Hello, Can someone help me understand why we are not able to delete programs in Marketo.The case is there are certain default programs and email send programs that we need to delete. Some of the programs are getting deleted but others are not.Primarily, I have taken care of and deleted all the assets (smart lists, campaigns) to make sure these are not shared with other campaigns within the same workspace or other workspaces. Could there be any reason why I am not able to delete these programs? Appreciate your help. @SanfordWhiteman Sandy, I've successfully used your directions from your Stop using direct download links (unless you want to lose tracking!) blog to record hits to an .ics file that's not in a Marketo email. But when I tested it with my colleagues, their lead info was not recorded. I set up the empty landing page as the redirector. But I had to modify the trigger, adding in the full address of the asset, make it work: Visits Web Page:Web Page contains:  info.companyname.com/calendar#info.companyname.com/rs/XXX-XXX-XXX/XXX/calendar-file.ics Why are we not able to capture lead info from known leads (the colleagues who tested are in the Marketo database)?

What additional knowledge does a senior AEM developer need to support an organization that requires expertise in AEM Guides, compared to a standard AEM developer. I feel most of the OOTB features can be directly used from AEM guides after going through the docs. Thanks,Geo

Hi All,  We have enabled encapsulated tokens in one of our environments and disabled sticky sessions in the load balancer. When we load our page, some API calls are routed to one publisher while others are routed to different publishers(Expected). In one of our user-related authentication calls (which loads first), we retrieve the user's ID and save it into the HTTP session. However, subsequent API calls that rely on this ID and are routed to a different publisher (different from the one that handled the authentication call) are failing because the ID is null. As a result, we are encountering exceptions due to the WWID being null, and no response is being returned. We know encapsulated token mechanism will not handle server side sessions. Is there any way we can handle server side session in this case. We cannot save the ID into cookie as it will give sensitive responses in few APIs if other people uses.       We tried dispatc

Hello,I’m working on a banking use case that requires adherence to regional data storage policies, which mandate that PII data must not be stored outside the country. Since the AEP data center is not located within the country, storing PII data in AEP is not an option. I’m considering pseudonymizing emails to handle this issue.However, I need guidance on how to effectively use emails in AJO Journeys for targeting personalized offers under these constraints. Could you please suggest best practices for storing and utilizing such PII data for AJO activation?

I'm trying to look into what roles/permissions/access labels could be used within RTCDP. Specifically, there are a couple things that I want to limit: 1. look into permissions for the ability allow only certain users to edit certain audience criteria;  The crux of the need is to ensure that we can designate a subset of users to be the creators of our audiences that will be scaled for re-use AND we need to ensure that once these audiences are created and quality checked, they cannot be changed. 2. look into permissions/roles for the ability of only certain users to edit audience names 3. look into roles for 1. users to be able to publish audiences and 2. Other users to just have the ability to create and save audiences as a draft but not publish audiences;  I think number 3 can be done through the creation of user roles. We're using the Form core components in AEM 6.5The form text however does not behave as expected. After adding Required Message : It should show the message as mentionned in a tooltip. Instead, we're getting what seems to be a generic message in the language of the site:  There is also a slight difference in the wording of the message depending on the browser used. Same issue with Constraint Message. Is this behavior normal? Did we miss a configuration somewhere?

Hi Team , I have a few questions and would appreciate your help in understanding them. 1) I have noticed that every URL I refer to ends with the UTM parameter utm_content=dashboard. Can someone explain the purpose of adding this UTM parameter?2)  I also noticed that a correlationID is automatically appended to the end of every URL. Hello Community, Has anyone had any experience with retrieving and displaying scorecard questions and answers in views and reports? If this is you, please share some code snippet and ideas on how to implement it. (Note: I found four available scorecard tables in the API Explorer and it seems that I need to do some text mode reporting.) This is my scenario - I've got a scorecard with 5 questions linked to multiple projects in the Business Case section of each project. Moreover, I want to display the selected scorecard values/answers based on the scorecard questions in a project view inside a portfolio. Once that's implemented, I'd like to update any of those scorecard answers from the project view instead of clicking each individual project and getting to the scorecard in the Business Case section, one at a time. Hello all,  As a best practice, we're trying to avoid putting lead tokens with PII (like first name, last name, email address and phone number) in an email link that goes to a Marketo landing page.  The landing page has a form with fields that we ideally want to pre-populate with these personal details so the customer doesn't have to fill in all their info themselves (since we already have it!).   Example URL:testpagewithform.com/?First={{lead.First Name}}&Last={{lead.Last Name}}&Email={{lead.Email Address}}&Phone={{lead.Phone Number}}....... So I *think* what I'm after is how to hash these fields so PII isn't included when someone clicks through the link, nor when they submit the form on the landing page and it goes back into Marketo.  Is that possible out-of-the-box in Marketo? Thanks!Megan

There is no limitation on excluded paths.Do not use the content copy tool as a cloning or mirroring tool because it cannot track moved or deleted content on the source.The content copy tool has no versioning capability and cannot automatically detect modified content or created content on the source environment in a content set since the last content copy operation.If you want to update your destination environment with content changes only, since the last content copy operation, you must create a content set. Hi there, I want to quickly thank all of you again! We now have several custom templates in production! Our copyright information is currently pulled from the metadata of the map/bookmap, and it's working well. However, we sometimes use a second copyright statement for external publishes, and I'm wondering if there is a way to tell Native PDF to pull a specific <copyright> or <copyholder> based on conditional output. We essentially work with two copyright statements, using one for internal documents and one for external documents. Can I make this work in Native PDF? Thanks!Josh

I need the number of recipients with "Email comecial" not empty, meaning they have an email comercial.Appliying a filter to the schema shows there are 7M recipients where email comercial is not empty. But using a workflow to query the recipients table and then and split activity, to not only get the recipients with email comercial not empty but also , in another segment, the recipients with celular comercial not empty, shows that only 198K recipients have an email comercial. Why is there a difference?

Hi, A few weeks ago I published a new library to production that later on was reverted to a previous version due to some incompatibilities that were found.  Now, I have added a new library to start testing a few new changes in the development and staging environment. But when I try to publish the rules to development I can see the build is not successful.  I don't know if it is something related to reverting the last library, but I would like to know so I can keep working on later updates for the property. Please, let me know if you need more information. Thanks.
