Hi all, We added some secret environment variables in AEM Cloud. And we configured them in our OSGI configurations like below.{ "api-key":"$[secret:SECRET_VAR_NAME]" }My question is how can we get this secret value in a service? Do we need to treat this value "$[secret:SERVER_API_KEY]" as a placeholder and resolve it by ourselves?  Thanks,Mengsha

We have built a taxonomy in our AEM DAM. Our current setup is using a namespace to bucket all of these tags as a top level bucket. Under that we have buiolt out the tag structure for the rest of our taxonomy, however, the first level of those tags is a category which pairs up to a custom field used for search. So these would technically be "buckets" as well. Is there a way to set these up as namespaces as well but have them be children of the overarching namespace for our organization? It'll be so much cleaner if we can have all of our tags in one place at t he top instead of spread out among 20 or 30 separate namespaces at the root level.

Hello! I'm trying to set up a validation logic where a different message will appear depending on the selection made on a single-select dropdown field, DE:Series.  For example, if I select value "Option 1" in the Series field, I see the following text: Select Brief for content type. However if I select "Option 2", I want to see the following text: Select Podcast for content type. I'm hitting a wall as I try to program the logic. This is what I have so far, but it's not working as expected:IF({DE:Series}=="Option 1","Select Brief for content type."||{DE:Series}=="Suite Talk", "Select Podcast for content type.") Is it possible to have multiple messages for each value in the logic? TIA!

Hey team, Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Next or Previous Item panel in AA and CJA? We’re able to drag and drop the panel and select dimensions and dimension items as usual, but when we try to build the panel, we receive an error message. This issue seems to be occurring across multiple users on our end.  I couldn't find any notes about it. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!  

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to create a matrix report that lets users drill down to see the data similar to Jira. So for instance, if the matrix report for requests is grouped by assignee and status and shows the count for each, I would like to be able to click on that count and see the underlying requests. The only option I have seen so far is to switch between the matrix and details view. Thanks for any ideas you have. 

Hi Community, Has anyone here used ACS Commons Sitemap Generator for AEM in a production setup? We are evaluating options for generating sitemaps in our AEM as a Cloud Service project. I know ACS Commons has a sitemap generation feature, but I have also seen that AEM now provides OOTB (out-of-the-box) sitemap generation in recent versions. For those who have tried both, what’s your recommendation? Any pros/cons I should be aware of before deciding?

Hi everyone,I have tried reading the documentation but it's pretty unclear how to do this.Let me explain the situation, to put it simply, we have a XDM Individual Profile class schema, with its dataset. We need to do a partial profile update (updating one object in a profile using the primary ID). Basically the primary dataflow brings all the data except the one object which comes from this dataflow.I updated the dataset with "isUpsert:true" to the unifiedProfile tag, but seems it still acts like create and just takes the last insert as the whole profile.To be more specific we are uploading test data over DLZ, and should later connect the dataflow to a GCS bucket.Thanks in advance.

I have checked the profile and I can see the dataset included there.Also, I can see the fields under the attribute section. But when I go for estimated count it gives 0.I don't know the exact reason. But stuck here.Any help will be highly appreciated.

How do I configure a Target activity in a specific environment?Is there a way to check the activity’s environment if I have Approver access? (I tried, but no luck)Can I assume that an Adobe Target activity created without explicitly selecting an environment is running in the default environment?

I’m trying to implement suppression logic inside a Journey in AJO for cases where a user enters the journey before being flagged as suppressed.I have a custom field group with a boolean field called isSuppressed, which I added to a profile-enabled schema. The ingestion works fine. I can see the field correctly populated in the Unified Profile.The problem is: I need to use a Condition node to check isSuppressed == false before an email is sent. But when I try to configure the condition, the field does not appear in the list of available profile fields. I also tried using expression mode with profile.isSuppressed == false, but it returns a “field not found” error.Using an audience is not a viable workaround because the profile might enter the journey before it’s suppressed, and audience reevaluation won’t remove them from the journey once they’re in.Is there any way to expose this custom field so it can be used in journey conditions? Or does it need to be part of a specific schema or fie

Hello everyone, Sorry if this topic is repetitive, but I couldn't find any history.😗I created a form with an Integer field to retrieve my clients' contract numbers.However, when I'm in the form editor, choose Text or Number for my custom field (FV_customer-contract-number) and enter the following numbers:500/2414478 -> I don't get 500/5002414478 -> I get a completely different number091/1231437 -> I only get 91...I even cleared my browser cache and created new test clients. In short, I'm lost.😤 All I want is for people to type (without the / or other symbol)5002414478, and I get the same number in the client file.Thank you for your help.

I'm attempting to create a click thru rate calculation for our Home Page team with the calculation created as the below with HP Click Visits defined as a visit with an event category prefix of RE: (our indicator of a link click).You'll notice that this works great at the Page Name level, but once you do a breakdown on specific link click values, the segmented click visits and the visits become the same. Is there a way to lock the reference on the breakdown to the total? So instead of recommendations being 386K click visits / 386K visits and thus always 100%, that it retains the total amount so the calculation would be 386K click visits / 3.0M home page visits.

Just as email and push notification channels have their respective datasets where all related events (Feedback, Tracking, etc.) are stored, does WhatsApp channel in AJO also have its own dataset where information related to sent messages is stored?

Hello, I have a calculated field that displays the latest date among a selection of fields. One such field is a multi-checkbox, each with their own start date field. I am attempting to pull the latest date from these selections but for some reason my calculation spits out a date that is one day earlier than the latest date. For example, if the latest date in a selection of multiple fields is 3/30, my calculation will say 3/29. Here is the specific part of my code that relates to the Multi-checkbox field:    DMAX( {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx}, {DE:Start Date - xx} ), "" ),  Here you can see that the dates are indeed 3/30 but the calculation

I'm currently investigating transactions originating from: OtherTransaction/Java/org.apache.sling.event.impl.jobs.queues.JobQueueImpl/startJob These are coming from my AEM publishers, and I would like to understanding this startJob function within the aem. Specifically, I need clarification on the following: What is this startJob intended to do?What processes or operations does it initiate?Are there any documentation or references that explain its usage and expected behavior? 

Here is some information to hopefully outline this scenario:No Fusion is used, but can be suggested as a solution if there is none available in Core Workfront.Compliance Request Project - Standalone Queue Project that teammates can access and add an issue by going to the Request queueWebdev Pjt Template - This is where I am adding Queue Topics, Routing Rules to route Issues that use the same Custom Form available in the Compliance Request form in the Request queue.  Issues route to the Compliance Request Project just fine. However, because it is not a formal 'request' from the request tab, and instead is an issue generated in the Webdev Pjt, the issue is routed automatically and silently, with no way for the Issue submitter to know where the Issue has gone. Is there a way to:Keep a 'copy' of the Issue on the Webdev Pjt where the Issue originated from?Link the Issue back to the Webdev Pjt from the Compliance Request Project? I appreciate your insights!
