Hi, We are creating a workflow and need to use a reconciliation node between a temporary table and a field of a resource. The problem we have is that in the resource field we need to take only the first 15 characters and the reconciliation node does not allow us to use functions, only the fields directly, how can we do it? Thanks Luis

I am trying to leverage the new OpenAPIs to programatically update CF from AppBuilder runtime action.  The Create Content fragment  API works correctly. I am able to create CF from Postman. But when I try the Update CF, it is failing with 412 stating If-Match header is failing.  Now, the way I run is, I am calling List CF, getting the UUID of CF from response and passing to PUT request. I am reading If-Match header needs should be populated with `ETag`. But my List CF response is NOT returning any ETag as explained in documentation. This is the List CF responseOnly an id is returned by GET method. If any additional headers required to force the GET method to return `ETag`. Or any alternate workaround to get past If-Match header validation?  CORRECTION:I was able to find the etag in the response header of GET CF<id> method. But this makes API more difficult to use. I only have CF path and want to patch update. The process sounds to be:Find CF ID

Hello, This one is tough to explain, sorry and thank you in advance!  We have a task level report where we are trying to get the name of the request queue (project name) in which a request was submitted and converted to a project that the task resides in.  So overall, we have the task name and then the project name that the task itself resides in. But all of our projects are converted from a request in a separate request queue. We are trying to get that request queue name inside of the task level report. I have this makes sense! 

I am using Experience Templates To set up a lightbox overlay pop-up in my experience to display pop-ups to my defined user. Itlooks like something as below I have applied impression capping to the POP UP display by restricting it to 2 times display as below:   1) Set up the Nested Mbox parameter in the experience via XT under Modification as custom code                             2) created a profile script for pop up increment value capture   3) Created Audience to restrict the pop-up display to 2 times     However, when I set up all the above for overlay pop-up in my experience then why some users don't see it? Does the set up looks correct? To me, the steps look good. Pls, suggest. Just FYI, For Impression capping followed this MiaProva article https://www.miaprova.com/blog/offer-impression-capping/

I have scheduled exam for Adobe Experience Manager Professional sites developer certification exam, I also joined before 15 mins of scheduled time & exam proctoring window started, It downloaded an app & asked to join session on GoTo meetings app. But it kept saying "waiting for join". I waited for 15 mins after the exam also. But no one joined to start the session. I contacted to examity chat support. They started new meeting but there also no one joined & now exam is showing incomplete. They asked to reschedule the exam without taking exam. Please need help in this situation. I also mailed to certif@adobe.com & waiting for their response. Please guide to get refund or atleast reschedule exam without fee for next. I won't be able to pay $95 again for certification. I request community & adobe employees to please provide some solution

I have been wondering if there is a way we can reduce the frequency of pop-up Lightbox template appearance to user https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/target-experience-templates/blob/master/lightbox/template.html I am considering that it should be shown to repeated users just once or twice or if a user has seen this pop up then it should not appear again. Any thoughts? 

All,  I have a client that would like to italicize a portion of their email Subject Line. I've tried to use a few options (Cntl+I ; <i></i>), but none seem to work. Does Email Designer not offer any font options for the SL?   

We are planning to set up Akamai as the CDN to replace the default Fastly configuration and have added the following headers accordingly. <LocationMatch "^/.*\.html$">Header set Surrogate-Control "max-age=0, no-store, no-cache"</LocationMatch> But it is still caching the content in fastly and I can see "x-cache" header is set. Also I noted that "Surrogate-Control" header is not present. Is it omitted by Fastly ? Am I doing correct config? Please let us know if you have replaced fastly with any other cdn.

Hi there, We are seeing an odd behaviour in adobe campaign classic v7 instance, where we see few email addresses getting excluded from email delivery with reason denylisted address. Upon checking these email addresses in address schema we see that those are present there. So this is all good. But there are few other email addresses which are present in address schema marked as denylisted address but in the email delivery these are not excluded and the log says email has been sent successfully. How this is possible? It's the same email addresses present in both email delivery as well as address schema. Any inputs/details around denylisted addresses are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

How to run AEM Cloud SDK with java 17 ? Is that compatible ? 

Background: new users are created by submitting a request which automatically creates the user with necessary permissions/groups/teams/etc. Issue: I'm able to assign a Home Group up user creation, but not Other Groups (i.e. they've been assigned to the global group, but not the regional group).   I've tried the Update Record module > User record type however Other Groups doesn't appear as a mappable field. I've also tried Update Record > Group as well, however add members doesn't appear there as well.  Is there a way to assign other groups to users created via Workfront Fusion automation?

Hi, I am working with an outside vendor to get leads passed into Marketo from their site.  In trying to set up this connection, I have to set everything up in their Webhook Management portal.   The connection to Marketo is working but I am getting an Error message and I can not figure out the solution.  When asking for assistance from the vendor, I did not get any help.  Any guidance would be so helpful.
