I'm trying to convert an issue to a project, attach a template to the project, and keep all custom forms and data associated with them. I can't seem to get the custom forms from the issue and their data to transfer over. At first I tried using the "Convert Object" module but after reading a previous post "Workfront module Convert object - custom form data" it looks like I need to use the "Misc Action" module and Issue -> convertToProject" to prevent data loss and keep all of the form metadata. I tried using only the "Copy custom data" checkbox but I'm only able to transfer the data from one form over to the new project via the "Category ID" which doesn't accept more than 1 form. I tried mapping over the objectCategories:category ID's but I can't find that section in the "Misc Action" module. How would I transfer multiple forms and their data to the new project? 

Can we create alert in Adobe Analytics for page not found (404) based on specific page. For example: lets say we want to create a alert for homepage 404, if instances are more than 50, can we do that?

Hi there, Say if we have an AJO journey that has profile re-entrance set to 2 weeks, if we create a new journey version after publishing, will the 2 weeks still apply to the same profiles despite it being a new version? Thanks.

I want to export a list of project data using Fusion. I have most of the fields configured, but I cannot figure out a way to export a list of users associated with each project (the project team).  I see an expression in reports that refers to projectUsers. But I don’t see anything like that as an option in Fusion as a project field. Here’s what I have in text mode for the report: displayname=Project Team Memberslistdelimiter=listmethod=nested(projectUsers).listsnamekey=group.pluraltextmode=truetype=iteratevaluefield=user:namevalueformat=HTML I want what that produces on that report to be part of my export from Fusion, but I can’t figure out how to get there. I tried to use Related Records. I tried to do a search for users but can’t figure out a way to search for “users associated with this project” …

I'm trying to use Text Mode to bring 9 fields into a single column. However, it appears that anything beyond the "12th" shared column (as defined by Text Mode) is pushing the fields into the next column on the right. Here is how it appears; the items in the 3rd column are supposed to be at the bottom of the 2nd. Is there a way to create a report at the user level that would show which queues, reports, dashboards, etc., an individual has access to? I know I can look at the sharing on the queue, report/dashboard, but we're trying to create a "persona" report showing how different types of users have access to different things. 

From a project level form I need the date a request is created to use in my wait time calculated field.  I see others have used convertedOpTaskEntryDate but isn't this the date a request is converted into a project not the date the request was created?  I'ved looked in the API Explorer and it shows entry date for issue but can't get the syntax right.    Thanks in advance!!

Suppose that I created streaming segmentation. Does this mean:a) all profiles which already fulfill conditions will be included in audienceb) based only on incoming events from the moment when the segment was set up the audience of the segment will be populatedWhich one?

Seemingly all of our users are receiving one or more emails from Adobe alerting them to their access.  (Nothing has changed in the system or with their access)This is incredibly disruptive right now, is anyone receiving the same emails?  People think it is phishing and they're reaching out to me and others for clarification. 

Hello All, I'm reaching to see if the Community can help clarifying some questions I have regarding migrating our JWT credentials over to OAuth S2S.  Even though out JWT will work till Jan. 2025 I am working on getting ahead of this.  Migrating our Project over in the Developers Console is easy enough and straight forward, and our Campaign API is attached to the project.  Where I'm having issues finding the solution for is verifying the new credentials in our App Server like we have in the past with JWT's public/private key.  In the past we have encoded the private key and ran a command line script with our companies info included.nlserver config -instance:name -setimsjwtauth::<ImsOrgId>/<ClientId>/<TechnicalAccountId>/<ClientSecret>/<content of private.key.base64.txt>I have reached out to Adobe Support as well, but am using all resources to find a solution.  I've went through the documentation regarding the OAuth migration an

#AJO#Offer Decisioning When an offer is archived or 'unapproved' (moved to Draft state), why does it continue to show under the Offer Collection in the Decision Scope? Shouldn't the Offer Collection within Decision Scope only show the offers that are Approved? Is this a bug? @satheeskannak 

Can you set custom statuses for billing records? Right now all I see are 'Billed' and 'Not billed'. I haven't been able to track down an area where you can add more. Am I just missing it, or is it not possible yet? 

Hi Adobe Community, We are running our cluster over Adobe 6.5 on Author & Publish architecture. During upgrade process, we noticed the size of Author instances are huge mostly due to packages left in datastore and we removed them in via console '/etc/packages' size is reduced from 45GB to 10 GB. Post to which we ran Revision clean up, Data Store Garbage collection, yet the reduced sizes are not getting reflected over the Crx repository. Our CRX repository sizes before and after clean up are as below, can you advise if we are missing something to be run here.  Before cleanup - 288.0K  blobids55.8G  datastore782.3M  index20.7G  segmentstore After cleanup620.0K blobids48.7G datastore767.7M index16.6G segmentstore Since there is a 30GB reduction in diskusage report, am expecting 30GB reduction in Datastore at repository level.

Hi there, Just have a few questions on Push notification opt-in/opt out. The only way customers can opt out of push notifications on our app is if they directly configure the settings on their phone devices (not within the app). So if we were to launch a AJO journey, is there a need to have a segment/condition to filter to those who opted-in to push, or basically just send to all and as long as the feedbackstatus is not bounce/error, it would be sending to all those who opted-in? Thanks

Hi Team, I am developing a report based on categories, sorted by age groups. The data is stored in a schema, and I am displaying the report for a selected category. However, the age groups are not appearing in sequential order. I want the age groups to be displayed in the following sequence: Below 20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, etc. Currently, the values are shown alternately.How can I ensure the age groups are displayed in the correct sequential format? Hi Team,I need to develop a component. When the end user clicks on the dropdown, a list of vendors will appear around 100. Once the user selects a vendor and clicks the 'details' button, the selected vendor's details should populate(a table with 5 line maximum). This component needs to be developed entirely in AEM. The vendor count may increase in the future.What would be the most effective and easiest way for the authoring team to manage this component? Hi,  I would like to debug last seen Recommendations built in Target. My page is SPA and some products are duplicated in recommendations. I am using Profile API to see which products has customer seen. Is there any way to get the list of last seen products using API or that in the below screenshot is all?
