Maybe a small one for you, but thought this would save anyone wondering what the hell is going on when 2 opps appear as 1 in RCA.We had a situation where we were checking the values in RCA versus the values in SFDC for opportunity amount - we had two opps with exactly the same name in SFDC, which appeared  as 1 in an RCA Opportuntiy Analysis report.  We were looking at Amount.In SFDC the values were exactly the same, so in RCA the one opp looked like it had been merged - it only appeared as one line.Checking the volume showed us there were in fact 2 opps there, so although confusing there was no merging.So, lesson learned is to try and make sure all opps have unique names (this can't be set on the field on SFDC).

Hi guys,So I have this landing page, simple blue background, my white main content and my form in it : it's a non-responsive landing page and the editing mode is Free-form.The form is embed to this landing page, plus we added some Javascript so we can track people's checkboxes. Everything is working all fine for now.Now, i'm trying to make this landing page responsive. I'm working on a Marketo template that I have been using for 2 or 3 pages now, and the forms are working perfectly great in it when I use the mktoForm tag.Editing mode : Guided Template.Here are two screenshots of the forms, working perfectly great :But now, when I'm trying to put my first form on this template, the one I used on the Free-Form landing page, without using the mktoForm tag but using the Embed Code of my form (as I did for the Free-Form landing page so I can add my Javascript easily too with the Function(form)), the form doesn't even show up and Marketo applies everything I do as a HTML comment. I've just had to use the abort campaign function due to the incorrect email being included in the flow. The status now says shutdown and from what I can tell in the email performance report.  and I've tried to go back and change the email to the correct one. When I get to the schedule tab the list will not pull any leads. Does the shutdown need to complete further actions before it will let me run it again? I also tried cloning the campaign to try again with no success. Any help would be appreciated!

I have an engagement stream with a two triggers in the smart list > Opportunity Added and Opportunity Updated.Can someone tell me why I am not able to select 'Use Any filters' like you can in the Default Programs.The only option is to 'Use ALL filters'.Is this an Engagement Engine specific rule or an Admin privileges/access issue?Thanks, John

Hey Community,When we went live we used suga.sugarcrm.com....clearly that was not the best idea as we want to use info.sugarcrm.com going forward. I found articles that show how to add additional CNAMES, Add additional Landing Page CNAMEs (Administration)​, but what if we want to change all the existing LPs to the new format?  Is this possible?Has anyone tried what I am talking about? Or is it just best to create the new CNAME, and build redirect rules for existing pages if needed to the new cloned Landing Pages?Any feedback from users that have tried this and succeeded or failed would be great!

How do you make a drop down on a form fill and add what you want to add to the drop down field?

We have several score fields to capture a user's affinity for product lines that are triggered when the user visits a web page specific to a product line. For example, visit a product line A page twice and a product line B page once, and product line A affinity score = 2 and product line B affinity score = 1. Is there a way to identify which affinity score is higher in order to segment? Ideally, we would use the highest affinity score field to display custom content for product line A, for this example, because the user's behavior indicates a greater interest in product line A over product line B.

I have a client who just re-vamped their web site. When they did this they created Marketo LPs for each of the white papers and other assets on their site in Design Studio. I'm trying to figure out the best way to assign Lead Source and Lead Source Detail for leads who are created when they visit the web site and click through to an LP in order to download an asset. In other words, these are leads who are not part of a program. They found their own way to the LP. What the client wants, in that case is:Lead Source: WebsiteLead Source Detail: Asset Name (which is included in the name and URL of each LP)I assume I can assign Lead Source to Website with a campaign with this Smart List:Trigger:New Lead is CreatedSource Type is Web form filloutFilter:Member of Program is FalseProgram is AnyIt's the Lead Source Detail I'm not sure how to handle. I have an email and a coordinating landing page that use dynamic content based on a lead's product mix. Their product mix can fluctuate on a regular basis.  I'd really like to see what dynamic content snippet a person saw at a certain point in time when the landing page was viewed or when the email was sent.  Since their product mix could change, what segmentation group the lead falls into today is not indicative of what snippet they might have seen a month ago when they saw the landing page or email.Is it possible to view this in the person's activity log or in a report?  If not, does anyone have suggestions on a good way to bucket or flag these people, so we can later look at snippets they have seen in the past?Thanks for your help & advice!

We're sending a targeted email to a list of 90 people who have good email address.  The form landing page that I originally created had an email address field, but our CEO wanted to do away with having the email address field.  We tested the form fill without the email address and got mixed results.  One of my colleagues filled out the form and it worked fine, she received the autoresponse email and I received the email alert, but our CFO tried it and the email alert that I received had no information about her and she obviously didn't receive the autoresponse email.  I tried to see if I can hide the email address field, using forms2.0 but I couldn't simply hide the field without adding a condition.  My question is, has anyone done this successfully?

Finding the correct content for a collection can be hard, when you have hundreds of articles and collection. The filter option when searching is great, but I would love to be able to save my filtered search and give it a name.It would also be great to have dynamic searches - like 10 newest collections.

Hello,I'm about to launch a Nurture Campaign - all the prospective leads live in a SFDC Campaign with over 9,000 members.I synced the campaign with Marketo, and it seems to have only pulled in half the members (around 4,500)Anyone know why this would be the case? I have form id with me but i don't know the location of form in Marketo. Can anyone knows how to do search using form id?

We use multi-currency in our Salesforce org. When we run revenue cycle explorer and create reports such as Program Opportunity Analysis the revenue data is a rollup total of mutiple currencies. Is there a way to have use the Amount (converted) field from SFDC so that the reporting is of value.Currently if the report is listing individual opportunities we have to go into SFDC, look up the Amount in AUD and update the report in a spreadsheet. It it is a summary report e.g. just looking at Program Chanel performance then we don't see the true revenue value.
