I have configured a scheduler in AEM6.5 and the idea is that it runs ONCE a night at 2AM@Designate(ocd = TagVerificationScheduledTask.Config.class)@Component(service = {Runnable.class})public class TagVerificationScheduledTask implements Runnable { @ObjectClassDefinition(name = "scheduled task that verifies tags in blog articles", description = "A scheduled task that verifies tags in blog articles") public @interface Config { @AttributeDefinition(name = "Cron-job expression. String scheduler_expression() default "0 0 2 * * ?"; The job runs on all three instances (one author and two publishers) and I want it to run on only one instance i.E. author.How can I configure that?O tried @Property(name="scheduler.runOn", value="SINGLE"); but it does not work. I also tried  @AttributeDefinition(name = "Run On") String scheduler_runOn() default "SINGLE"; but that also did not work.

It would be nice to see all my open proofs and what state they are in (like who opened/commented/approved) from the home dashboard without having to go into every project via multiple clicks to get there. I am usually the proof owner and sometimes it's hard with all the emails to keep track of which proofs I can move on. Is this a thing? Either for the home page or somewhere else? I'm not an admin so i don't have any access to make big changes or pull reports and such. I guess if y'all have a solution that requires an admin to pull I may be able to get one to help me. Open to any/all suggestions!

Hi -  I'm currently working on a nurture targeting MQLs who have stopped responding to our BDRs. The emails will come from their BDR, but we are having a hard time filling out the From name and the signature. We have an sfdc custom object that accurately pulls in the contact's BDR email address (so reply-to and sender email is accurate) but we do not have a reliable field to pull in the contact's BDR Owner's name (From Name). Does anyone have a velocity script to pull in the first and last name from the email address field? The structure of our BDRs emails is as follows: john.smith@company.com So in an ideal state the velocity script would pull in the first and last name like: John Smith Thanks!

I'm currently working with Universal Editor in EDS and I have a question regarding the Title Default Content block/component.I would like to add additional properties (e.g., subtitle, style options, custom attributes) to the Title Default Content so that they can be configured via the Universal Editor.Where to add the JavaScript code to enable or register additional properties for this block?  

Hello, When going over some performance numbers I saw that an email that was scheduled to go out to 8800 people only got delivered to 8. Below are the screenshots. Any insight on to what might have happened so that it doesn't happen again would be greatly appreciated.

If we are using dynamic content in Email template, how to track who has been served? what content?How to report the customers?Example - If we have 3 dynamic fragments in the same email, each fragment has a different discount detail like 10% off, 20% off and 30% off. Now how can I identify if 100 people has received this email. how many of them received which offer fragment as in 10% vs 20% vs 30%

Specifically, is it possible to send event-based data, such as product details for scenarios like a B2B customer forgetting to complete a purchase (like cart abandonment emails)?I have read the documentation, but I didn’t get a clear picture of whether this is feasible. Its said that best practice for web channel is creation of seperate specific Decision Scope for every placement:- homepage  - category page- basket page etc.  However what is best practice for mailings? One Decision Scope for every mailing? What is you experience? 

Has anyone else struggled with the Page URL dimension hitting cardinality limits in Workspace? On heavier traffic months, I’m seeing 10–15% of URLs rolled into Low Traffic, which makes the stakeholder dashboards pretty unreliable.I know Adobe generally recommends leaning on Page Name or classifications, but that doesn’t always cut it when the request is for an exact URL list. We’ve tried a few things:Classifying off a clean URL key (helpful but introduces latency + governance overhead).Segmenting by page categories (good directional view, but not enough detail for stakeholder asks).Falling back to Data Warehouse pulls (accurate but not self-service friendly).Curious how other enterprise teams are dealing with this:Any practical ways you’ve kept URL-level visibility in Workspace without blowing up cardinality?Are there approaches you’ve found that give business users “exact URL” access without sending them to Data Warehouse every time?And has anyone leaned on CJA as a workaround here —

I am building an A/B Test activity in Adobe Target. In the variant, I am inserting a recommendation on to the page. In my goals, I want to set it up to track clicks on the recommendation. However, I don't have an option to do that. If I do Conversions > Click an Element, the recommendation just shows a blank box that says recommendaiton offer. So I can't select an item to track as a click. Is there something I am missing or a work around?

1. Decision event What does this mean? That the Offer was returned in given Decisions was returned for given Decision Scope??? 2. Clicks - self explaining 3. Impression - offer was rendered. However does it also checks if it has been seen? if for example it would be at the bottom of the page 4. Custom event - also clear 

I understand that there's a limit of 40 custom field tokens that can be used directly in a Marketo email. If this limit is exceeded, Marketo throws an error indicating that the token limit has been crossed. I'm curious whether using more than 40 custom tokens in a Velocity Script could cause any issues, such as dynamic content not displaying correctly or email delivery failures. In my specific use case, I'm currently using 42 custom consent field tokens within if-elseif statements to conditionally show or hide the unsubscribe link in the email footer. Has anyone had experience working with Velocity Scripts in Marketo and encountered issues when using more than 40 custom tokens? I'd appreciate any insights or best practices.

Trying to set up sftp connection b/w SFMC and AJO and using SFMC sftp server details to set up the sftp on the AJO end. When trying to add the required details on the AJO>Destinations>SFTP Set up with details from SFMC sftp (username/password/host/port) it throws a generic error : Authentication failed check your credentials and try again.  Wondering if there is a better way to decode the error to fix the issue.  Please help me with pointers if anyone else has been on the same boat.

We cannot seem to tackle this in Workfront. BackgroundOn sub-task level we like to create a calculated field specifying the naming convention of the document a design needs to create based on the sub-task. This calculated field used fields managed on several layers within this main task.  ExampleFilename: [skuNumber-productShortName-assetType], where:skuNumber is a field managed on the main taskproductShortName is a field managed on the 1st sub-taskassetType is a field managed on the 2nd sub-taskThe filename is a concat of these fields within the 2nd sub-taskAsk How can we achieve this in Workfront?Can we manage this outside of Fusion? I predominantly work with photos, and I add keywords, tags, titles etc in Bridge. However I work with other people who are adding videos to the DAM and it's a much more manual and clunky process for them. I know Bridge doesn't work well with videos - can anyone suggest a process or program that might be helpful? Currently I've built a spreadsheet where they can input all the information manually and then import it to DAM, but I feel like I might be missing something.

If I have multiple Merge Policies then I need to have different Target connections ....Then I need to have different Datastreams ....Then I need to have multiple Web SDKs on specific web page ...Do you have any ideas on that?Only the default merge policy (active on EDGE) is able to share audience to Target. Do you have any workaround how to send audience to Target with different Merge Policy? 

I am working on a POC for push notifications in AJO for an app that is still under development.For the test, profiles are ingested from a CSV file containing first name, last name, email, appID, platform, device token (captured from the app). An Individual Profile schema (profile enabled) is used, with email as the primary identifier.The device token from the CSV is mapped to the schema path pushNotificationDetails.token using the standard Push Notification Details field group. An audience is created based on email, and a journey is built to:Read the audienceSend a push notificationIssue observed: Push notification is not sent, even though deviceToken is mapped and visible under identityMap along with email, the journey fails with “No token found in profile”.Note: Push credentials are configured correctly (we can successfully send push via Postman using the same device tokens).Kindly suggest how to resolve this and why AJO is unable to recognise the token.

Hi Team, I have a client who is using Email Programs to send all emails in their instance (Invites, Reminders, Follow-ups) to leverage the Recipient Time Zone functionality. I had a few quick questions:Is it considered best practice to send all emails through an Email Program? What are the benefit or drawbacks of following this practice.Can we override the Email Program send limit?If we set a Smart Campaign limit in the Admin section, will it also impact Email Program send limits?Could someone please clarify. Thanks in advance!

I'm working with a variable in Adobe Analytics that captures multiple values separated by hyphens. I'm looking for the best way to visualize this data in a heatmap. The goal is to split these delimited values into individual components and represent their frequency or intensity visually, allowing for easy analysis of patterns or trends. Hello! I am wondering if there is a setting to allow members of the team to edit custom form fields in the backlog view. I have set up the view to include custom fields and need them to be able to update from the backlog view. I am able to do it as an admin, but my planners are not able. They have to open the issue, open the custom form and edit.
