Depending on certain layout properties returned by the sling model, I would like to make either 1 or 2 multifield entries available in my dialog. Is there a way make the dialog display either 1 or 2 entries in a multifield? Is this best handled via validation scripts?

I have a query related to one of the use cases in AEP as I am new to AEP. For an ecommerce website that has a login functionality, I have the userID that gets stored in data layer as soon as user logs in. I want to send data to both Adobe Analytics and AEP(as it would be beneficial at a later stage for CJA). Can you please let me know what would be the best practice while creating schema and identity? Should I add userID as primary identity or use ECID? If I choose userID as primary identity, what happens with the web interactions that were done prior to login (say product page/ home page view before user logs in where userID wont be available). Will the hits get discarded as there is no primary identity? I was hoping to get an answer from you. Thanks in advance!

Hello, Expert. I'm assisting the customer in migrating 130g digital asset files from AEM 6.4 on-premise to Dynamic Media Cloud. According to [1], I should be able to use Bulk workflow - Synthetic Workflow Runner on the DAM Asset Update workflow, but we discovered that it took a few seconds to complete, there was no scene7 metadata update on the asset, and no files were migrated to the DM cloud. Can anyone help me figure out how to use Synthetic Workflow Runner to reprocess a digital asset for dynamic media? Hello,We plan on creating an AB Test activity. However, it will be set up with three experiences - A will be the control, B will be the first (different) experience and C will be a second (different) experience.Question: If a visitor qualifies for the audience and enters the activity the first time, I believe he will get a random experience, either A or B or C.On that visitor's subsequent visits, will he see the same experience again or will Target show him a randomly selected experience? We'd like to show a different experience each time a visitor visits. If he will see the same experience again, I'm thinking of setting up a profile script although I still don't know how this could be achieved and what the logic should be. Please advise and if I need a script, point me in the right direction or provide the script if it exists. Thanks!

I see two places where we can define qualified audience either rule based or segment based while creating and serving offers in AJO.Offer eligibility while creating offer.In decision eligibility while creating Decisions.why do we need at offer level when offer can't be delivered independently with out having decisions created.what use cases we have to use offers and decision rules.

Hi there, For our push notification, there is need to return a dynamic deeplink based on certain criteria the customer is eligible for.  As an example, this is what I am looking to accomplish:{%#if "abc"="123"%} myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.google.com {%else if "aaa"="aaa"%} myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.msn.com{%else%} myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.yahoo.com{%/if%} With just myAppScheme://webview?redirect=https://www.google.com alone in the deeplink, I was able to get it to work. But after adding a condition, the deeplink doesn't work. Is this supported? Thanks. 

Hello, I'm attempting to disable our Meta Pixel extension. When I do so, and add the change to a library, it fails to build with the following error: I've gone through every enabled rule and data element and cannot find anything referencing this extension. Is there an easy way to see what is referencing the extension, or a brute force way to remove? (I also hit the same error when I try to delete the extension). Thanks!

I know we can set a audience segment in AA filtering visitor behavior in the past, when they come back again on the website and their previous behavior meet the segment setting, we provide them with different experience using Adobe Target.But can we also add criteria that contains their real-time visiting behavior such as " browsed more than 1.5 minutes on certain page within this current visit", and "more than 3 pages already during this current visit".Which means we need a rea-time timer set on the current visit for certain group of audience segment beyond their historical behavior.Is that applicable?Thank you

Cloud Manager Developer Console allows developers to download the entire OSGI Configuration JSON and I am looking for a way to programmatically get the same OSGI Configuration JSON. Is there such an ability ?  We have a requirement to monitor and alert on configuration drift, hence looking for ways to automate the drift check. Cloud manager API does not seem to provide an API, even though developer console seem to internally use a service to get the entire list. Would this service be available for use if we are open to write an AEM custom job or servlet to provide this information ?

I am trying to prepare a pros/cons list for our internal teams about potentially leveraging task approval workflows. But I'm curious how/if others are using. Let's take this example: right now we have a content creation parent task for marketing material creation that has a few basic tasks: pull the data, review the data, create copy, edit copy, lay everything out in In Design, and then have someone approve the piece in its entirety. Right now that's 6 tasks, but I could see it being a multi-stage approval process. The process seems intuitive, but I could also see it being challenging if you have to say go back to data if issues are found mid-approval. If you have used workflow approvals, what has worked and failed? Looking to the group for real-life success and challenge stories.

Hello, I am having an issue with a custom component that is not rendering on the publish server but renders fine on the author server. Here are the different combinations that I have tried to get it to work.It always renders on the Author instance no matter what. We have different portals set up in our site structure, let's call them portal A and B. If I put the component on a site in Portal A, it also always renders correctly. However, when I put the component in Portal B's site pages, it does not work on the Publish instance.This behavior makes me think it could be a config but I have looked and it seems like both portals have the same configuration. Is there another possibility? Or is there a way that I can debug?
