Hello.I have done a Html code with the footer, and includes the unsubscribtion link, and it works fine. The problem is that the tracking of clicks on that link (type opt-out) is not tracking it. It´s the only one, the other links in that content appears. Could any have idea why?Thanks 

In the recipients manu, I see this particular recipient, in the Deliveries tab has: "The recipient no longer wants to be contacted" for all the email deliveries.However, in the "Non deliverables and address" section, I cannot find this user by email. How can I "clean" this recipient so it again can recieve emails? Client has requested to recieve emails back.

Everything worked as expected. However, I have a query regarding how this feature can be utilized for real-time executions, such as cart drop-offs. The documentation walks through the process manually, without any mention of integrating with a live website or similar setup for real-time testing. I am trying to set the defaultValue in a Touch UI select dropdown. Setting "defaultValue" in dialog.xml works in Classic mode, but not in Touch. I am able to create a review task for a topic in AEM Guides, cloud. No email is sent to the reviewer that is listed in the project.No email is sent to the owner of the review task. How do I enable this in AEM Cloud?

Hi, Trying to copy pasting page from local path(en-uk) to eng master, but we  are getting some exception and its not copy pasting but we are able copy paste from en-us to en master.Exception is Exception in internalCopy: javax.jcr.InvalidItemStateException: This item [/content/abc-demo/en/products/gas-generation/nitrogen/membrane3/jcr:content/root/container_1817183998/container/tabs/item_1689792824964_msm_moved] does not existMembrane3 itself isn't there in crxd.we have multiple msm moved nodes If I remove those nodes and do copy paste its working, Also if I again copy page from en-us to en(2nd time) facing same exception.Content structure of en-us and en-uk is same Please help us

Hello Everyone, We are facing one issue where in Dynamic Media is not working on our publish instance. It works fine on Author instance.We are on cloud as a service1. All the Viewers are published2. Videos are Published3. All the DM configs are published.4, Images work just fine on Publish instance from DM.5. We have a use-case where in we want to display specific offers to customer based on transaction happening at the moment. So, essentially we want to dynamically retrieve offers based on an input parameter. How can we achieve this in with adobe offers? The input parameters are not part of the audience profile attributes.

Hi Team, Asking this query, out of my curiosity.I was checking the integration between AEM application with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics.DevOps team will create script in Launch, then that script is used in AEM application. So that, every time when page loads, Adobe launch script will execute and it will pass the data to Analytics. Wanted to know, where this Adobe Launch script is placed? is it in Akamai CDN?I am new to Adobe Analytics. While reading the study material, I heard about placement of Adobe Launch script in some CDN.

I am trying to manually track clicks on a website using adobe Target via Web SDK, Im used to use getOffer/Apply offer for custom click tracking, Im aware this does not work anymore on web SDK, but looking up for the documentation, it says that you can use adobe.target.sendNotifications() but is not working either, it throws an error saying that sendNotifications is not defined. How can I send a custom event then?

We want to setup a user within Fusion as a Developer. This developer has an Admin Account within the Sandbox environment. But we want to be sure this user when creating scenarios, does not USE someone else's connection to an existing production connection. So in short, when the developer works on a scenario, he should only be able to his own account to setup connections, and NOT use any of the existing connections for other users. Is this possible using the Member Role within Fusion (ensuring the developer can only use connections created by him or connections to Sandbox only)?

Good afternoon RTCDP Community, My organization is using labels to hide sensitive information from being seen within RTCDP. I was wondering, as new sensitive attributes are being ingested, is there a way to pre-emptively apply a label before it is in the platform? Or can labels only be applied to an attribute once it is the platform? I'd like to make sure we are being proactive, as opposed to reactive when it comes to sensitive data being visible in the platform. Much obliged,Adobe-WanKenobi

Hi Everyone, I am currently working on a project where I am planning to send web data using Adobe WEB SDK to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Here’s the situation: I have One Data collection property which I use it for 15 different domains.Data collection property is mapped to one Schema (XDM schema)I want to ensure that data from only one specific domain contributes to the customer profile, while the other domains’ data is excluded from profile contribution.I am using Web SDK to share data with Adobe Analytics and AEP. My Question: How can I configure AEP so that only the data from one or specific domain out of the 15 contributes to the profile? While setting up the language setting for multilingual content, I added two locales : one is primary and other one is secondary(preferred language). Now if I click on pencil button of secondary locale(i.e. Finnish) it gives me option to add "profile preferences". If I add one more preferences(eg. Arabic) it gets added to the secondary locale and shows as +1. So, my question is what does it mean by adding more than one preferences into a single locale? Thanks,Duleswar Boro

We have a need to prevent users from turning off their Approval Notifications.  Is there a way to prevent or disable the users' ability to do this?

We have several reports/queues written for users and most of them are grouped by something, like status or task. When grouped, they seems to be in an odd order - in the case of status, the status that equates with current (current and rush) are at the bottom, so they must collapse all others to see their current projects. Is there a way to have the current ones at the top?
