One important issue has come up with managing Article content.  In the process of building App content, there are sometimes dozens or hundreds of revisions to the InDesign document.  With the legacy DPS these updates were easy simply "update" and the content that was edited in InDesign was now in the folio.  With having to load each .article, everything there is a design revision, the time required to manage these change is a very serious issue.  Are there plans to somehow link the InDesign page with DPS 2015?Grant Fritch

Will we be able to navigate to other collections or articles programmatically with javascript from within an HTML Article?For example, is there a deep-link name attached to content, or are custom URLs supported?

Hi All,I have seen through the community discussion regarding importing PDF's into DPS 2015 using InDesign as part of the workflow.Is this the only way to get a PDF into DPS 2015?I have a huge library of many thousands of PDF's that I wish to make available to the DPS 2015 environment (available does not publish them all) and it would be cumbersome to have to push them all through an InDesign workflow.Is there some approach using HTML5 based article to embed the PDF? Does the Adobe HTML article packager support this? Ultimately I am looking to automate this throught the API's.thanks for your timesimon

What happens if I change the product ID of a collection already published? Could impact something for the user? By the way the collection is free.

Hi All,I'm new to DPS so please take it easy on me In previous versions of DPS I see there was a plugin for Powerpoint that created a folio that was published to the DPS environment. I tried the latest version of this and get the error that I do not have permissions to create a folio on the server.... I am suspecting that is code for "folios are not directly supported any longer".So how do you go about publishing Powerpoint to DPS 2015? I have looked for documentation with little success.Any help would be appreciated.One of the things I want to see in this process is whether a Powerpoint will map to an article within a collection or is it a app in its own right or whatever.ThanksSimon

Hi. I have generated this ".artcile" file using the "HTML Article Packager"a nd every time I try to upload it in the DPS 2015, i the error "fail to upload". I have done the same steps with other HTML files and there was no problem, but it doesn't work with this file. Do you what could be going on?

I have my RCM/Interesting Moments in a different Workspace than a few of my programs. Can I make the RCM still work for these programs automatically or do I have to trigger within the Workspace manually?

We have a problem adding content to collections via API. The app shows content following the order the content in collection. However, when we add new content to collection via API, content is put at the bottom instead of at the top, resulting in showing contents in a crescent order. Which is bad because users need to see fresh content first.This does not occurs when we add content manually (Through the Web Adobe DPS). How we control this? Is there a way to add content to collection at the "top of the pile" or maybe any way to control how content is ordered (like the manual way in the web version, dragging and dropping) ?(Our integration uses examples from demo examples of the API and even with demo examples this is exactly the same behaviour [pushing content at the bottom of collection list]).

Hi,I am having some issues replacing the image for a collection.1. I used placeholder images when creating the collection.2. Then within the collection...Collection > Images > (replace & upload) > Done.3. Upon viewing all the collections, the thumbnail image does not change, nor after hitting publish again.

We use a form's hidden field to capture the referrer value (ref=xxx) in the URL's query string. Lead Source: hidden URL parameter: ref.This value populates the "Source" field in the campaign's Smart List. It worked well so we used the same concept in another form.Problem: if you had completed the first form and now, maybe a month or two later, click-through to the new form (with new query string) and complete the new form, the Smart List will be populated with your original referrer (source) value -- and not the value in the query string of the URL that delivered you to the new form.I tried (new form) changing the query string to src=xxx, and Lead Source: hidden URL parameter: src - didn't work.Thanks for any advice.

We offer 4 different iTunes subscription terms - 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year. In the "Purchase Subscription" dialogue page the order they appear in is very odd - it seems to be descending in the order we created them with Apple. At the top is 6 month, then 3 month, 1 year and 1 month. (we created the 6 month most recently, the 3 month before that etc.)It's not very logical to the user and I know certain departments here will find this unacceptable. Any way to resolve this?

Good Morning!We're working on integrating Marketo data into our Dashboard and in coding the solution we've noticed that both Folders and Programs can have leads associated with them.Can someone explain if / how a Marketo Folder and a Marketo Program relate to one another?We wouldn't want to pull leads info for both and end up with duplicate lead records on our side.Thanks in advance and have a great day! - Brie

Hello,We have "location" links on all of our LPs, which direct to a particular "contact" page.For example: www.ourswebsite.com/locations/newyork?utm_source=blahblah?utm_medium=blahblahWe are using tokens to insert our location links, can we use tokens within the URL to generate the UTM parameters?So it would look like this: www.ourwebsite.com/locations/newyork?{{my.utm source location}}?{{my.utm medium location}}So that if someone clicks on a location link from a particular LP, the source and medium would automatically be generated depending on where the lead clicked from?Thanks.

Hello,My sales team complains of Best Bets not working well for them. Their main complaint is that it doesn't show activity in chronological order. I realize this is because Marketo feels that this one action that happened 2 weeks ago is more important and therefore comes before this one that happened 1 day ago....but is there any way to change this?Has anyone else had their sales team complain about the effectiveness of BB and what did you do to solve for it?

How can we arrange and organize articles inside a collection? We would like, for instance, to classify the articles in alphabetical order. Is there an automatic way to do this?

Hi there!I have a project with the "Article Threshold" (for allowing non-paid users to preview content for free) set to 1 a day. My Home collection is retail and has a price associated with it. The articles within it are all set to "metered". When I open one I see the message at the top of the screen that says I am previewing content and I would hope/expect to see the lock icon if I try to view another article but I can see them all. I'm allowed to read every article in that collection even though my threshold is set to 1 and I am not signed in.Is the Article Threshold function fully operational? Is there something I'm missing?Thanks!

This has to be easy and something I'm just overlooking but within an engagement campaign, how do I track email opens/clicks/etc?

Hi. Before the last release I remember see the collection name when a user would tap to reveal the chrome. Now when a user taps, just a back button shows up. Is there a way to change that button so that it goes back to the collection browse page as apposed to the last article or last view? It works like this in the Android viewer. Thanks!Jeff
