I would like to assign tasks via Fusion based on my resource pool capacity. Is there a way to use Fusion to do this? I understand that you can assign in Fusion, but are you able to assign based on capacity?

When a task is set to In Progress, the assigned user can manually change the Actual Start Date on the task. However, this is not logged anywhere (that I am aware of). Can I turn on logging of the "Actual Start Date" change in the System Activity section, like it is the case with Planned Completion Date? E.g. "so-and-so changed the due date to <date>" is always logged in the updates of a task.

Hello,   Can Marketo forms have a file upload option? I have researched and saw "UploadCare" as a way to do it but the posts looked to be from 2016-2018. Wanted to know if there have been any updates to this or if this is still the way to do it.   Thank you! Andrea Lubin

When you create a new card that is not connected to any existing Project in Workfront, and assign it to someone, does this card appear in the assignee's "My Work" widget? I tested a bit and I assume the answer is "no", but I would like to get an official confirmation, as well as perhaps a suggestion on how to turn this on.

Hi All, Is there a possibility of seeing the additional flags that used to be a part of tree activation in AEM as cloud? Like activate only modified/activated pages or ignore deactivated pages with Add Tree option while triggering Sling Distribution? Thanks,Ram

I recently loaded a new file (tried both a PDF and JPEG) to Design Studio to receive a URL to host in my comm and the URL is unencrypted. Did something change with Marketo? I receive an error message that the link is not safe when I send the test email to myself. I connected with our internal IT team, and they guided me back to Marketo for resolution since the link is unencrypted (http) but is being redirected to encrypted (https) URL. Help please!

We are looking to move to global forms and want to be able to use the same form, but change the CTA text regardless if we are using Marketo LPs or embedding the form on outside pages. I assume there is some script that can be written to modify it, but not sure how to go about implementing or creating that.  Any help would be great.

hi all, We are exploring the options of sharing assets from our AEM Cloud DAM instance to some external marketing agencies.We tried with Brand Portal but that has a constraint of 10 GB (Source - The maximum upload limit for any Brand Portal tenant is 10 GB which is cumulatively applied to all the contribution folders) We have a license for about 50 users but that is almost consumed completely by our internal marketing team and content authors.The license cost for each user is upwards of 5k$ per month which is a big constraint for adding agency users on the IMS. In such a case, what would be the best way to incorporate the external users? Should we provision them locally within the AEM Author instance considering they won't be using the system often and can be confined to a group that has permissions set such that they have access defined for certain folders only? Or is there any other way which would be a better way to handle this?@aanchal-sikka, @arunpatidar,&

Hi All,I need to make a tweak to a project schedule I was given.  The original schedule has my team's task (task 27) with a basic Finish-Start predecessor of the task before it (task 26):However, after some clarification, I've learned that task 27 (a) can begin after task 24 is complete; and (b) will require additional work (taking the planned 5-day duration) after task 26 is complete.  I'm playing around with two possible predecessor scenarios, and I wanted to see what others would recommend.Scenario 1: use a Scheduled-Start dependency for the task 26 predecessor (this keeps the schedule dates the same, but task 27 does not get marked as Can Start when task 24 is completed):Scenario 2: use a Finish-Finish dependency for the task 26 predecessor and add a lag of 5 days (this marks task 27 as Can Start when task 24 is completed, but the schedule dates change slightly):I'm curious as to what approach others use for similar setups.Thanks.    

I am trying to make a report on a specific task. There are two people assigned to the task and I'm trying to report on one person's progress or (percent complete) of a task out of the two not both people. I am trying to find all the people on that specific task that hasn't completed the task. When I try and filter the report it keeps saying only 50 percent complete out of 100 percent because since two people are assigned to the same task the percent complete for the task is associated with both people. So, when one-person completes the task, it says only 50 percent out of one hundred. So how would I only track the one person's progress/percent complete who completed or did not complte the task not the other person. I just want one person out of the two/ that's what I'm trying to report on.     

Hi, I am trying to understand the difference between Adobe Analytics vs Customer Journey Analytics . Currently we use Adobe Analytics for website,Mobile Apps reporting and recently provisioned AEP along with CJA. My questions is , do we still need Adobe analytics post implementing CJA. Could anyone list out pros and cons of CJA and AA? I understand that CJA only work when data meet schema conditions and other important factors AEP has . Hi, When use the option "Convert to experience fragment variation" to convert some component into experience fragment, the restrictions for allowed component is not taken into consideration.So we are able to create experience fragment from a component that is NOT allowed on that experience fragment template. When edited that new experience fragment, the allowed components restriction works fine (only the components that are allowed are available to be dropped), even thew the not allowed component is present on the newly created experience fragment. So when used the option "Convert to experience fragment variation", any component is allowed, not respecting the allowed Components restriction.  Is there a way to apply the same restriction for the allowedComponents that we have for the experience fragment template, to be applied when we convert to experience fragment from a component that is on a page? Thank you in advance.

My next step is to investigate whether it's possible to add a metadata field from the Google Cloud Console to the AEM DAM. I have a requirement to have a product info in AEM. I just have to show Overview, Brochure, Image and Technical Specification (Specification In table) How to store products info into AEM. Any suggestion. Using Content Fragment is the way it seems, but technical specification has table where table keys are not constant.Does AEM has PIM free to use.

Hello, I'm looking for support/guidance on how to potentially debug an AEP audience? I'm running an Adobe Target test and I'm utilizing an audience coming from AEP. I'm having difficulty receiving the proper experience when using this AEP audience, it seems to work correctly with a different segment, not the AEP one. Is there any way to see whether a user is qualifying for this AEP audience on the front end? Would this information appear within the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension? I would love any additional information. Thanks!

Hi,Recently we are facing issues in showing the stored values of custom multifield widgets(xtype="mtmulticompositefield"). The values are stored in crx node but not visible when opened in dialog. We are using AEM Version 6.1.0.SP2-CFP12. This functionality was working fine before and stopped working after some security updates.Whenever page properties dialog is opened, "<page-path>/jcr:content.1.json" request is going and its taking the nodes with first level alone. The multifield values are stored in inner levels and its not retrieved in the jcr:content request. If we try the same request in browser with "<page-path>/jcr:content.infinity.json" the multifield values are coming in response. Might be after some update the "infinity.json" requests got changed to "1.json" for page properties jcr content.For post CFP8 update, as per the below link tried the solution by giving value > 1000.
