Hi,Why doesn't the total visits from Full Paths report (displayed at the bottom of the report when I run for Entire site) match with actual total site visits?Same goes for when I isolate the path report to a particular page and the visits don't match to the visits of the page  from the pages report. Thanks,Aiyanna

Apologies if this has been addressed -- having trouble with the forum search.I'm trying to calculate average page views per day for a group of pages that were published at different times. In order to do that, I need to calculate the number of days a page has been active (i.e. the number of days since the first page view).. Does anyone know how to find that number (or another way to calculate the age of a page)?The formula would look something like[total pageviews] / [last day of report period - day of first pageview]But I'm not sure how to get that last number.Thanks!

I turned on real-time data in the admin tool for 4 different report suites, but no data seems to be filtering in. What other settings need to be adjusted? 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tool or process to find all pages within a domain and verify that the s_code and page codes are present?  Would also like to the same tool to periodically spider the site and notify of pages that are lacking the codes.Thank you!

Adobe Analytics// Issue with calculated metrics!!! Wrong calculation when one of the value used in the calculation is zero. For example: Whenever the order value is zero and revenue has some value, the AOV calculated metrics divides revenue/orders. Ideally the output should be zero; it throws up wrong value here.I saw this across Client RSIDs; whenever the order value is zero and revenue has some numbers, the value is calculated wrongly.Need help!

Hi All, I was reading through the documentation of Hearbeat Video tracking and right at the beginning it talks about "Before implementing the new video heartbeat solution described in this document, you must reach out to your account manager and/or sales rep to get new stream pricing (migrating from server call model to stream-based model)". What is this stream-based model?Does it mean Heartbeat is used for only live streaming video and not for video files kept on the server? Please help me understand this part better!! Take care,~Partha.

Hey guys,I've run into a weird issue recently where our website started receiving a 10x spike in traffic according to Omniture. However, when we dug into it, the traffic wasn't tied to any page or URL on our site, and had no meta data (browser, etc). We also use GA for high-level metrics, which saw no corresponding spike in traffic (and we saw no spike in our server logs, either). The only thing we knew is that it came from Mountain View, CA (which obviously makes it seem like it was coming from Google) and that most of it comes from the googlebot.com domain. We've begun excluding the IPs so that they stop corrupting our data, but we're still unclear on what's caused this. Has anyone seen anything like this? If anyone could shed some insight, it would be appreciated. - Justin

Hi All, Does Adobe Analytics have any feature which will help me monitor blogs? E.g. in video monitoring, the heartbeat technique send a server call with the monitored results after every 10 seconds which helps Analytic work out the report in details. Hi everyone, i'm a new Adobe Analytics user, and i'm not able to exploit it properly yet, so i hope you can help me with this trouble. I can monitor the results of a list of dealers by selecting the desired dealer and the period i want to check. What i'm asked to do, instead, is to have a list with all the dealers in the database at once about only the key metrics (Visits, Page Visited, Unique Visitors)  What i currently do is to select, one to one, every dealer, enter the Key Metrics sections and copy-paste the results in a Excel sheet... but it takes ages! So here is my question: is there a way or a specific function to do this automatically with Adobe Analystics, in order to finally download it as Excel? Thank you in advanceRegardsAngelo 

Hi, I had the question that i couldn't find a answer to it. When I want to create a segmentation, I have to user the operator "match", just like, page match "*adobe.com*". What's the reason for my "Visits" column in my dashboard providing a total at the bottom of the screen that is completely different than in comparison to when I download the information and add it up in Excel?  The first few line items of "Visits" counts you can tell just by looking at it that it's already adding up to more than the total provided at the bottom.  Is this normal when calculating visits?

There is a bug in Anomaly Detection. Let's say I haven't set it up yet. When I open Anomaly Detection, it prompts me to add metrics. If I choose "Cancel", the metrics selector goes away momentarily, but then it returns again. Pressing "Cancel" repeats the loop.So upon pressing "Cancel", instead of sending me through an infinite loop, perhaps I could be shown a message that talks about the benefits of Anomaly Detection and the steps for setting it up.

I have an issue where ANY TIME I open or close Excel since installing report builder, I receive two error messages. IT doesn't know what to do about it. The VBA Modules for Report Builder are password protected, so I can't go poke around in there to see what the issue is. The errors pop up one after the other. I haven't had any luck finding information on this error. Hopefully someone out there has some insight?!  [img]error1.png[/img][img]errorr2.png[/img]It doesn't seem to hinder the functionality of Excel or ReportBuilder, but it is really annoying. I've had enough.

My site is currently using the getNewRepeat plug-in to populate an eVar and a prop with new and repeat customer data. The plug-in is set to the default 30 day cookie window.I am auditing this against the Customer Loyalty report and what I'm seeing doesn't make sense. I assume Customer Loyalty uses the s_vi visitor cookie, which we have set to expire in 2 years (I don't know that this is true, but I can't find documentation on this anywhere). However, orders from new customers are twice as high when I look at the Customer Loyalty report vs. the eVar using the getNewRepeat plug-in. Since the cookie window for getNewRepeat is only 30 days, I would expect the new customer bucket for this to be much higher as their cookie would expire faster. Any ideas for what's going on would be appreciated. Are there reasons people would use the Customer Loyalty report vs. getNewRepeat?Thanks,Cristine

Hi everybody,got a simple question. In the custom conversion reports there's the feature "Compare to Report Suite". Unfortunately I couldn't find this in the site metric reports. Is there a way to create a report that compares similar events across Report Suites (e.g. a registrations-event) on a top-level? It would be handy to have this feature in the Key metrics report. Otherwise I guess I could do this via the "pages" or "site section" report, where the granularity is quite top level...Thanks for your attention.

We have moved all but two customers to a new URL.  I need to perform reporting on both URL's until the remaining customers are migrated.  What do I need to do in my existing suites to see the customers in the new URL?  An example of our new naming conventions is below.Old - www.selfservice.com/ssbNew - www.selfservice.com/ngssbYour help is appreciated.

After creating a segment with Referrer containing all of "techcrunch.com/2015/02/25/airpr-sells-its-pr-marketplace", I applied the segment in Referrers report (attached), but the report contains the referrers that are nothing to do with the url that I specified in the segment. I was expecting to see only the referrers containing "techcrunch.com/2015/02/25/airpr-sells-its-pr-marketplace" in the report.DataWarehouse request API with the segment id is also generating the same report - full of non-relevant referrers like locahost:3000, etc. along with the correct referrers.Is it a bug or am i doing something wrong?

We are seeing an issue with data where occasionaly an Adobe Analytics call only includes the information we are capturing through our scode. We have done some testing on the site and have noticed that sometimes the information is loaded just fine but sometimes the pageview is tracked before the rules actually fire (see screenshot). This is causing us to lose that data in those occasions. What is causing this?
