these are the things that came to mind 1. rebuilt the repo to use the new/latest maven archetype2. In addition to no.1, check dispatcher configs and the cloud manager configs3. if ACS commons is in used, check what features needs to be redeveloped/removed4. There's a more comprehensive list from adobe.com (which I can link later)  but I'm wondering if there are other things I need to know. Thank you.

Can some one help with ECMA script/library method which can transition to specific workflow step? Example: If (true)transition-to- step..  Note: I want this to be handled in ECMA script. GoTo step will not help in my case. Thanks 

Hi All,  I have a requirement of displaying a pop-up window before moving the assets to destination folder using the MOVE option if the asset already exists in the destination folder. As of now, when the asset is already present in the destination, AEM creates creates the duplicate by appending numeric values. Is there any way to check for asset duplication before the asset is being move and notify user through popup?  Thanks in Advance.

From my very limited understanding of Adobe Commerce, it's a storefront. Marketers can create product-related pages and details there. In real scenarios, would external users (buyers visiting a website) interact directly with the Commerce Storefront? I am assuming Adobe Commerce has to be paired with Target, Campaign, or AEM to create a seamless customer experience.  Is this correct ?Also if external users can visit commerce store, order products etc.. Can I bring my own CIAM solution to Adobe commerce and customize it

I've added the following Maven dependency to both the parent POM and the core POM. Now, I'm attempting to utilize this service within an AEM servlet by importing com.adobe.fd.output.api.OutputService. I have searched the AEM Guides documentation, the AEM 6.5 documentation, and Experience League and I'm not seeing any details about managing AEM Projects. Is there another documentation source that I'm missing?We have more than 1000 Projects listed in the AEM repository's Projects folder, both AEM Projects and AEM Guides translation projects. Archiving doesn't seem to be an option for the completed translation Projects I've looked at. Are completed Projects supposed to be deleted? If so, this doesn't remove any of the files inside that Project, does it? Hello everyone, I have an use case for Adobe Target in which I must remove an element from a form if a specific checkbox is selected by the user. The approach I was considering consists in sending an mbox parameter to Adobe Target via Adobe Data Collection, stating whether that specific checkbox is selected, and create an audience based on it. This is the Custom Code Data Element I created: return document.querySelector('#elementID').checked; Given that I already have the general Adobe Target Load Rule created...... but the "Library Loaded" event does not work for this specific use case, as the user can interact with the checkbox anytime after the page is loaded, I tried creating a new Rule where I set the event as Data Element Change and the condition as the Data Element being true. Hi Team       We are currently working on developing a column control component with two columns and two containers. We need to restrict certain components to the first column cotainer and a different set of components to the second container. However, We can set policies only on container component and it gets applied to every container. Is there a way we can achieve this?   Thanks Veena

Hello, Can someone help me understand why we are not able to delete programs in Marketo.The case is there are certain default programs and email send programs that we need to delete. Some of the programs are getting deleted but others are not.Primarily, I have taken care of and deleted all the assets (smart lists, campaigns) to make sure these are not shared with other campaigns within the same workspace or other workspaces. Could there be any reason why I am not able to delete these programs? Appreciate your help. But when I tested it with my colleagues, their lead info was not recorded. I set up the empty landing page as the redirector. But I had to modify the trigger, adding in the full address of the asset, make it work: Visits Web Page:Web Page contains:  info.companyname.com/calendar#info.companyname.com/rs/XXX-XXX-XXX/XXX/calendar-file.ics Why are we not able to capture lead info from known leads (the colleagues who tested are in the Marketo database)?

Hi All,  We have enabled encapsulated tokens in one of our environments and disabled sticky sessions in the load balancer. When we load our page, some API calls are routed to one publisher while others are routed to different publishers(Expected). In one of our user-related authentication calls (which loads first), we retrieve the user's ID and save it into the HTTP session. However, subsequent API calls that rely on this ID and are routed to a different publisher (different from the one that handled the authentication call) are failing because the ID is null. As a result, we are encountering exceptions due to the WWID being null, and no response is being returned. We know encapsulated token mechanism will not handle server side sessions. Is there any way we can handle server side session in this case. We cannot save the ID into cookie as it will give sensitive responses in few APIs if other people uses.       We tried dispatc

Hello,I’m working on a banking use case that requires adherence to regional data storage policies, which mandate that PII data must not be stored outside the country. Since the AEP data center is not located within the country, storing PII data in AEP is not an option. I’m considering pseudonymizing emails to handle this issue.However, I need guidance on how to effectively use emails in AJO Journeys for targeting personalized offers under these constraints. Could you please suggest best practices for storing and utilizing such PII data for AJO activation?

I'm trying to look into what roles/permissions/access labels could be used within RTCDP. Specifically, there are a couple things that I want to limit: 1. look into permissions for the ability allow only certain users to edit certain audience criteria;  The crux of the need is to ensure that we can designate a subset of users to be the creators of our audiences that will be scaled for re-use AND we need to ensure that once these audiences are created and quality checked, they cannot be changed. 2. look into permissions/roles for the ability of only certain users to edit audience names 3. look into roles for 1. users to be able to publish audiences and 2. Other users to just have the ability to create and save audiences as a draft but not publish audiences;  I think number 3 can be done through the creation of user roles. We're using the Form core components in AEM 6.5The form text however does not behave as expected. After adding Required Message : It should show the message as mentionned in a tooltip. Instead, we're getting what seems to be a generic message in the language of the site:  There is also a slight difference in the wording of the message depending on the browser used. Same issue with Constraint Message. Is this behavior normal? Did we miss a configuration somewhere?

Hi Team , I have a few questions and would appreciate your help in understanding them. 1) I have noticed that every URL I refer to ends with the UTM parameter utm_content=dashboard. Can someone explain the purpose of adding this UTM parameter?2)  I also noticed that a correlationID is automatically appended to the end of every URL. Hello Community, Has anyone had any experience with retrieving and displaying scorecard questions and answers in views and reports? If this is you, please share some code snippet and ideas on how to implement it. (Note: I found four available scorecard tables in the API Explorer and it seems that I need to do some text mode reporting.) This is my scenario - I've got a scorecard with 5 questions linked to multiple projects in the Business Case section of each project. Moreover, I want to display the selected scorecard values/answers based on the scorecard questions in a project view inside a portfolio. Once that's implemented, I'd like to update any of those scorecard answers from the project view instead of clicking each individual project and getting to the scorecard in the Business Case section, one at a time.
