Hello, I am a bit confused concerning the new document approvals.Can anybody help me to understand, what Adobe is planning concerning this feature?  The problem is, that it is already rolled out, if the fast release process is enabled, but the approvals are stored at a different place in the database. As noted in the above linked article, the new document approvals are not reportable in the current reporting tool.As described here, I need to report, how many document approvals a specific user has made.So, using my "workaround" using the journal entries will provide me with the count of new document approvals and the document approval report will provide me with the "old" document approvals...?This is completely confusing to me because I spent half the day trying to figure out why both reports gave me different numbers and to understand that these two reports show me completely different data. Does anybody of you perhaps have an idea, where to find the "new docu

I have been searching through documentation, but am unable to find information about the list of regional data collection centers to use when implementing the Adobe Analytics AppMeasurement tag. There used to be a list of data collection URLs to use to force a specific data center to be used. For example: account.d3.sc.omtrdc.net, where the "d3" part would denote that this would force the data collection to be forced to the UK data collection center. Or has the process changed so that there are no longer specific data centers to be used, unless a customer contacts Adobe customer care to enforce using a specific data collection center? Hello Community, We have 300 GB of assets in our Dev(AEM as cloud) instance. We need support to move these assets to stage and production. Package manager is failing to build and download packages if its more than 20GB.   Could you please tell suggest possible solutions for moving content to higher environments.   Thanks in Advance.

I am currently tracking a custom field to show up in Updates a timestamp of who updated it. Is there a way to pull that "Updates" info into a report, even if I have to export the report and manually extract it from more info? We are moving that custom field from the project level to a document level, and I need to compare timestamps of that vs when documents were added to see which docs were added before the project level custom field was updated.Thank you!

Hi everyone,   We are trying to get the form fill out activity details for members of static lists and due to some reason it does not run the api call successfully when adding the listid parameter and if list id parameter is removed it does pull the information but it is limited to 300 records only.   we are able to run following call successfully: sample call that is working without list id : base_url/rest/v1/activities.json?nextPageToken=xyz&activityTypeIds=1,2,3   following call is not working as expected and it returns the nextpage token when running following call : Expected call : base_url/rest/v1/activities.json?nextPageToken=xyz&activityTypeIds=1,2,3&listId=1234   any suggestions will be appreciated      

In our projects we have multiple users/roles assigned to the same task.  In the my task widget in the new home, is there a way for a particular user to see just his or her task rather than seeing the names of everyone assigned to the same task as him?  Foe Example Task 1 is assigned to Johnny Joe, Amy Lou and Bobby Ray.  When Bobby Ray looks at My tasks, he only wants to see his name  in the assignment column and not everyone assigned to the tasks.  Is that possible?

Hi everyone! My boss asked whether it was possible to get total downloads and total unique downloads. This means that if a Visitor downloads 3 times the same file, it would only count as 1. I've tried many ways but they all lead to a manual work in the end. Thanks a lot 🙂

I need to add a number from a bundle until it gets to a certain point then stop. Say I have 4 bundles with 1,2,4,8 and I need to make the number equal to 7. How would I add each bundle one by one and move on to the next step when the combined value equals 7, aka only the first 3 bundles pass through while the last gets discarded 1st bundle1 !>= 72nd bundle1+2 !>= 73rd bundle1+2+4 >= 7Since equal or greater stop accepting bundles and move to next step Here is a coding exampleOutput:  

We are having an issue where when we link a Zoom Webinar to an event in Marketo and if we have to recreate this event for a specific reason we are no longer able to select the Zoom webinar from the list. The only way of fixing this is that we have to create a brand new webinar in Zoom and then link that over.  This is not a very user friendly experience and creates a lot of extra work. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue?

Hi All,   I have ~800 user groups which I need to take a back up from AEMaaCS using acl-packager ( refer below url )   https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/packagers/acl-packager/index.html   I am trying to copy past the groups 1 by 1 into the package definition. But it's not worth doing it. Is there any automated way to create the ACL package programatically ?   Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.   

Hello Everyone! I hope you can help. I am a product photographer with a new company that uses Adobe Experience Manager Dynamic Media Classic. We are a furniture company and it is important for all our images on our website to represent accurate colors and tones of our products. I work really hard to get correct color when I am photographing images, but when I upload them to Dynamic Media Classic the colors change. It's not as noticeable with neutral items but bright colors are no longer bright and whites can look grey. Is there an issue with our upload settings and color profile? I'm new to using this program and everything looks good in photoshop but when I upload it get's changed. Any suggestions? I have attached a word document with screen shots of my original image next to the image in Dynamic Media Classic.

Hey Team!! I am trying to get 2 things set up. First i need to get the start date of this task - "Print | Mail Entry Date", to display on our custom project form (so we can see it in Project Details). I have been trying to learn calculated fields, but i cannot find anything about getting info from a custom task (IE insert task name here and use it for calculations) Second to this, i then want to use that calculated field, in a portfolio view. where it compares it to another Date field in the project form and then flags the box Red (if greater than date) or green (if Sooner than date)!  We originally had this 2nd part set up, working with Planned completion date (which was the same date as the Mail entry task date) but now we are adding closing tasks to projects, so it needs to change to a specific task that compares against the entered date field in the form. . Any help so very greatly appreciated!! @richard_le_  i saw your answer on another

Hello,  I was trying to load a website page using https://safe.menlosecurity.com/ , noticed that in the view source and also on inspecting the pageit shows html content of only https://safe.menlosecurity.com/ and not of website page, but loads the page of the website and cannot see any html traces of website code.On seeing the view of https://safe.menlosecurity.com/ found tags like<safeview-info><sv-template><script>Could you please provide inputs as how could this be achieved?? By Using New SDK am not able to create a node other than nt:unstructed. Even other types are not listing while creating a node, its showing 409 error

Hi Folks, I have a small challenge here about the content synching from PROD to STAGE environment. Here is my client env setup.1. AEM On Prem version 6.5.192. Lower environments are without SSO - DEV, LT, INT3. Higher Environments are on SSO authentication - STAGE and PROD. Having browsed through the community, Questions, Blogs and documentation, I got to know below approaches to copy/clone/sync contents from cross environments. Create ZIP package using package manager and install on STAGEUse Replication Agent to also move content from PROD to STAGE.CRX2OAK ToolVLT Remote CopyGrabbitACS common Content Sync First 2 approaches in my project case is way too heavy, due to huge amount of /content/dam and /content/<sites>. So I have my publisher server serving an AEM app over port 4503 and a react app over port 3480. Both render fine when accessing through the publisher url IP:port.  The problem I'm having is with my dispatcher server.  In my dispatcher.any I have 2 renderers  /renders  {    /renderer1        {         /hostname "publisher-ip"         /port "4503"        }    /renderer2       {       /hostname "publisher-ip"       /port "3480"       }   } Then I have my /filters which allow urls for both renderers. But when loading either of my sites it doesn't know which renderer to get the content from. Both web apps have the same dispatcher url dispatcher.com just the paths are different.  Is there anyway to specify which renderer a filter with choose from

Hello, I am seeing our javascript files minified are getting over 1MB and I am wondering if there any best practices for reducing the size of the clientlibs both javascript and css. For example:1. Are there ways to use lazy loading of scripts and styles and prioritizing a group of scripts for initiial load?2. Are there ways to only load the scripts and styles needed for a given set of components you have loaded on the current page?3. Other than eliminating errors, minifying and web optimizing images any other optimization strategies particularly for the clientlibs we can follow?

Hi,I have created the AEM Cypress project for AEM 6.5.19 and gave the build mvn clean install. After that i deploy the code on AEM 6.5.19. Is there a way to run the Cypress ui.tests automatically without manually executing the commands using by going to the respective ui.tests/test-module folder "npm test" or npx cypress open. Please help me how to execute the ui.tests automatically. Thanks & Regards,Kalyan
