If I want to create a date field restricted to the future time frame used in form fill, how can I make the restriction to the field itself?I have tried to search the Marketo doc, but the only thing I could find is to use the time filter in smart list. However, I want the restriction form fill. Is it doable?Thanks in advance,J

I've noticed an update to the CC 2014 DPS tools appears in the Cretive Cloud app. However every attempt to install it fails. I have installed the DPS 2015 beta export filter for .articles, could this prevent the update?‌

Hey everyone -I was curious how Marketo users are dealing with SFDC "contacts roles", and their impacts into Marketo.  We had wanted to do list work within Marketo instead of SFDC, but our org uses contact roles on accounts (a la - this contact at a singular health system manages PR/Marketing for 5 other hospitals).  In SFDC, that contact resides at the parent account, with contact roles being added for that contact under the specific accounts below them. This is so we don't get 5 duplicate contactsIs this data manageable in Marketo? I don't think I've been able to hunt down if/where Marketo sees this info...I'd like to be able to create smart lists in Marketo that can see the contacts assigned to an account AND the contact roles.  Any ideas/insights?

Hello,I would like to schedule a webinar with Webex and Marketo, with two different sessions (one in the morning, one in the afternoon - same presentation) on the same day.​I have read the following article about the recurring webinar (marketingrockstarguides.com/setup-recurring-webinars-in-marketo-1479/), but I am still a little confuse.What would be the best solution for us: - creating one program for the two webinars (and how? do we need two forms, two landing pages, two buttons on the emailing?)- creating two programs for the two webinars​- how do we track the attendes (and to which session)? While the new DPS is great, It has left me with questions about the direction to follow in my development for my clients. It would be nice to speak with someone regarding the differences in digital publishing now vs what Adobe was offering (and I still using and developing against for my clients).it seems that the new DPS options are quite different than before in particular the content creation and output.Is there some  in particular I can speak with or is there a seminar/workshop Adobe is holding that I can attend and have my questions answered? In the past I have attended some with Collin at the Adobe offices.

Any tips to cancel a stalled migration?Processing is stalled at 96% for the last hour—Clearing cache, or quitting browser doesn't work. Same experience in all browsers. While it's possible to clear delete a successful migration, there is no option to cancel a migration.I'm unable to migrate additional content until this processing is complete.

can i pull a report that just collects who filled out all the forms on our website?  

I have embedded a simple Marketo form on our website - it's for newsletter sign-ups so has only one field: email address.Email is a required field. When I embed it on our site the red asterix (indicating required) is visible which looks odd on an embedded single field form.Any idea how to remove or not display the asterix (and keep the field as required)? Is there a way to keep scores from dipping below zero?

I have a few leads who's lead sources are wrong due to broken URL parameters and a wrong field in a list upload, and I want to make them consistent for reporting purposes. Marketo isn't updating those lead sources via smart campaign though even though they are all eligible to be updated. Anyone have any experience with a workaround?

I have a few questions relating to the new DPS 2015:1) Once DPS 2015 launches, would it be possible to take an existing DPS app and start using DPS 2015 for the next issue or do you have to make a new app from scratch? I have a few apps that I think would benefit from the new article-based publishing, but I don't want to lose the current readership in the apps. 2) Is there a Library in DPS 2015 or when you open the app are the cards the first thing a reader sees?3) how does this affect the analytics with articles vs issues?

My 'Marketo Marketing Nation Community Updates' email keeps asking me to 'set a status update'.  I can't find where I would actually input this 'very important' status.

We have leads in Marketo but no contacts. In SFDC there are contacts associated with accounts. The contact information in SFDC is more reliable than Marketo lead info. Is there a way to sync the SFDC contacts with leads in Marketo while restricting Marketo updating SFDC contacts. Thanks,Vivian

Hi,How duplicate detection works in Marketo? Ideally, Marketo applies dedupe on email address when a lead is created using API or form (UI) or list import. Its working as expected when I am trying to create using API but I am able to create multiple leads with same email using Marketo form (UI). Shouldn't it apply dedupe in this case?I have multiple leads with same email address, how to update all the record using Rest API? Only the most recent lead is getting update. I tried using "id" in the request but its erroring out ("status": "skipped",      "reasons": [{ "code": "1003",  "message": "Field 'id' not allowed").Thanks,Rohit

I'm trying to target a section of a state and have listed 807 postal codes in my smart list, but I'm only showing 18,000+ in my audience and I know I have at least twice that.  Is there a limit to the number of postal codes you can put in the filter?Thank you for any assistance you can provide.Sandy

I'm trying to include a calendaring event (.ics) to webinar confirmation emails.  The only issue is that this is for recurring webinars and I've not hooked up Webex with Marketo for this one since Marketo does not support recurring webinars.I still want the users to be able to save the date to their calendars.  Is it possible to configure it such that the "calendar" token looks at the "webinar date" which is also a token becuase its dynamic? Do I have to create a separate "save the date" token for each confirmation email (Monday to Friday)?I've created a Smart Campaign that's listening to all the form fill-outs and triggering a confirmation email off of that.  The webinar date is populating correctly since its on the LP, I can't figure out the "Save the Date" piece of it.Your help is much appreciated!-Divya

Can you guys at Adobe make this happen? An awful lot of photographers would love to use something like this and I would love to offer it to them.I think a really great experience for photographers, galleries, museums, etc. would be if they're reading one of our magazines, discovering new content from photographers and they fall in love with a photograph. They tap a buy now button that's just below the work, they put their finger on their iPhone 6, 6, iPad Mini 3 or iPad Air 2's Touch ID and confirm their information and make the purchase of the photograph. This whole transaction happens in under 10 seconds. Once the print is shipped out, the photographer gets paid they're happy, the collector is happy, I'm happy and of course Adobe is working with me to make photographers even more happy. There are several use-cases for this, including advertisers selling products, working with other companies to build hybrid magazines/catalogues and selling products from directly in the catalogue, etc

We ocassionally have existing contacts filling out request a demo forms on our website. The flow was to sync leads to SFDC and assign them to the web response queue. However, for existing contacts, this was creating a duplicate lead, syncing that over and assigning them to the web response queue. We would still like to capture the change in contact info in SFDC so I changed the assignment rule to "do nothing" for SFDC type = Contact. However now it's just skipping that step entirely and not syncing any of the updated information.Is there a way to update the contacts information in SFDC from Marketo? It looks like we're starting to get mismatched information since the form fill outs updated the fields in Marketo but that doesn't get pushed over to SFDC.
