfully, the email fails due to a "No Email Address Found in Profile" Error.  The confusion is AJO did in fact find the profile because the messageFeedback event exists in the Events tab (with the EmailNoAddressFoundInProfile error code) for that profile and the email address is included as an identity in the Linked Identities section. We are aware there is a problem with this test profile in that it has some garbage associated with it in the identity map (see below), but that shouldn't cause this no Email error because the profile was found anyway and the email using the test address exists as an identity. Why is AJO not finding the email address?

Hi I have 3 exams scheduled at the end of this month. Adobe has upgraded the whole certifications user interface. Launched a new adobe certification portal. As a result, I do not see any exam scheduled in my account. I am on a business travel and need to reschedule. But nothing is showing up inside my account. Need help. Tried contacting support but they mentioned to look for it inside My Account > Certifications. But nothing showing up there. Neither I can sit for the exam nor can reschedule. I have created segments to identify my products in the rows of a freeform table like below. Hit level Segment Name: Shoes (evar 1 = Shoes)Hit level Segment Name: Garments (evar 1 = Garments)Hit level Segment Name: Furniture (evar 1 = Furniture) I measure the number of clicks for these above segments using event 3. Can I put a segment on top of event 3 in the column and increase the number of hits along with the segments in the rows? For example, I want to include another criteria of evar 2 = socks. I understand that I can put a "OR" condition in all of the existing segments. Looking for a solution to add a segment through column. Is there a way to do this in Adobe?

Hello, I recently added two new users and assigned them to the same layout template as a multiple of other users. The new users don't have the column filter in the project and task widgets like the others do. I can't figure out why.  Does anyone have any insight as to how to have the column added back in? I attached a screenshot of what the new user has, and a screen shot of what the column should be.  Thank you.  

What would be the use-case for dataset expiration? For example if we upload external audiences and we no more needed that data?

It's possible to create a global state, similar to redux ( maybe? ), that we can use to share date between components. Blocks now have to do their own requests, which is not very optimal if they share the same data .

I have a custom code with a custom query that runs on publish event through a listener, the query doesnt returns correct results the first time it runs because the property that I indexed has not yet been indexed when the query was triggered, it is a race condition. Hi Marketo Community, I’m currently working on a webhook integration in Marketo and am facing issues with passing tokens within the JSON payload, specifically due to quotation marks. The integration requires sending the User ID as part of the JSON request to an external API. Hey folks, I am working on a project migration in AEM from AMS to Cloud.The AMS codebase has an awful lot of runmodes and runmode based configurations. They have Dev, Dev1 to Dev6 - 7 DEV runmodes; 5 QA runmodes and more of Stage and Prod runmodes. Currently they are using a sandbox program which has 1 RDE, 1 Dev, 1 Stage, 1 Prod environment configured.We are targeting 1 Dev runmode to map to RDE; 1 QA to Dev, 1 Stage to Stage and 1 Prod to Prod config mapped. Once the customer moves out of sandbox after testing the cloud environment - should we look at a way to reduce the runmodes defined in AMS or should we simply spin off more instances in Cloud for Dev?They have separate instances for performance as well hence a whole lot of code written on basis of runmodes. So couple of questions here -1. Hi Data Collection community! I'm trying to implement Google Consent Mode v2 with OneTrust as my consent management platform and I am using Adobe Launch instead of GTM. Previously I was using the GTAG extension by Acronym, but this extension seems to inject GTAG scripts for Google accounts (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) into the `<head>` of my web application in an order that does not abide with what OneTrust documentation states.  I have even reached out to OneTrust support and they seem to agree that we are not able to use the GTAG extension for that reason (although they did not sound too confident in that confirmation). Due to that, I have been testing abandoning the GTAG extension and including most of what the extension was doing in the `<head>` of my web application. Now, Adobe Launch is only responsible for sending GTAG events using Custom Code actions. However, after testing this refactor, I am noticing that GTAG scripts are

Our team is trying to encourage better collaboration amongst copywriters/designers and would like to start having 1 task that is assigned to the both of them so they can easily see who they are working with rather than 2 separate tasks for Copy & Design.  Doing this seems to be throwing off our Planned Hours reporting for each user. Is there a way to allocate Planned Hours on 1 task that is assigned to multiple users? For example: a task that has 8 hours assigned to it; we want 3 of those hours for the Copywriter & 5 of those hours for the designer. Or is the only option to keep these as separate tasks? Also open to other suggestions for anyone that may have a similar process 🙂

Our instances utilizes the ON24 integration and the {{member.webinar url}} token for webinar events. I want to send a ICS calendar email directly to the members that registered. Has anyone done this successfully? For example, the Marketo MUG events send a calendar event upon registration. How can I program this so that the event contains the event info and the {{member.webinar url}} for joining the event?

Hello,We're working with a third-party vendor to utilize Marketo to send notification emails based off events triggered within the third-party.According to them, they utilize webhooks (as opposed to Rest API) and will push out a payload based on specific events occurring. Now if I am understanding Marketo's Webhook functionality, Marketo typically takes an event "call" and wants to go fetch that data. If the third-party platform already pushes out that data - what is the best way to make this work?Assuming maybe something like having the third-party do the event push to some location and then have the Marketo webhook fetch the data? Like a middleman situation?Apologies if this is super basic - we typically use Rest API so this is the first potential webhook request.

Is there a way to run reporting to find all of the assets that are currently in a Brand Portal collection?  I need to move a large number of assets in AEM, but I obviously need to unpublish them from the brand portal first and doing that removes them from the collection.  If I have a list that I can reference I'll be able to restore collections when I have finished the moves.

Hello, I've a table that i need to link with Recipient-table. The table is already linked with the SSN for B2C customers and I need to include B2B too and link them to the Recipient table. I have some fusion processes where, under certain conditions, multiple Role IDs for the Project Manager (PM) are being added to specific tasks. I’ve tried various approaches, but I haven’t been able to successfully deduplicate the Task RoleID field to prevent duplicate roles from appearing. I cannot get he deDuplicte function to work.Any advice or guidance on how I can address this would be greatly appreciated!
