We have different products on our site like Shoes, Garments, Furniture etc. I have created 3 segments to identify these products. I have an event which gets triggered every time a user clicks on these products (Event 3). We have identified a revenue unit associated to each of these clicks. For example -  Shoes - 1.23 per clickGarments - 0.83 per clickFurniture - 0.98 per click So in a day if there are 200 clicks for shoes, 100 clicks for Garments & 100 clicks for Furniture, Total revenue for that day would be (Clicks * revenue per click). Shoes = 1.23 * 200 = 246Garments = 0.83*100 = 83Furniture = 0.98*100 = 98 My client wants to see this calculation done on a single column in the freeform table in the below template in adobe workspace.                   Total RevenueShoes                 246Garments             83Furniture&

Hi Community! I am configuring a separate subdomain for our transactional messages. When I try to add it in Campaign Control Panel, the transactional option is grayed out. Any idea why that is? I am thinking that it may be due to the fact that we do not have message center licenced. Our transactions are based on frequent data imports that we react on - So we decided that we did not need the message center as such. So I am thinking just to add a marketing domain and use it for transactional messaging. But does that hold any implications? Thanks a bunch!   

Hi all, I have a freeform table with percentages. Adobe Analytics shows an average of 14%. However, if I save all the figures in Excel and calculate the average there, I only get 12%. In the table, I use month as a dimension on one side and the number of users who must have performed certain actions on our site (e.g. watched a video at least once or read an article to the end at least once) on the other side. Why is there a difference of 2% between the value I calculated and the value from Adobe?Thanks,Sophie

Hello everyone, I do see that there are two permissions available to enable AI in CJA admin console 1) AI product knowledge 2) AI data analysis. I do have the documentation for AI product knowledge but I do not for the AI data analysis. Could someone please let me know where do I find the documentation for the 2nd one or where to find it in the tool? Thanks

Hi, im trying to do a use case to share info between two differents domains when i use the same scrip of Adobe Target and the same endpoint, i got a cookie with the same ID call DOMAIN!mboxPC and its the same number in my two domains, i need to send some info between them is it possible to modify the cookie in one side so in the other side it also modifies, or does anyone know how can i solve this. I tried create targetPageParams() and returning a param but only creates in one domain and it does not persist inthe other( im seeing the delivery). Thanks!!

Hi,The aio app deploy command is not deploying my web actions specified in the yaml file. I tried with creating a new project and then also the aio app deploy is not deploying the generic action(default one). Would like to know the solution to solve the issue. I have a question regarding our recent transition from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics. As we are no longer using Adobe Analytics, I’ve been using the debugger to check the tags being fired in Customer Journey Analytics. However, I noticed that I cannot see any information being captured, such as campaign data or UTM parameters.Has anyone else experienced this issue or can offer guidance on resolving it? I would appreciate any insights into ensuring that campaign tracking and UTM parameters are properly captured in Customer Journey Analytics. Specifically, how can we confirm that data is being captured correctly?Additionally, if there are specific settings, configurations, or best practices we should verify or follow to optimize our tracking, that information would be extremely helpful.Furthermore, if there are any resources or documentation you recommend for getting the most out of Customer Journey Analytics, please share. 

We were able to create a text mode grouping and the result looks good on the details tab but the bar chart shows a single entity with count as 'No Value'. Is this issue only for me? Am I missing anything here or Is there a way to pull that text mode grouping in the chart view with proper values?

Good morning! I am creating a dashboard for a meeting where it has been requested to have a report or calendar showing what each schedule's exceptions are. We have various countries working and we want to pull a report/calendar into a dashboard that shows that India has schedule exceptions for 10/31 & 11/1 while also including our US exceptions for Thanksgiving.  I'm very new to writing reports and was wondering if there is a relatively easy way to achieve this in either a calendar or a report. Hi,  I was trying to build a customer AI instance using Experience events schema (Source - Salesforce CRM) build using only custom field groups. I tried to add only one dataset and in the goal section, I added 2 fields and have set respective values for them. Other options I had left as it is (Timeframe - 30 days. Eligible population, Custom events and Profile attributes - left as it is. Toggled off the "enable scores for profle). I am getting the below error message. I am working on answering a question about our search results page and I am hoping that there is a calculated metric that can be built to solve this. I have created a metric that can be used to gauge our search relevancy, that is structured as cart additions on our SRP divided by total searches. However, I'd also like to create a binary metric that will return 1 if an user adds to cart from the SRP, and 0 if an user does not add to cart on the SRP.Is this achievable in the calculated metric builder? Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated!

Hey everyone,  I am wondering if it is possible to link up Target from one Adobe account to another Adobe account. I have one account that is where I have Target enabled, and my AEM site is set up on another different Adobe account. Both accounts are mine, I just want to have it so that I can create content fragments from content on my AEM site and then be able to send it to Target to be used. Is this possible? We have migrated from client side adobe solutions (App Measurement, Experience Cloud ID ) to Adobe WebSDK setup. In old appmeasurment extension, we have enabled the option to store the AAM cookie to a first party cookie with UUID returned from AAM. Since the VisitorAPI.js service (Experience Cloud ID extension) is disabled in launch now, we do not have the demdex third party cookie or the first party UUID cookie present in current WebSDK pages. We need help to know, how to retrieve the UUID first party cookie with WebSDK setup, so we can pass it to an adobe analytics eVar.Appreciate if anyone can assist. Thanks

Hello All,  Have any of you guys noticed that the images are not rendering  properly when HTMLs are imported/loaded to AJO? What I usually do is when adding emails to a Campaign or a Journey I load the zip file (the zip file includes the .html file and image folder). Then I am directed to choose the destination/folder in Experience Manager Assets. Once chosen the destination folder I can import the zip, then the email will be loaded to AJO Email designer. Lately I have noticed some images are not rendering properly, only the place holders/ thumbnails are visible. In some cases when I clicked Simulate Content, the images which did not render properly rendered fine. Anyhow when I sent the actual proof, all the images were available, which was a happy ending! Even it bothers me a bit not being able to see some of the images rendering properly in AJO, I did not mind it very much since everything was perfect after sending the proof. Hi I'm using an Activity Map Link report in Workspace.  I'm trying to see clicks on 1 specific page.  However is it true that Activity Map Link are eVars which mean they persist? If so some of the clicks picked up in the report might be from other pages? Thanks

Hi,I am trying to show a personalised banner with audience created in AEP.using code to fetch data from aep as ${aep.timeSeriesEvents._experience.analytics.customDimensions.eVars.eVar100 default="testECID"}. and it is as per Adobe Target documents.But when I am checking QA link, I see only default value. Audience segment is created in POC environment and very generic anyone call fall into it. I check in profile and my profile was qualified into. not sure what the issue.
