I am building an A/B Test activity in Adobe Target. In the variant, I am inserting a recommendation on to the page. In my goals, I want to set it up to track clicks on the recommendation. However, I don't have an option to do that. If I do Conversions > Click an Element, the recommendation just shows a blank box that says recommendaiton offer. So I can't select an item to track as a click. Is there something I am missing or a work around?

1. Decision event What does this mean? That the Offer was returned in given Decisions was returned for given Decision Scope??? 2. Clicks - self explaining 3. Impression - offer was rendered. However does it also checks if it has been seen? if for example it would be at the bottom of the page 4. Custom event - also clear 

I understand that there's a limit of 40 custom field tokens that can be used directly in a Marketo email. If this limit is exceeded, Marketo throws an error indicating that the token limit has been crossed. I'm curious whether using more than 40 custom tokens in a Velocity Script could cause any issues, such as dynamic content not displaying correctly or email delivery failures. In my specific use case, I'm currently using 42 custom consent field tokens within if-elseif statements to conditionally show or hide the unsubscribe link in the email footer. Has anyone had experience working with Velocity Scripts in Marketo and encountered issues when using more than 40 custom tokens? I'd appreciate any insights or best practices.

Trying to set up sftp connection b/w SFMC and AJO and using SFMC sftp server details to set up the sftp on the AJO end. When trying to add the required details on the AJO>Destinations>SFTP Set up with details from SFMC sftp (username/password/host/port) it throws a generic error : Authentication failed check your credentials and try again.  Wondering if there is a better way to decode the error to fix the issue.  Please help me with pointers if anyone else has been on the same boat.

This calculated field used fields managed on several layers within this main task.  ExampleFilename: [skuNumber-productShortName-assetType], where:skuNumber is a field managed on the main taskproductShortName is a field managed on the 1st sub-taskassetType is a field managed on the 2nd sub-taskThe filename is a concat of these fields within the 2nd sub-taskAsk How can we achieve this in Workfront?Can we manage this outside of Fusion? I predominantly work with photos, and I add keywords, tags, titles etc in Bridge. However I work with other people who are adding videos to the DAM and it's a much more manual and clunky process for them. I know Bridge doesn't work well with videos - can anyone suggest a process or program that might be helpful? Currently I've built a spreadsheet where they can input all the information manually and then import it to DAM, but I feel like I might be missing something.

If I have multiple Merge Policies then I need to have different Target connections ....Then I need to have different Datastreams ....Then I need to have multiple Web SDKs on specific web page ...Do you have any ideas on that?Only the default merge policy (active on EDGE) is able to share audience to Target. Do you have any workaround how to send audience to Target with different Merge Policy? 

I am working on a POC for push notifications in AJO for an app that is still under development.For the test, profiles are ingested from a CSV file containing first name, last name, email, appID, platform, device token (captured from the app). An Individual Profile schema (profile enabled) is used, with email as the primary identifier.The device token from the CSV is mapped to the schema path pushNotificationDetails.token using the standard Push Notification Details field group. An audience is created based on email, and a journey is built to:Read the audienceSend a push notificationIssue observed: Push notification is not sent, even though deviceToken is mapped and visible under identityMap along with email, the journey fails with “No token found in profile”.Note: Push credentials are configured correctly (we can successfully send push via Postman using the same device tokens).Kindly suggest how to resolve this and why AJO is unable to recognise the token.

Hi Team, I have a client who is using Email Programs to send all emails in their instance (Invites, Reminders, Follow-ups) to leverage the Recipient Time Zone functionality. I had a few quick questions:Is it considered best practice to send all emails through an Email Program? What are the benefit or drawbacks of following this practice.Can we override the Email Program send limit?If we set a Smart Campaign limit in the Admin section, will it also impact Email Program send limits?Could someone please clarify. Thanks in advance!

I'm working with a variable in Adobe Analytics that captures multiple values separated by hyphens. I'm looking for the best way to visualize this data in a heatmap. The goal is to split these delimited values into individual components and represent their frequency or intensity visually, allowing for easy analysis of patterns or trends. Hello! I am wondering if there is a setting to allow members of the team to edit custom form fields in the backlog view. I have set up the view to include custom fields and need them to be able to update from the backlog view. I am able to do it as an admin, but my planners are not able. They have to open the issue, open the custom form and edit.

Do you think its better to configure this one on a:- campaign level (js checking in activity)- web sdk event

Hello, I've come across information online suggesting that it's possible to restrict Marketo Landing Pages to specific IP addresses through the Admin settings. However, it seems this configuration applies globally to all landing pages. Is there a way to apply IP restrictions to just a single landing page—so that it only works within our office network? 

Hi AllAEM Linkshare functionality when multiple assets within a folder is shared and downloaded, the assets are inside another sub-folder instead of all assets directly inside the parent/root folder. Is this a recent change in OOTB Link share functionality?Is there a configuration to download all assets in the same root folder instead of respective sub-folders?For example, DAM folder /content/dam/test has assets a.jpg & b.jpg, when folder test is shared via Share Link functionality to an author and downloads the folder, then extracts it to find folder with name a.jpg and b.jpg inside these folders, assets a.jpg and b.jpg exists.The expected result is directly inside extracted folder test, the assets a.jpg and b.jpg must be available. Is this possible?

We found a range of IP addresses in Workspace that has 99% bounce rate. Further investigation showed that the user agent looks extremely suspicious with some of them being "HeadlessChrome" or using Windows 10 and an extremely outdated version of Chrome. We're convinced they are bots.I would like to add them to the Bot Rules as an IP address but cover the whole range. This is not the real IP address that will be added but just an example. If the IP address starts with "15.12.", will it work if I enter 15.12.0.0/16 in the Bot Rules with IP Address selected in the dropdown?

 Hi, I understand that we can implement push notifications with AJO for a Flutter mobile app. However, the documentation isn’t very clear to me. From what I’ve read, it seems that we don’t need native code to initialize the SDK, but we do need to add some native code to pass the Firebase token, for example on Android:MobileCore.setPushIdentifier(token); After that, we should be able to listen for messages in Flutter using something like:List<Message> messages = await Messaging.getCachedMessages(); Is my understanding correct? I’d really appreciate some guidance on this.

Hello Community - I searched for a Diff Checker utility but perhaps there's another term to use.  I'd like to see, line by line the difference between published libraries, attempting to track down what appears to be a rather deep issue.  I've pulled each build's corresponding files manually and popped them into a diff checker one by one, but that's tedious.  If that's the only way to go, what diff checker recommendations do you have? Thanks -- MitchellTe1 (MitchellT)

You can give a Teaser, like the rest of the core components an arbitrary ID, which also shows up in the data layer. This is useful for identifying the things you'd like to track. Unfortunately this only happens at the component level. For something like a CTA that can be added to a Teaser component, an ID is generated.You can see an example of this on wknd.site. If I inspect the teaser on the first slide on the home page.....you can see its ID, "teaser-2122a9f81a-cta-6b28b693be"The first part, teaser-2122a9f81a" can be arbitrarily changed by adding an ID to the teaser in question. But can the second part be altered somehow?If I look at the even generated in the data layer when this is clicked, I again see this ID.But this doesn't seem like a great ID to identify an obvious clickable item; an arbitrary, intuitive ID would be much better. Hi, I've set up a 'request' approval process that triggers on a status change of a request The approval goes to a 'role' - and there is only 1 person who performs that role. The probelm is - that person doesn't get an email alert about their approval being needed.They DO get a notification. I can't see anything in email settings - both under system/Email/Notifications  or the users personal notification settings that could be blocking this. Can anyone help ? Thanks
